伊朗20世纪90年代产业结构问题与转型思路探讨

产业结构是伊朗经济核心问题之一，研究伊朗产业结构不但有利于解决解决经济结构问题、促进经济发展，而且有利于探索发展中国家经济发展发展规律、为发展中国家特别是伊斯兰国家经济可持续发展寻找出路。本文分析了伊朗20世纪90年代产业结构中存在的问题，提出了调整结构、加速转型的基本思路。     

新时期农村产业结构优化调整研究

通过在农村长期的工作实践和对农村经济发展的考察,依据当前国内外发展对农村产业经济发展的要求,分析研究我国和河南省农村产业结构的发展现状和动态变化,提出农村产业结构调整的指导思想、原则及目标,据此,从农村产业结构调整、农业产业结构调整和种植业结构调整3个层次,研究提出农村产业结构调整的基本思路和方向,为有关部门决策农村经济发展提供科学依据.     

煤炭工业城市总体规划的初步研究

在煤炭资源开采利用基础上形成、发展起来的煤炭工业城市,现在是,今后也将是我国城市中的一种重要类型。根据煤炭工业与非煤工业在城市中的相对地位和作用,结合煤城职能结构,煤炭工业城市可以划分为不同类型。分析煤城的形成过程,发展趋势及其影响因素,从研究煤城经济结构入手,剖析煤城各经济部门(尤其是各工业部门)在煤城不同阶段的发展可能性和经济合理性,是拟定煤炭工业城市发展性质的主要办法。煤炭工业城市人口有一定特点,不同类型的煤城在人口发展和结构上又有所差异。煤炭工业城市人口发展规模的推算方法应因城因时制宜。根据煤炭工业生产的特点和城市本身建设发展的要求,煤城宜采用分散成组的布局结构,形成以中心城镇为核心的矿区居民点体系“一矿一区”的小型居民点形式是不适宜的。煤炭工业城市的铁路系统、道路系统、公建系统以及郊区规划布局等也具有一定特点。     

长春市可持续发展的产业空间结构调整与优化

长春市作为东北地区的中心城市和特大型城市,产业结构正处在转型升级的关键时期。通过对长春市产业空间结构演化的历程和特征的分析研究,在工业化和城市化进程加速推进背景下,提出了产业空间结构调整与优化的基本思路,以保证长春可持续发展的客观要求。     

我国农村工业的发展与国家工业化关系剖析

论述中国农村工业的发展与国家工业化的战略选择、农村工业发展的作用,探讨关于合理组织我国农村工业产业结构和空间结构的基本思路。     

新疆农村经济地域类型划分与不发达类型区农村产业结构调整的基本思路

用定量和定性相结合的方法，采用多指标综合，对新疆农村经济的类型进行了初步划分，指标的选取主要反映区域经济的规模、结构层次的人均国内生产总值、农民人均家庭纯收入、农村非农份额等，把全疆划分为三种农村经济类型，即发达、较发达和不发达等。分析了其中不发达类型区农村产业结构的静态特征、动态特征和横向比较特征，在此基础上，提出了不发达类型区农村产业结构调整的基本思路。     

湖南娄邵冷城市群结构优化研究

运用分形理论等方法对娄邵冷城市群的结构进行了初步分析,结果表明:娄邵冷城市群等级规模结构尚处于低水平;职能结构仅处于工业化初级向中高级阶段转变的过渡时期,区域产业结构水平不高;湘黔铁路沿线和320、207国道沿线城镇已初步具有城市和经济发展的空间集聚特征,但城镇分布分散,集聚优势微弱,空间网络框架尚不成熟.针对其当前存在的问题,提出了娄邵冷城市群结构优化的基本思路.     

旅游业对石林县区域经济的影响与对策分析

随着西部大开发战略的深入实施,如何全面认识旅游业对西部经济落后地区经济的影响,成为旅游学界关注的热点问题之一。通过对石林县社会经济统计数据的综合分析以及实地调研,证实了旅游业对促进石林县国民经济总量扩大、推动产业结构高级化和带动相关产业发展等方面具有积极作用。同时,针对当前石林旅游内部结构和发展质量中存在的旅游产品单一、景区发展失衡和社区受益不足等主要问题,提出了以推动区域经济总体发展和带动农村居民脱贫作为旅游发展的两大基本任务和实现旅游产业增长模式从数量型向内涵型增长转变的基本思路,以及相应的对策。     

浅谈理论找矿在实际中的应用

对找矿理论方法和发展状况进行了阐述,并对理论找矿的基本思路进行了分析。     

产业结构高度化对城市生产性空间的影响研究

以产业结构升级的主要途径--产业结构高度化为切入点,在分析产业结构高度化实现的两种方式,即产业结构横向高级化和产业结构纵向高级化的基础上,仅以空间经济为视角,运用阿隆索(W.Alonso)的竞标地租理论,分析了产业结构横向高级化、产业结构纵向高级化分别对城市工业和服务提供空间的影响,指出了城市生产性空间布局的演变有其内在规律性,以及违背产业发展规律而强行重组城市空间的危害性.只有根据产业结构高度化的实现方式并结合产业类型,有针对性地提供发展空间才有助于社会经济发展.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
