利用通化市所属5个气象站1954—2006年日平均温度组成的区域平均时间序列资料、季平均温度资料,分析了短期气温的剧烈变化(本文称之为寒潮和气温骤升)与后期季温度异常的关系,结果发现,冬季短期气温的剧烈变化与后期春、夏季气温距平存在联系,表现在一些特定的寒潮(或气温骤升)爆发日期段总是与后期季的高或低温相对应。在一定的年代背景下,一些日期段还与极端季温度距平存在明显的联系。与后期气温异常联系明显的寒潮爆发、气温骤升日期段存在着周期性,与春季低温对应明显的寒潮爆发日期有5 d的时间间隔;与春季低温对应明显的气温骤升的日期存在着9~11 d的周期,且随着日期的变化,爆发日期之间的间隔有规律的延长和缩短。一些寒潮爆发和气温骤升日期与东北夏季低温冷害存在明显的联系。  相似文献

Summary Trends in the time series of air temperature, precipitation, snow cover duration and onset of climatic seasons at ten stations in Estonia during 1951–2000 are analysed. Using the conditional Mann-Kendall test, these trends are compared with trends in the characteristics of large-scale atmospheric circulation: the NAO and AO indices, frequency of circulation forms according to the Vangengeim-Girs’ classification, and the northern hemisphere teleconnection indices. The objective of the study is to estimate the influence of trends in circulation on climate changes in Estonia. Statistically significant increasing trends in air temperature are detected in January, February, March, April and May, in winter (DJF), spring (MAM) and in the cold period (NDJFM). The trends in precipitation, as a rule, differ from station to station. Increasing trends are present during the cold half-year – from October until March – and also in June. Snow cover duration has decreased in Estonia by 17–20 days inland and by 21–36 days on the coast. The onsets of early spring and spring have shifted to an earlier date. Some important changes have occurred in the parameters of atmospheric circulation during 1951–2000. Intensity of zonal circulation, i.e. westerlies, has increased during the cold period, especially in February and March. Results of the conditional Mann-Kendall test indicate that the intensification of westerlies in winter is significantly related to climate changes in winter and also in spring. A negative trend in the East Atlantic Jet (EJ) index, i.e. the weakening of the westerlies in May has caused warming during that month. Decrease in northerly circulation, i.e. in frequency of circulation form C and in East Atlantic/West Russia teleconnection index (EW) is related to an increase in precipitation in October.  相似文献

The limited area model MAR (Modèle Atmosphérique Régional) is validated over the Antarctic Plateau for the period 2004–2006, focussing on Dome C during the cold season. MAR simulations are made by initializing the model once and by forcing it through its lateral and top boundaries by the ECMWF operational analyses. Model outputs compare favourably with observations from automatic weather station (AWS), radiometers and atmospheric soundings. MAR is able to simulate the succession of cold and warm events which occur at Dome C during winter. Larger longwave downwelling fluxes (LWD) are responsible for higher surface air temperatures and weaker surface inversions during winter. Warm events are better simulated when the small Antarctic precipitating snow particles are taken into account in radiative transfer computations. MAR stratosphere cools during the cold season, with the coldest temperatures occurring in conjunction with warm events at the surface. The decrease of saturation specific humidity associated with these coldest temperatures is responsible for the formation of polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs) especially in August-September. PSCs then contribute to the surface warming by increasing the surface downwelling longwave flux.  相似文献

根据北京市观象台1971~2007年"数九"时节的逐日气象要素资料,利用统计学方法,分析了北京"数九"时节的气候特征及其变化情况.结果显示:北京的寒冷阶段在"三九"至"五九",这期间在"三九"末到"四九"初日平均气温连续4天维持在最低值-3.8℃,各"九"的极端最低气温是-18.3℃,出现在"五九"的第1天;各"九"平均气温的最低值是-3.5℃,出现在"三九",因此,最冷的时段是"三九";"数九"时节81天的平均气温在70~90年代变暖较快,其增温幅度为1.25℃·(10 a)~(-1);各"九"平均气温随年代顺序变化亦属变暖趋势,"五九"的变暖幅度最大,达到1.38℃·(10 a)~(-1).  相似文献

