甜菜碱脂在14种海洋微藻中的分布研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用超高效液相色谱−四极杆−飞行时间质谱联用分析系统(UPLC -Q- TOF MS),对4个微藻门中的14种微藻的甜菜碱脂的分子组成及其相应脂肪酸的组成及分布进行分析。结果表明:在14种微藻中共鉴定出133种甜菜碱脂,包括53种DGCC、41种DGTS和39种DGTA。其中甲藻和定鞭藻中主要的甜菜碱脂种类为DGCC,绿藻中主要的甜菜碱脂种类为DGTS;而在硅藻中的甜菜碱脂主要包括两种:中心硅藻纲中为DGCC,羽纹硅藻纲中为DGTA。此外,不同微藻中甜菜碱脂脂肪酸组成差异仅限制在门或纲的水平上,在较低的分类水平上差异不明显。硅藻门、甲藻门和定鞭藻门中均含有DGCC,其脂肪酸链的组成均含有C14−C18的脂肪酸以及C20和C22的多不饱和脂肪酸,但是甲藻的C14−C18脂肪酸链为饱和的,而C19奇数碳原子的脂肪酸链仅在硅藻中发现。认为海洋微藻甜菜碱脂的研究可以为海洋微藻化学分类学以及缺磷极性脂类的生理、生态作用和功能特性研究提供重要参考依据。  相似文献

Abstract. This study examines the composition and partitioning of lipids in the alvinocarid shrimp Rimicaris exoculata from Mid-Atlantic hydrothermal vents. Juveniles and adults at different stages of reproductive development were dissected into abdomen, branchial and ovary/hepatopancreas tissues. Each of these tissues was analysed for total lipid and lipid class composition, and fatty acids and fatty alcohols were identified using GC and GC-MS. Adult and juvenile shrimp differ in the partitioning of lipids between tissues. Juveniles store lipids in the abdomen as wax ester droplets and may use phosphatidyl choline as an additional reserve. Adult shrimp use triglycerides as an energy store, and triglycerides and polar lipids accumulate in ovary and hepatopancreas tissue during reproductive development. The wax ester storage droplets of juvenile shrimp contain high concentrations of n-3 fatty acids, which are photosynthetically-derived and thought to be important for reproductive development in crustaceans. These n-3 fatty acids are concentrated in the ovary and hepatopancreas of adults compared to other tissues. The n-3 fatty acid content of these adult tissues is well within that estimated for whole juvenile shrimp, supporting the hypothesis that the n-3 fatty acids putatively required for adult reproduction are stored from the juvenile stage.  相似文献

很多研究表明,n-3高度不饱和脂肪酸(n3-PUFA)是海洋动物,特别是其幼体生长发育所必需的营养成分,(Kanazawa et al.,1979; Levine et al.,1984)。很多海洋微藻中含有很高浓度的n3-PUFA,因此在水产养殖中,为了提高鱼、虾幼苗的成活率,增强幼体的体质,常用微藻来强化培养轮虫和卤虫,以提高其n3-PUFA的含量(赖户明1993;Ben-Amotz et al,,1987),为此我们选择了DHA含量比较高而EPA含量很低的金藻3011(Isochrysis galbana)、EPA含量较高而DHA含量很低的三角褐指藻2038(Pheaodactylum tricornutum)和小球藻(Chlorella sp.),研究了它们体内的EPA和DHA向卤虫传递的情况,同时用不含PUFA的面包酵母作对照,为水产养殖中进行卤虫的强化培养提供依据。  相似文献

Changes in the concentration of total lipid and fatty acids (FAs) during the decomposition of mangrove leaves were investigated by field experiments using yellow leaves of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza (L.) Lamk. and Kandelia candel (L.) Druce, in order to quantify mangrove contribution to lipid and fatty acid inputs to marine sediments. Total lipid and total FA in the fresh (green and yellow) and decomposing leaves of both species were significantly higher during winter than summer. During decomposition, total lipid content and FA concentration, in particular branched chain fatty acids (BrFAs) and bacterial fatty acids (BFAs), increased to a maximum concentration in 45 days during winter and in 17 days during summer. Lipids were lost faster in K. candel leaf detritus than in B. gymnorrhiza leaf detritus in which >90% of the total lipid original weight was lost during the summer experiment and <60% during the winter experiment. The changes in the concentrations of total lipids and FAs in the decomposing leaves also indicate that mangrove leaves are significant sources of fatty acids and probably other lipid compounds to estuarine ecosystems and that tidal waters transport the lipids and FAs adsorbed to particulate matter from mangroves to adjacent estuarine sediments and the ocean.  相似文献

