本文复查了中国南海丝螅水母目高手水母科的所有属,解决了该科和一些属、种存在的分类问题,并给予更新的鉴别。以前,无手单肢水母Nubiella atentaculata Xu and Huang,2004包含在单肢水母属内,现变换为拟单肢水母新属Paranubiella n.gen.,隶属于高手水母科内,原无手单肢水母新组合为无手拟单肢水母Paranubiella atentaculata(Xu and Huang,2004) n.comb.。本文记述了二个新种:南海拟单肢水母,新种Paranubiella nanhaiensis sp.nov.和无突单肢水母,新种N.apapillaris sp.nov.。此外编制了高手水母科已知属和单肢水母属已知种的检索表,总结了中国南海高手水母科已知种名录。模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所。  相似文献

A new species of the nereidid annelid, genus Nicon Kinberg, 1866, from KIOST Seamount, Northwest Pacific deep water is described. Nicon is a genus characterized by lacking paragnaths or papillae on the pharynx and composed of nine species worldwide, distributed from shallow water to deep sea. A new classification of the Korean pleuronectids was proposed based on a molecular phylogeny using specimens collected from Korea (including some Japanese specimens) between 2008 and 2013. A molecular phylogeny based on partial sequences of the two mitochondrial DNA regions (COI and 16S rRNA) supported the reciprocal monophyly of the three genera, Cleisthenes, Pleuronectes and Pseudopleuronectes. We also found that the genus Poecilopsetta is clearly distinct from Pleuronectidae at the family level. Therefore, the previous classification of the Korean pleuronectids should be changed as follows; two families (Pleuronectidae and Poecilopsettidae), 18 genera, and 26 species. Further research is required to resolve the taxonomic uncertainty of the five species in the genus Limanda, which clustered into two clades in our analysis.  相似文献

渤海自由生活海洋线虫两个新种,海异齿线虫Parodontophora marina n.sp.(嘴刺目、轴线虫科)和异毛联体线虫Paracomesoma heterosetosum n.sp.(色矛目、联体线虫科);前者来自渤海莱州湾的DA_2和DA_4站,水深分别为20和16m;后者来自大连夏家河子砂质滩中潮带。新种海异齿线虫与日本海齿线虫(P.marisjaponici Platonova,1971)十分相似,但新种有规则排列的颈刚毛(雄性和雌性的颈刚毛排列式均为(3D—2V)2,排泄细胞大且排泄孔开口于口腔中部的腹部表面。新种异毛联体线虫的雄性交接器为本属相对最长者,为肛径的7倍,化感器之后成对的颈刚毛以及de Man比值明显地高于本属所有的种。本文提供了包括这两个新种在内的两个属双歧式检索表。模式标本保存在青岛海洋大学海洋生物系。  相似文献

通过对南海采集的沉积物进行分析,发现一新种奇足威伦狭腹猛水蚤,这也是首次在中国海报道威伦狭腹猛水蚤属。新种奇足威伦狭腹猛水蚤与同属其它种的主要区别特征是:身体表面除尾节有小刺外,其余各节表面均光滑;第四胸足外肢第三节内侧具两根刚毛;雌性第五胸足內肢具4根刚毛和刺,外肢顶端具一根尖刺,尾叉长约为宽的六倍。  相似文献

浮游介形类是海洋生态系统中极为丰富的一类小型甲壳动物,是海洋浮游动物的重要组成部分。吸海萤科是介形纲吸海萤目下的一大类群,其中,浮萤族已记述21属的生物。本文报道和描述了新近采自南海中部的一个浮萤族新属新种--复合多腺浮萤。该新物种与相关属和种可通过综合相关特征进行区分:位于右不对称腺体上方的侧角腺开口于近后缘;沿其壳腹缘具有一列排列密集的边缘腺;其前器官形状的综合特点与族内其他属物种均不同;第一触角的e刚毛不具有毛或刺;第二触角内肢乳状突表现为一具有腹面中央凹的椭圆隆起,第一外肢具有一根小背前缘刺,第一与第二外肢愈合,第三与第四外肢不具有刚毛或刺;大颚的第一内肢具一根长腹侧刚毛,第二内肢具一根腹侧刚毛;小颚第一内肢具两根基部刚毛;第五肢的第一外肢仅具一根腹侧刚毛;第六肢的第一与第二外肢不具有腹侧刚毛。其壳上主要腺体及开口位置与其他已记录属种的显著区别是该新属的主要特征。  相似文献