利用1960-2009年武汉城区与郊区气象站逐日平均气温资料,采用相同气候季节划分方法,系统分析武汉城区与郊区气候季节起始时间、季节长度的变化趋势及其差异。结果表明:1980-2009年,武汉城区入春、入夏时间比郊区分别提前10 d和5 d,入秋、入冬时间城区比郊区推迟;武汉夏季长度城区比郊区长12 d,冬季、春季长度城区比郊区短6 d和5 d。1960-2009年武汉四季平均起始时间城区与郊区差别较小,但四季最早、最晚出现时间年际差别较大;武汉入春、入夏时间城区与郊区均提前,入秋、入冬时间均推后,但城区四季变化较显著,郊区仅入秋变化显著;武汉城区夏季长度呈极显著延长,冬季长度呈较显著缩短,城区春季、秋季及郊区四季长度变化均不显著。2000-2009年武汉城区与郊区季节起始时间和季节长度的变化较大,这是因为近10 a武汉作为中部地区崛起的支点,城区发展迅速。  相似文献

分别对5月和6~8月东亚东北冷涡活动典型的多寡年份北半球500 hPa高度距平场进行合成、频次累积和相关分析,结果表明:东亚东北冷涡持续性活动不仅与前期、同期和后期北半球的大气环流异常密切相关,而且也是异常区的重要组成部分;500hPa 5月和6~8月东北冷涡活动多寡年的同期500hPa高度距平合成场差异显著;6~8月东北冷涡典型多寡年的同期距平场均与前冬(12~2月)的主要异常区反位相,存在半年尺度的遥相关,与北太平洋涛动(NPO)类同的500 hPa高度距平场,如前冬呈正位相,预报6~8月东北冷涡持续活动弱,反之,冷涡持续活动强;合成场和相关场通过信度检验的关键区主要位于东亚中高纬度至阿留申群岛及其以南的副热带地区、青藏高原接近巴基斯坦一侧和北非乍得盆地与撒哈拉大沙漠等地区;由此可以认为东亚地区中高纬度5月和6~8月东北冷涡持续性活动是北半球大气环流异常持续或调整的重要表征.  相似文献

Cereal crop harvests reflect the weather patterns of the period immediately preceding them, and thus the dates at which they begin may be used as a source of proxy data on regional climate. Using systematic phenological observations in the Czech Lands (now known as the Czech Republic) after 1845, together with exploration of further surviving documentary evidence (chronicles, diaries, financial accounts etc.), it has proved possible to create series of winter wheat harvest dates for the period 1501–2008. Employing linear regression, the harvesting dates of the main cereal species (wheat, rye, barley, oats) were first converted to winter wheat harvest days and then normalised to the same altitude above sea level. The next step consisted of using series of winter wheat harvest dates to reconstruct mean March–June temperatures in the Czech Republic, applying standard palaeoclimatological methods. Series reconstructed by linear regression explain 70% of temperature variability. A profound cold period corresponding with late winter wheat harvests was noted between 1659 and 1705. In contrast, warm periods (i.e. early winter wheat harvests) were found for the periods of 1517–1542, 1788–1834 and 1946–2008. The period after 1951 is the warmest of all throughout the entire 1501–2008 period. Comparisons with other European temperature reconstructions derived from documentary sources (including grape harvest dates), tree-rings and instrumental data reveal generally close agreement, with significant correlations. Lower correlations around A.D. 1650 and 1750 may be partly related to deterioration of socio-economic conditions in the Czech Lands resulting from prolonged wars. The results obtained demonstrate that it is possible to use widely-available cereal harvest data for climate analysis and also that such data constitute an independent proxy data series for the region of Central Europe crucial to further studies of the potential impact of climatic variability and climate change on agriculture.  相似文献