Specimens of the hydrothermal mussel Bathymodiolus azoricus collected in Menez Gwen hydrothermal vent field (NE Atlantic) during 2002–2003 were examined for feeding patterns variations through three seasons. The fatty acid profile and lipid classes of the mussels were studied, together with the MODIS/AQUA-derived near-surface chlorophyll a to test the hypothesis that surface productivity might be related to the feeding patterns of this species. The lipid levels showed pronounced seasonal fluctuations with the highest values occurring in January and August. Seasonal variations in lipid classes and fatty acid composition of neutral and polar lipids in the mussels are presented. Differences in the fatty acid profile of lipid classes in different seasons suggest that the higher energy requirements in summer and winter were supplied by bacterial biomarkers ω7 MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acids), whereas ω6 PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids) and NMI (non-methylene-interrupted) fatty acids predominated during the spring. The MODIS/AQUA data show marked seasonal variability and an anomalous peak during January of 2003, although this cannot be directly linked to lipid composition variation.  相似文献

对多棘海盘车(Asterias amurensis)幽门盲囊中总脂、极性脂及脂仿酸组分进行了研究。结果表明,总脂含量占湿重的7.85%。磷脂中PC、PE、PS含量较高,PI和DPG含量较低。主要的脂肪酸是16:0,18:0,18:1(n=9),20:1(n=9)。20:1(n=7),20:4(n=6),20:5(n=3),22:6(n=3),占总脂肪酸的74%以上。其中以20:1(n=9)最为丰富  相似文献

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) pose a severe ecological risk. They are hydrophobic and are efficiently sequestered in lipid-rich tissues. Lipids function as energy reserves and as membrane components, and are essential for growth and reproductive processes in bivalves. Accumulation of PCBs may affect the mobilization of lipid reserves and membrane lipid composition; thus they may also impair reproductive and developmental processes. To test whether there are any changes in lipid metabolism, the lipid class and fatty acid composition in structural and reserve lipids of visceral mass, gills and mantle, and eggs of reproductively active oysters were examined. Oysters were fed daily with 0.2 g algal paste containing 0, 0.1, or 1.0 μg PCBs for 15 and 30 days. PCBs in the oyster tissues and eggs were also quantified. After 30 days of exposure PCBs were highly accumulated, up to 2635 ng/g in the visceral mass, 1880 ng/g in gill+mantle, and 671 ng/g (dry wt. bases). No significant changes were noted in either lipid class composition or fatty acid composition of structural or reserve lipids from PCB-exposed oyster tissues and eggs.  相似文献

A freshwater green microalgae Chlorella sp., UMACC344 was shown to produce high lipid content and has the potential to be used as feedstock for biofuel production. In this study, photosynthetic effciency, biochemical pro?les and non-targeted metabolic pro?ling were studied to compare between the nitrogen-replete and deplete conditions. Slowed growth, change in photosynthetic pigments and lowered photosynthetic effciency were observed in response to nitrogen deprivation. Biochemical pro?les of the cultures showed an increased level of carbohydrate, lipids and total fatty acids, while the total soluble protein content was lowered. A trend of fatty acid saturation was observed in the nitrogen-deplete culture with an increase in the level of saturated fatty acids especially C16:0 and C18:0, accompanied by a decrease in proportions of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Fifty-nine metabolites, including amino acids, lipids, phytochemical compounds, vitamins and cofactors were signi?cantly dysregulated and annotated in this study. Pathway mapping analysis revealed a rewiring of metabolic pathways in the cells, particularly purine, carotenoid, nicotinate and nicotinamide, and amino acid metabolisms. Within the treatment period of nitrogen deprivation, the key processes involved were reshu ? ing of nitrogen from proteins and photosynthetic machinery, together with carbon repartitioning in carbohydrates and lipids.  相似文献