Two species of benthopelagic calanoid Copepoda, Neoscolecithrix cf. magna (Grice, 1972) and N. ornata n. sp., are described from the upper slope off North Cape, New Zealand. Neoscolecithrix ornata is distinguished from other species of Neoscolecithrix Canu, 1896 s.s. that have a female leg 5 terminal segment with 4 spines (2 terminal and 1 on each border) principally by the transverse row of long, fine spines on the female genital double somite; and by the more squat terminal segment of leg 5 (length/width ratio about 3.7). This is the second time Neoscolecithrix has been recorded from New Zealand. A new genus, Cenognatha n. gen., is distinguished from Neoscolecithrix principally because: rostrum short (bearing 2 filaments); mandibu‐lar gnathobase masticatory margin with slender dorsal spinulose seta; maxilla endite 1 with 5 well‐developed setae, endite 3 without brush‐like sensory seta, endopod usually with 3 long worm‐like sensory setae and 5 brush‐like setae; posterodistal border of basis of legs 1–3 without spines; distal segment of female leg 5 and its basis subequal in length; male leg 5 of similar lengths on both sides (styliform on right), endopod present at least on 1 side, 1‐segmented and spine‐like on right.  相似文献

This study reviews all genera and species belonging to the family Bougainvilliidae from the South China Sea.The Nubiella atentaculata Xu and Huang,2004 formerly included in the genus Nubiella,now is transferred to a new genus Paranubiella and included in the Bougainvilliidae as Paranubiella atentaculata(Xu and Huang,2004)n.comb..Two new species,Paranubiella nanhaiensis Xu,Huang and Guo,sp.nov.and Nubiella apapillaris Xu,Huang and Guo,sp.nov.from the South China Sea are described and illustrated in the present paper.In addition,the key to known genera of family Bougainvilliidae and species of genus Nubiella are described.Other data are briefly summarized to the list of species presented on the family Bougainvilliidae in the South China Sea.The type species were deposited at the Third Institute of Oceanography,State Oceanic Administration.  相似文献

Two new species of Pseudostomella from North Stradbroke Island, Australia, P. klauserae n. sp. and P. megapalpator n. sp., are characterised by scaled triancres, cuticular structures that until now were known only from one other member of the genus. The structure of the scaled triancres in both species is new: the triancre base is diamond‐ or triangular‐shaped with three shafts that arise to form feather‐like scales. P. klauserae n. sp. is characterised by scales arising from a diamond‐shaped triancre base, the distribution of cephalic papillae, and the abundance and distribution of anterior and lateral adhesive tubes. P. megapalpator n. sp. is distinguished by scales arising from a rounded‐triangular triancre base, large dorsal, digitiform papillae, and ventral adhesive tubes. The presence of two new species with scaled triancres allows for the formation of a novel species complex within the genus. An amended key to the species is included.  相似文献

生物多样性的研究和保护首先从认识物种开始,并需要内容全面的的基础资料,这很大程度上依赖于通过现场调查和文献研习所获得的物种编目和分布图集研究成果。由于分类学人才储备不足,重要标本的收集和鉴定变得越来越困难。西太平洋是全球海洋生物种源中心,许多海洋生物类群的最高物种多样性都出现于该区域。本文在西太平洋及其边缘海(105-152°E,0–45°N)701个测站获取的6203份浮游动物样品分类鉴定基础之上,对1965-2008年该区浮游动物主要类群的系统分类、物种多样性和新物种新纪录进行了汇编和总结。本文共记录和编入西太平洋及其边缘海10个浮游动物类群206科686属2657种(含亚种)。包括水螅水母类99科251属697种,栉水母类12科22属59种,浮游软体动物14科36属85种,介形类8科91属416种,桡足类51科156属908种,糠虾类4科60属202种,磷虾类2科8属56种,十足类8科23属105种,毛颚类5科13属48种,被囊类5科26属81种。文中详细列举了10大类群的主要优势种,并记述了筒螅水母科2新种以及棒状水母科1新属2新种。许多赤道热带海、高纬度寒带海、深海深层的浮游动物物种在我国首次记录,较以往我国所记录的1852种增加了806种,增录43.5%,包括赤道热带种增录1.4%,高纬度冷水种增录3.5%,深海深水种增录3.2%。作者还对中国海洋浮游动物研究的5个主要领域进行了展望。本文的定性系统分类信息对海洋浮游动物多样性和生物地理学研究具有重要意义,特别是对2008年以后中国海洋生物种类全面系统总结的专著而言。  相似文献

Thirteen new species of benthic calanoid copepods are described from depths of 1,184–1,697 m off New Zealand. Euniphysa, originally a genus of the family Eunicidae, was erected by Wesenberg-Lund in 1949, and for a longtime there has been only one species in this genus. The present report is based on our samples collected from the South China Sea, and we consider that the differences between Euniphysa and Eunice are very significant: Five occipital tentacles distributed unequidistantly; the jaw consists of 6 pairs of maxillary plates; the body may be divided into anterior region and posterior region, etc. Therefore we suggest that Euniphysa should be separated from Eunicidae, and become a new family Euniphysi-dae. At present this family includes 3 genera, namely, Euniphysa , Paraeuniphysa and 1 new genira Heterophysa; Totally there are 7 species, including 3 new species and 1 new combination species.  相似文献