This paper reports a comprehensive study on the observed and projected spatiotemporal changes in mean and extreme climate over the arid region of northwestern China, based on gridded observation data and CMIP5 simulations under the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios. The observational results reveal an increase in annual mean temperature since 1961, largely attributable to the increase in minimum temperature. The annual mean precipitation also exhibits a significant increasing tendency. The precipitation amount in the most recent decade was greater than in any preceding decade since 1961. Seasonally,the greatest increase in temperature and precipitation appears in winter and in summer, respectively. Widespread significant changes in temperature-related extremes are consistent with warming, with decreases in cold extremes and increases in warm extremes. The warming of the coldest night is greater than that of the warmest day, and changes in cold and warm nights are more evident than for cold and warm days. Extreme precipitation and wet days exhibit an increasing trend, and the maximum number of consecutive dry days shows a tendency toward shorter duration. Multi-model ensemble mean projections indicate an overall continual increase in temperature and precipitation during the 21 st century. Decreases in cold extremes, increases in warm extremes, intensification of extreme precipitation, increases in wet days, and decreases in consecutive dry days, are expected under both emissions scenarios, with larger changes corresponding to stronger radiative forcing.  相似文献

Summary A spatiotemporal trend analysis of different magnitudes related to the number and length of the dry spells in Catalonia (NE Spain) has been conducted based on daily rainfall records taken from 40 rain gauges during the second half of the 20th century. Dry spells have been computed for threshold levels of 0.1, 1, 5 and 10 mm/day at annual and semi-annual scales. The winter half-year is defined from October to March and the summer half-year from April to September. The magnitudes considered are the number, the maximum length and the mean length of the dry spells for every year and half-year. The spatial patterns of the average values of these magnitudes at the annual scale show a greater similarity with those of the summer half-year than with those of the winter half-year. A S–N or SW–NE gradient of the number of dry spells appears during the summer half-year for every threshold level. Trends of the analysed magnitudes are derived from linear regression and local statistical significances at the 95% confidence level are established using the Mann-Kendall test. Field significant trends are investigated by means of Monte Carlo simulations. The most relevant finding is that the number of dry spells per year depicts significant trends for the annual and winter-half series, with an overall decreasing trend for 5 and 10 mm/day thresholds. These observed trends are in agreement with changes in North Atlantic cyclone tracks and in Mediterranean Low dynamics, due to increasing greenhouse gas concentrations.  相似文献

利用1969—2018年气象观测资料对金华市年、季尺度的舒适度和冷/热日数进行分析。结果表明:金华市全年和各季节的平均有效温度均呈显著上升趋势,2000年前后稳定超过平均值且上升趋势增加;年均气候倾向率为0.67℃/10 a,各季节的上升趋势不同,其中冬季最大,夏季最小。暖冬或冷冬的概率呈先增后减再略增的N型变化趋势,热夏或凉夏的概率呈弱增加趋势。舒适期呈双峰型分布,主要集中在4—6月和9—10月,其中5月的舒适日数最多。舒适期的50 a平均初、终日分别为4月4日和11月8日,随时间推移,初日呈显著提前趋势(约5.7 d/10 a),终日呈显著延后趋势(约4 d/10 a),气候舒适率总体呈不显著的弱上升趋势。年舒适日数和热日数呈显著增加趋势,分别为5.08 d/10 a和2.31 d/10 a,冷日数呈显著下降趋势,达7.39 d/10 a。整体来看,金华市冬季气温较以往更为温暖,夏季更热,春季舒适时间明显增多,秋季的冷不舒适体感时间明显减少。  相似文献

Summary  An analysis of day-to-day variability was performed on two century-long daily minimum and maximum temperature series from Switzerland. Warmer temperatures during the 20th century have been accompanied by a reduction in day-to-day variability, particularly for minimum temperatures and for winter. There is a significant negative correlation between day-to-day variability and the skewness of the temperature distribution, particularly in winter and for minimum temperatures. Lower variability is linked to a reduced number of cold days and nights. Higher NAO index values tend to be associated not only with warmer temperatures but also with lower day-to-day variability. This paper confirms that the temperature warming during the 20th century has happened mainly through the loss of the coldest part of the series, not only in the 24-hour or yearly cycle, but also through the loss of the coldest episodes in each month. The ten-year mean anomalies of seasonal and annual temperatures were reconstructed on the basis ofhistorical documents of cold events such as severe snowing and freezing of lakes and rivers.The assorted eventswere calibrated with instrumental observations of temperature and transformed into ten-year mean anomalies.The reconstructed temperature series show predominance of cold climate in the first four hundred years of theperiod examined.The centenary seasonal temperature anomalies for the 16th to the 19th century vary between-0.1 and -0.7K.The coldest decades concentrated in the middle of 17th and 19th centuries.It provided theirrefutable evidence of the occurrence of the Little Ice Age in China.The minima of ten-year mean temperatureanomalies ranged about -1.5 to 2.0K in spring and winter.Meanwhile,the variance of ten-year mean tempera-ture was increased by more than 20% in comparison to the 20th century.  相似文献