锯缘青蟹2次卵巢发育时的卵黄发生旺期与卵黄发生初期相比,卵巢指数和卵巢脂肪含量(%卵巢干重或湿重)均显著增加,积累了大量的脂类,而这一时期的肝胰腺指数和肝胰腺脂肪含量均无显著变化,说明在卵黄发生时期,肝胰腺吸收的脂肪均及时转运到正在发育的卵巢.卵黄发生期,卵巢或肝胰腺磷脂/总脂的百分含量,均无显著变化,肝胰腺中游离脂肪酸逐步增加,甚至在卵黄发生后期超过甘油三酯的含量.卵黄发生阶段,无论肝胰腺或卵巢,其磷脂长链多不饱和脂肪酸显著高于中性脂,而饱和脂肪酸含量相对较低;肝胰腺脂类脂肪酸组成的最主要变化是中性脂的n3系列的长链多不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是C22:6n3显著降低.卵黄发生初期,肝胰腺磷脂与卵巢中性脂的脂肪酸组成(肝胰腺转运脂肪时,首先要将吸收或储存的脂类转换成磷脂,才能运出)无显著差异,但卵黄发生旺期,肝胰腺磷脂的长链多不饱和脂肪酸显著高于卵巢中性脂的含量.文中讨论了这些变化的原因.  相似文献

Fatty acids present in suspended particles were examined following the onset of a phytoplankton bloom in an experimental marine mesocosm set up in Patricia Bay, Saanich Inlet, British Columbia, Canada. The predominantly diatom bloom, triggered by the addition of nutrients at the commencement of the experiment, was succeeded by several other phytoplankton forms, which in turn led to changes in particulate chl a, and organic carbon, and nitrogen within the experimental enclosure. An examination of individual fatty acids indicated that the variation of individual fatty acids can be classified into three groups, although the variation pattern of individual fatty acids differed from one another. An attempt was made to establish the factors controlling particulate fatty acid concentrations by principal component analysis. After Varimax rotation, six factors were extracted, of which four factors contributed to 83% of the data matrix. These were mainly dependent on the source of the particles i.e., diatoms, dinoflagellates, and bacteria.Fatty acid concentrations obtained by analysis of different lipid class fractions indicated that the production of fatty acids was distinctly related to the growth stage of the phytoplankton bloom. Fatty acids in triglycerides peaked during stationary phase, whereas fatty acids in polar lipids were high during the stage of an increase of phytoplankton biomass. However, fatty acid composition in both lipid classes changed under the influence of species succession of the phytoplankton population. This strongly suggested that species succession of the phytoplankton exerted the most significant control on fatty acid composition of particulate matter.  相似文献

综述了营养性脂肪肝的病理特征与诱病因素,特别是饲料中脂肪、蛋白质和碳水化合物等主要营养素组配不平衡对鱼类脂肪肝病变的诱导作用。并对鱼类肝脏脂肪积累和转运的调节机制进行阐述,指出肝脏脂肪主要来自对饲料中脂肪的直接吸收以及饲料中过量蛋白质和糖类的转化合成,过多的脂肪累积于肝脏中则引起肝脏代谢紊乱。作为脂类载体,脂蛋白将脂肪转运出肝脏,然后再转运至其他组织中再利用或在脂肪组织中储存。介绍了高度不饱和脂肪酸、磷脂、胆碱、甜菜碱和肉碱等抗脂肪肝物质的作用途径和作用效果。最后指出通过平衡营养组成和调控肝脏中脂肪的来源与去路,可望实现对脂肪肝的预防和治疗。  相似文献

The chloroform-extractable ‘lipid’ fraction of dissolved organic matter in seawater was analyzed by gravimetry, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography (GC), and gas chromatography—mass spectrometry (GC—MS). Gravimetric concentrations of dissolved lipids in the Gulf of Mexico were in the range of 60–160 μg 1?1 in near-surface waters and 61–116 μg 1?1 in near bottom waters and accounted for ~4% of the dissolved organic carbon. Over a 12-h sampling period and a 5-d sampling period extensive variability in dissolved lipid quantity and quality were observed. The major percentage of extractable weight was collected in the polar liquid chromatographic fraction (55–95%). Gas chromatographic concentrations of the aliphatic fractions were in the range of 0.014-0.187 μg 1?1. Concentrations derived from gas chromatography were consistently lower than gravimetrically-derived concentrations. A number of compounds were tentatively identified by a combination of GC, GC—MS, and authentic standards. The major components of the analyzable dissolved lipids were n-alkanes (C16C32), pristane, phytane, methyl, ethyl and propyl esters of fatty acids. Minor components included olefins and cycloalkanes, aromatics, short-chained acids, and possibly a lactone and an alcohol. All concentrations and compounds were indicative of a fairly pristine environment. The n-alkane distribution appears to be the result of marine and terrestrial inputs superimposed on a chronic low-level background of oil pollution. It is suggested that the fatty acid esters and other fragment molecules are the résult of the degradation of humic substances. A number of potential indicators of source were isolated.  相似文献