A new species belonging to the genus Haloschizopera Lang, 1944 (Copepoda, Harpacticoida, Miraciidae, Diosaccinae) was identifi ed based on the samples collected from the East China Sea, near the off shore of Zhejiang Province, East China. The new species is closely related to H . pygmaea Norman & Sccot T., 1905 and shares a combination of the following features: A1 eight-segmented;A2 exp-2 with one distal seta, exp-3 with three setae;P1 endopodal segments subequal, enp-1 not exceeding exp-2;exp-3 of P3 with one inner seta, of P4 with two inner setae. The new species is characterized by the presence of one inner seta on P2 exp-3 of both sexes. It can also be distinguished from its congeners by the characters of female: P5 exopod subcircular, endopodal lobe extending beyond half-length of exopod;genital doublesomite ornamented with three dorsolateral rows of spinules on anterior part.  相似文献

The genus Euaetideus Sars, 1925 is here merged with Aetideus Brady, 1883 (Copepoda : Calanoida : Aetideidae). Three new species of the genus Aetideus are described from the Pacific as well as the males of three other known species. A key is given to the known males and females in the genus Aetideus. Aequorea taiwanensis, a new hydrozoan species from the Taiwan Strait was described using morphological and molecular characteristics. Both morphological and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (mtCOI) data supported A. taiwanensis n. sp. as a valid species. Sequence divergence and genetic distance of A. taiwanensis n. sp., A. papillata and A. conica were analysed based on the mtCOI gene sequences. The mtCOI sequences from these three species of the genus Aequorea showed high variation frequency, with sequence divergences ranging from 9.10% to 11.9%, and pairwise genetic distances ranging from 0.097 to 0.130. MtCOI sequence analysis provided diagnostic molecular systematic characteristics for accurate identification and discrimination of the species of Aequorea or their populations, and will be used to resolve evolutionary relationships among them.It was suggested that 10%—20% pairwise mtCOI sequence differences indicated the specieslevel divergence among congeneric species in the Hydromedusae.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny is presented for the subfamily Dorippinae (including 9 individuals, representing 5 species and 4 genera), based on the sequence data from 16S rRNA gene. Two-cluster test between lineages in these phylogenetic trees has been performed. On the basis of rate constancy, the rate of nucleotide substitutions of 16S rDNA sequence data is estimated as 0.27% per million years. The analysis strongly supports the recognition of the Dorippinae as a monophyletic subfamily. Phylogenetic tree indicates that the subfamily Dorippinae is divided into two main clades, and genus Dorippe appears basal in the subfamily, diverging from other species 36.6 Ma ago. It is also clear that the Heikea is closely related to the genus Neodorippe. The divergence time between them is 15.8 Ma.  相似文献

Abstract. A new rhynchonellid brachiopod genus Tethyrhynchia , with type species Tethyrhynchia mediterranea n. sp., is described from specimens discovered in dark zones of submarine caves along the Mediterranean coast of France between Marseille and La Ciotat, and also at Zembra Island, off the Gulf of Tunis, Tunisia. Other brachiopods occurring with this diminutive rhynchonellid are also small and include the megathyridids Argyrotheca cistellula and Megathiris detruncata . This is the first recorded occurrence of a rhynchonellid from the Mediterranean Sea. The new form is apparently neotenous, in that the lophophore in adults never develops beyond the trocholophous stage. A new type of rhynchonellid crus, crescentic in profile and here named the lunifer type, is described. The new genus is assigned to the new family Tethyrhynchiidae , and comparisons are made with other extant rhynchonellid genera.  相似文献

本文对我国隶属于帘蛤科(Veneridae)10个亚科、17个属、20种贝类的16S rRNA基因片段进行了系统学分析, 上述动物的16S rRNA片段长度在438—648bp之间, 利用PAUP软件包在对序列比对基础上构建了邻接系统树(NJ)和最大拟然系统树(ML)。16S rRNA数据显示, 我国帘蛤科贝类由三个主要分支组成, 美女蛤亚科中的加夫蛤属(Gafrarium)可能是一个单型属, 该属与美女蛤属合并为加夫蛤属比较恰当。帘蛤亚科与雪蛤亚科应属于不连续的分类单元。另外, 青蛤亚科与仙女蛤亚科均应作为独立的亚科存在。本文的研究结论与修订后的帘蛤科形态分类观点一致。  相似文献

A new species of free-living marine nematode of the genus Paramonohystera was described from the intertidal beach, Weihai. Paramonohystera weihaiensis sp. nov. is characterized by cervical region with a circle of long setae;tail sexual dimorphism, male tail angled dorsally with sharp narrowed of the body at the cloaca, female tail ordinary conico-cylindrical;spicules slender, 2.5 abd long;gubernaculum plate, enlarged distal end with two teeth, without apophysis;precloacal supplements absent;Four caudal gland cells obviously extended to tail. The new species differs from the other fourteen known valid congeners by the combination of its characteristics:a circle of long cervical setae, tail sexual dimorphism, spicules slender, 2.5 abd long, gubernaculum plate with a distal pair of teeth.  相似文献