利用1998—2004年逐日08:00(北京时,下同)和20:00 500hPa高空图、日雨量和青藏高原低涡(下称高原低涡)切变线年鉴资料,统计分析了冬、夏半年不同生命史的高原低涡对我国和四川盆地东、西部降水的影响。结果表明,冬、夏半年高原低涡以东部涡占多数,6-10月有三分之一的东部涡能移出高原。冬半年高原低涡出现次数少,约占全年的五分之一,但也可造成高原及其周边地区的雨雪天气,特别是生命史超过36h以上的高原低涡有近半数可移出高原,造成高原区域暴雨雪,四川盆地中雨,半数可造成云南大雨雪或暴雨雪。夏半年,随着低涡生命史的增长,高原低涡影响高原及其周边地区和我国其他地区的降水范围和强度在增大,生命史超过60h以上的高原低涡可造成高原暴雨、甘肃中雨以上、四川盆地暴雨或大暴雨及云南大部分地区大雨以上的降水,每年都有1~5次可影响到华中、华东地区产生大雨以上的降水。100°E以东的高原低涡,不论是否移出,均可造成四川盆地中雨以上的降水。影响四川盆地降水的高原低涡以偏东路径为主,但东南路径影响更强。  相似文献

利用EOF分析、小波分析、相关分析等方法,对广东近50年(1957—2006年)冬半年(当年10月—次年3月)降水的变化特征及其与太平洋海温场的关系进行了研究。结果表明,广东冬半年降水存在显著的准40年、准2年左右的变化周期,偏少阶段主要发生在1950年代末—1970年代初、1990年代末至今。冬半年发生连旱的频率远大于连涝的频率。广东冬半年降水与赤道中东太平洋的海温具有明显的正相关,与菲律宾以东的西北太平洋的海温具有明显的负相关。连续干旱年出现在Ni?o3.4区的海温为负、正异常年的频率分别为61.5%、38.5%。通过对冬半年异常连旱年Ni?o3.4区海温分别为正、负异常时的大气环流场进行合成分析,可知极涡偏弱,欧洲槽偏强,巴尔喀什湖附近的高压脊偏强,广东为一致的偏北风距平场控制,冷空气活跃,而亚洲大陆中低纬度西风带低压扰动不活跃,南支槽活动偏弱,是导致广东冬半年产生连续干旱的共同原因。  相似文献

利用江苏2005-2006年460个自动站和加密站的风速资料,分析了2005-2006年冬春季发生的大风过程,研究发现冬春季沿海大风多由强冷空气引发,并具有一定的间断性、持续性、突发性和阵性特点,并对典型过程的阵性特征进行了分析.发现冷空气的入侵促使地面风场发展,大风u、v分量的变化与旋转系数具有很好的相关性,旋转系数的逐时波动与v分量的波动基本呈同位相变化趋势,而其与u分量的波动则有反位相关系;在冷空气影响前后,这样的相关特征始终维持.  相似文献