In studies with larval stages of the American lobster (Homarus americanus) exposed to a sublethal concentration of South Louisiana crude oil, the normal patterns of lipid storage, utilization and synthesis during larval development and metamorphosis were altered with oil exposure. Increased rates of protein catabolism, delayed molting and reduced growth were also evident among oil-exposed lobster larvae and suggest either deficiency or immobilization of lipid reserves. From analyses of lipid class composition of control and oil-exposed lobster larvae, it is evident that oil-exposed larvae have consistently lower levels of triacylglycerols (the major energy store) and higher levels of sterols than control larvae. Decreased ratios of non-essential fatty acids (both saturated and unsaturated) and increased ratios of essential fatty acids were detected in the neutral lipid pools of oil-exposed larvae that suggest both decreased storage of fatty acids in energy reserves and decreased mobilization of essential fatty acids into phospholipid pools. The fatty acid distribution in the phospholipid pools of oil-exposed larvae, however, varied little from control values and reflects a tendency to preserve the integrity of these structural lipids. Increases in sterol levels may be related to decreased mobilization of cholesterol or other sterols and/or transformation of cholesterol into metabolic pathways including the biosynthesis of ecdysterone.Oil-exposed animals contained trace quantities of benzene, thiophene, toluene, alkylcyclohexane and alkylbenzenes, detected with GC-MS analyses. No naphthalene, dimethylnaphthalene, higher molecular weight aromatics or their phenolic derivatives were detected; their absence may be related to either the detection limits of the methodology used or extremely rapid metabolism and turnover of these components. Alterations in lipid metabolism may account for the developmental and energetic abnormalities observed in marine crustaceans. It cannot be ruled out, however, that decreased lipid utilization, synthesis and mobilization may be a defense mechanism against incorporating lipophilic components of petroleum hydrocarbons in metabolic pathways, and that disruption in energetics and development is a consequence of the reduction in energy available for growth and molting.  相似文献

红树林因其独特的生长环境,具有重要的生态、经济和社会意义。中华乌塘鳢(Bostrychus sinensis)是我国优良的养殖品种。为提高红树林的生态与经济效益,对红树林下中华乌塘鳢铁笼养殖技术进行研究探讨,并分析比较红树林下养殖鱼、光滩笼养鱼与野生鱼肌肉的营养成分。结果显示:以上各组鱼体的粗蛋白含量均较高(74.65%~83.08%),粗脂肪含量较低(0.89%~1.63%),其中红树林下养殖鱼的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量分别高于光滩养殖鱼;各组实验鱼的氨基酸总量(71.72%~79.27%)、鲜味氨基酸总量(29.03%~30.92%)、必需氨基酸总量(27.47%~31.57%)、非必需氨基酸总量(44.25%~47.69%)均以野生鱼为最高,光滩投饵组最低,红树林下养殖组高于光滩养殖组;各组实验鱼肌肉必需氨基酸指数EAAI均较高(66.83~74.90),限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和(蛋+胱)氨酸,支链氨基酸总量/芳香族氨基酸总量(F值)为2.17~2.22;红树林下养殖鱼肌肉中的n-3系列多不饱和脂肪酸含量和(EPA+DHA)含量均分别高于光滩养殖鱼,红树林下养殖的中华乌塘鳢肌肉脂肪酸组成比光滩养殖鱼具有更高的营养价值。  相似文献