A diagnostic study of 80 yrs(1901–80) of surface temperatures collected at West Lafayette, Indiana, has been found to be in tune with the global trend and that for the eastern two-thirds of the United States, namely, cold at the turn of the century, warming up to about 1940, and then cooling to present. The study was divided into two cold periods (1901–18, 1947–80) and a warm period (1919–46), based on the distribution of annual mean temperature. Decadal mean annual temperatures ranged from 10 °C in period I to 12.2 °C in period II, to 9.4 °C during the present cold period. Themean annual temperature for the 80 yr ranged from the coldest of 8.7 °C in 1979 to the warmest of 13.6 °C in 1939. Thedaily mean temperature for the entire 80-yr ranged from -4.7 °C on 31 January to 25.1 °C on 27 July. Thecoldest daily mean was -26.7 °C on 17 January, 1977, and thewarmest daily mean was 35 °C on 14 July, 1936. The range of values for thedaily mean maximum temperatures was -.2 °C on 31 January to 31.4 °C on 27 July. Corresponding values for thedaily mean minimum are -9.2 °C on 31 January and 18.7 °C on 27 July. The all-time extreme temperatures are -30.6 °C on 26 February, 1963 and 43.9 °C on 14 July, 1936. Climatic variability has been considered by computing the standard deviations of a) the daily mean maximum and minimum temperature per year, and b) the daily mean maximum and minimum temperatures for each day of the year for the 80-yr period. These results have shown that there is more variability in the daily mean maximum per year than in the daily mean minimum, for each year of the 80-yr period. Also the variability for both extremes has been greater in each of the two cold periods than in the warm period. Particularly noticeable has been theincrease in the variability of the daily mean minima per year during the current cooling trend. Further, it has been determined that the variability in the daily mean maxima and minima for each day of the year (based on the entire 80 yrs is a) two times greater in the winter than in the summer for both extremes, and b) about the same for each in the summer, greater for daily maximum in the spring and fall, but greater for the daily minimum during the winter. The latter result is undoubtedly related to the effect of snow cover on daily minimum temperatures. An examination of daily record maximum and minimum temperatures has been made to help establish climatic trends this century. For the warm period, 175 record maxima and 68 record minima were set, compared to 213 record minima and 105 record maxima during the recent cold period. For West Lafayette, the present climatic trend is definitely one of extreme record-breaking cold. Evidence has also been presented to show the substantial increases in snowfall amounts in the lee regions of the Great Lakes during the present cold period, due to the lake-induced snow squalls associated with cold air mass intrusions. The possible impact of the cooling trend on agricultural activities has also been noted, due to a reduced growing season.  相似文献

利用1961-2017年岳阳市国家气象观测站日平均气温、日平均相对湿度和日平均风速资料计算逐日人体舒适度指数,并采用线性倾向估计方法、Mann-Kendall趋势检验及小波分析法分析年平均指数和各等级日数的变化特征。结果表明:19612017年岳阳舒适日数最多,冷不舒适日数次之,热不舒适日数最少;岳阳较舒适的月份是5月和10月,最热不舒适的月份是7月和8月,最冷不舒适的月份是1月;近57年来岳阳人体舒适度指数数值显著上升,主要原因是受到冷不舒适日数减少、舒适日数和热不舒适日数增多等因素共同影响;各月份不同级别日数发生了较大的变化,冷不舒适日数减少、舒适日数增多的变化在3月最明显,舒适日数减少、热不舒适日数增加的变化在7月最明显;岳阳春、秋、冬三季越来越暖,而夏季变得更热;岳阳人体舒适度各级别日数呈现出显著的周期变化,1991年冬季至1992年是岳阳人体舒适度发生突变的时间段;未来几年中岳阳冷不舒适日数将会比2017年的增加,热不舒适日数会先增加后减少,舒适日数将会减少。  相似文献

The statistically ensured estimates of characteristics of temporal variability of wind speed and wind direction are obtained on the basis of observations carried out in 1996–2001 at the offshore fixed platform in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. The maximum values of monthly mean wind speed (more than 8 m/s) are registered in the cold half-year and the minimum ones (~4 m/s), in summer. The moderate winds of northern and southern directions dominate during the whole year. Using the Pearson’s chi-squared test, it is demonstrated that the wind speed follows the normal distribution law during the most part of observation period. The largest deviations from the normal law are timed to the periods of existence of intensive large-scale anomalies in the ocean-atmosphere system. A significant alternation of both synoptic and lower-frequency intramonthly wind speed fluctuations with typical periods of ~10–15 days is revealed. Their peak amplitude was registered in the fall and winter season of 1997/98, i.e., it was observed during the mature phase of one of the most intensive El Niños during the whole period of instrumental observations. At that time, the energy of intramonthly low-frequency wind speed fluctuations (~4 m2/s2) was equal to the energy of fluctuations within the synoptic range of the spectrum.  相似文献