The lipid geochemistry of antarctic marine sediments: Bransfield strait   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Ten sections of a 10m long sediment core from Bransfield Strait, Antarctic region, have been examined for hydrocarbons, fatty acids, fatty alcohols, sterols, hopanoic acids, lignins and stable isotope ratios. The resolvable lipid compound classes generally occur in the following order of abundance: n-fatty acids > n-alkanes > n-alcohols > sterols > PAH with n-fatty acids comprising 50–80% of the lipids. The distribution of various lipid components indicate that they are principally from marine autochthonous sources, largely from diatoms and bacteria and to a lesser extent from dinoflagellates. There is no evidence from the lipid fraction of significant terrestrial plant input, which was also confirmed by the absence of methoxyphenols of the lignin degradation products. Aeolian transport from other continents appears to be minor or negligible. Minor amounts of epigenetic (mature) triterpenoids and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons found in all the samples are probably derived from submarine outcrops of weathered coaliferous shales. Stable carbon isotope ratios fall within a narrow range (−25 to −26‰), characteristic of Antarctic plankton. Coprostanol is the major stanol identified in the sediment core, most probably derived from the excreta of marine mammals, i.e. whales. Perylene, the dominant PAH, appears to be of marine origin in these Antarctic sediments. The presence of labile alkenes, unsaturated fatty acids and diploptene to a depth of 10m implies that little diagenetic alteration of the lipids has occurred. The sub-zero bottom water temperatures and the anoxic environmental conditions of this basin have preserved the total organic matter in the sediments, at least down to a depth of 10m.  相似文献

Members of the copepod family Eucalanidae are widely distributed throughout the world׳s oceans and have been noted for their accumulation of storage lipids in high- and low-latitude environments. However, little is known about the lipid composition of eucalanoid copepods in low-latitude environments. The purpose of this study was to examine fatty acid and alcohol profiles in the storage lipids (wax esters and triacylglycerols) of Eucalanus inermis, Rhincalanus rostrifrons, R. nasutus, Pareucalanus attenuatus, and Subeucalanus subtenuis, collected primarily in the eastern tropical north Pacific near the Tehuantepec Bowl and Costa Rica Dome regions, noted for its oxygen minimum zone, during fall 2007 and winter 2008/2009. Adult copepods and particulate material were collected in the upper 50 m and from 200 to 300 m in the upper oxycline. Lipid profiles of particulate matter were generated to help ascertain information on ecological strategies of these species and on differential accumulation of dietary and modified fatty acids in the wax ester and triacylglycerol storage lipid components of these copepods in relation to their vertical distributions around the oxygen minimum zone. Additional data on phospholipid fatty acid and sterol/fatty alcohol fractions were also generated to obtain a comprehensive lipid data set for each sample. Rhincalanus spp. accumulated relatively large amounts of storage lipids (31–80% of dry mass (DM)), while E. inermis had moderate amounts (2–9% DM), and P. attenuatus and S. subtenuis had low quantities of storage lipid (0–1% DM). E. inermis and S. subtenuis primarily accumulated triacylglycerols (>90% of storage lipids), while P. attenuatus and Rhincalanus spp. primarily accumulated wax esters (>84% of storage lipids). Based on previously generated molecular phylogenies of the Eucalanidae family, these results appear to support genetic predisposition as a major factor explaining why a given species accumulates primarily triacylglycerols or wax esters, and also potentially dictating major fatty acid and alcohol accumulation patterns within the more highly modified wax ester fraction. Comparisons of fatty acid profiles between triacylglycerol and wax ester components in copepods with that in available prey suggested that copepod triacylglycerols were more reflective of dietary fatty acids, while wax esters contained a higher proportion of modified or de novo synthesized forms. Sterols and phospholipid fatty acids were similar between species, confirming high levels of regulation within these components. Similarities between triacylglycerol fatty acid profiles of E. inermis collected in surface waters and at >200 m depth indicate little to no feeding during their ontogenetic migration to deeper, low-oxygen waters.  相似文献

Sub-Arctic marine ecosystems are some of the most productive ecosystems in the world's oceans. The capacity of herbivorous zooplankton, such as Calanus, to biosynthesize and store large amounts of lipids during the short and intense spring bloom is a fundamental adaptation which facilitates the large production in these ecosystems. These energy-rich lipids are rapidly transferred through the food chain to Arctic seals. The fatty acids and stable isotopes from harp seal (Phoca groenlandica) and hooded seal (Cystophora cristata) off East Greenland as well as their potential prey, were analysed. The results were used to describe the lipid dynamics and energy transfer in parts of the East Greenland ecosystem. Even if the two seal species showed considerable overlap in diet and occurred at relatively similar trophic levels, the fatty acid profiles indicated that the bases of the food chains of harp and hooded seals were different. The fatty acids of harp seals originate from diatom-based food chain, whereas the fatty acids of hooded seals originate from dinoflagellate and the prymnesiophyte Phaeocystis pouchetii-based food chain. Stable isotope analyses showed that both species are true carnivores on the top of their food chains, with hooded seal being slightly higher on the food chain than harp seal.  相似文献

用扁藻、酵母、“鱼油 酵母”强化和“不强化”4种方式处理的卤虫无节幼体投喂黑斑口虾蛄各期幼体,比较不同强化方法对黑斑口虾蛄幼体成活率、变态率、生长速度及总脂与脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明,3种方式强化12h后的卤虫无节幼体与对照组相比,总脂含量都有不同程度的增加。卤虫无节幼体的脂肪酸组成与强化方式密切相关,其中“鱼油 酵母”强化的卤虫无节幼体20∶5n-3(EPA)和22∶6n-3(DHA)占总脂肪酸的比例最高,分别为5·74%和4·84%。投喂强化后富含EPA和DHA的卤虫无节幼体,可增加黑斑口虾蛄幼体体内脂肪酸尤其是EPA和DHA等不饱和脂肪酸的含量,从而提高其幼体的成活率、变态率与发育速度。  相似文献

对一种重要的未知生物饵料微藻在充气和瓶中静态两种生态条件下进行培养,设计了一种分步衍生化脂肪酸与甾醇的GC/MS连续分析法,对微藻脂肪酸甾醇进行了定性和定量分析,结果表明,这种微藻主要含有丰富的二十碳五烯酸(EPA),C14:0,C16:0,C16:1以及一定量的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),C22:5(n-6)和C18不饱和脂肪酸;共鉴定出11种甾醇组分,主要是24-甲基(乙基)胆甾醇,碳数分布从27到30,特别含有甲基巴夫甾醇和乙基巴夫甾醇;可以把这种微藻归到Prymnesiophyceae纲Pavlovales目Pavlovaceae科.通过实例分析证明,脂类分析结果可以作为海洋微藻化学分类学的一个重要依据.  相似文献

Potential biogenic sources of ultrafiltered dissolved and suspended particulate organic matter (UDOM and POM, respectively) from the Sargasso Sea (SS) and North Central Pacific (NCP) Ocean were investigated using lipid biomarker compounds. Organic carbon (OC) concentrations were ~ 20–40 times greater in UDOM than POM and decreased with depth. However, total OC-normalized lipid concentrations were 2–3 orders of magnitude higher in POM than in UDOM. Particulate total lipids decreased 3–10-fold with depth, compared to 10–20% for dissolved total lipids. Total fatty acids (FA), the most abundant lipids, showed similar patterns as total lipids, comprising ~ 62–88% of the total lipids analyzed in UDOM and ~ 57–84% in POM.FA were dominated by straight-chain saturated compounds followed by monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and branched FA. Polyunsaturated FA were enriched in POM vs. UDOM and in surface vs. deep waters for both UDOM and POM, likely reflecting the algal origins and greater reactivity of surface-derived materials. In both UDOM and POM, sterols of planktonic origin dominated, including cholest-5-en-3β-ol (C27Δ5), 24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)E-dien-3β-ol (C28Δ5,24(28)) and 24-ethylcholest-5-3β-ol (C29Δ5), with varying contributions from cholesta-5,22E-3β-ol (C27Δ5,22), 24-methylcholesta-5,22E-3β-ol (C28Δ5,22) and 24-ethylcholesta-5,22E-3β-ol (C29Δ5,22).Factor analysis of lipid biomarkers showed major differences between the UDOM and POM pools and for each pool as a function of depth, but not between the SS and NCP. While UDOM and POM biomarkers were both dominated by autochthonous sources, differences between the two pools suggest potential effects from some combination of source and diagenetic factors. The lipid biomarker data are further evaluated relative to previous studies of radiocarbon (14C) and elemental (C:N:P) characteristics of UDOM and POM in the SS and NCP.  相似文献
