1947- 2000 年上海中心城区居住空间结构演变   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
基于1947-2000 年9 个时相的上海土地利用遥感调查GIS 数据集, 从土地利用层面对 50 多年来上海中心城区居住空间结构演变进行实证研究。首先分析居住用地扩展与构成的数 量变化特征, 然后采用地理形态分析法划分各时期居住区类型, 并分别从街区与城市两个尺 度对居住区演变进行分析: 在街区尺度下, 以聚类特征表研究居住区的类型变化以及内部土 地利用构成变化; 在城市区域尺度下, 分析不同时期居住区的空间格局变化以及工业用地、 市政商服用地对居住区空间格局演进的影响。研究发现上海中心城区居住空间结构由简单的 组团加圈层结构向复杂的扇形、圈层和组团综合模式演变。其中以1988 年土地有偿使用制度 改革为界, 前期以外围住宅新村圈层扩展与和内部居住区不断被非居住用地侵入形成用地混 合居住区为特征, 后期以外围商品住宅指状扩展和内部旧城更新相结合为特征。  相似文献

广西贵港市城市建成区景观格局动态变化研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
以高分辨率QulckBird卫星影像及航片为数据源,借助GIS技术平台获得广西贵港市4个时期城市景观类型图;运用景观格局指数定量分析城市景观格局的时空变化特征。分析结果表明,近40a来贵港市城市景观趋于有序多样化,表征城市综合发展水平的公共设施用地、市政公用设施用地和工业用地的斑块数和面积均逐年上升;建成区用地规模在经历了扩展过快和扩展不足的波动后,最近10a趋于合理,但仍存在一定程度的土地资源闲置现象;城市化过程中,城市主要景观要素(公共设施用地、工业用地、居住用地和农田)的空间形状表现出规则整齐的特征,而主要景观要素的空间分布特征具有明显的波动变化趋势。  相似文献

根据分形理论研究杭州1949~1996年间城市形态和土地利用结构的演化特征,发现杭州城市具有明确的自相似规律。研究表明,杭州城市形态和土地利用结构的分形性态逐渐变好,这与国外学者“演化的城市分形”观相互印证。各类土地形态的维数都小于整个城市形态的维数,从而证实了国内学者“城市化地区的分维大于各职能类土地空间分布维数”的理论推断。从时空变化来看,杭州城市形态的分维呈上升趋势,1996年接近Batty等提出的理论预期维数D = 1.71;居住用地、工业用地和对外交通用地的分维近20年来趋于增大,而教育用地和绿化用地的分维则有所减小。杭州市的分形演化和分维变化总体上揭示了城市自组织演化的特征,但工业用地维数的大幅度上升和绿化用地维数的下降显然暗示该城市在进化过程中的局部退化倾向。  相似文献

基于ArcGIS9.3平台,运用可达性分析技术,以江苏省淮安市为例,定量分析了城市功能用地可达性格局特征与演变。研究发现,城市功能用地可达性空间范围不断扩大,城市内部可达性水平变化不大,城市边缘的可达性变化较大;城市功能用地的空间分布与可达性水平关系密切,集中分布在可达性时间成本小的范围内;主要功能用地可达性空间格局演变表现出不同的特征,工业用地逐步由可达性成本小的城市核心区迁移到可达性成本相对较大的城市外围,居住用地相对均衡地分布在不同可达性时间范围内,小型公共设施用地主要分布于可达性时间成本小的城市核心区,大型公共设施用地则逐步迁移到可达性时间成本相对较大的城市外围;影响城市功能用地可达性格局及其演变的因素归纳为5个方面,包括地理环境、经济发展、交通引导、人口增长和政府调控。研究表明城市道路网可达性水平的提高,能够引导城市功能用地的空间布局,带动城市空间形态的演变。  相似文献

圣彼得堡土地利用格局现状特征及形成机制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以圣彼得堡市为例,依据1948、1987和2016年土地利用数据计算居住、工业和商业用地的区位熵值并分析其变化,基于统计小区、圈层式及扇形分布3个视角,运用GIS分析计划与市场经济影响下的城市用地空间分布特征。研究结果表明,居住、工业和商业用地的空间分布规律不同: 3类用地在城市整体空间分布中均表现出一定的分散特征,其中,居住用地空间分布表现最为分散,工业用地呈现出分区域性布局特征,相比而言商业用地空间聚集程度最高; 商业用地在核心圈层处于主导地位,工业用地在老城区圈层为主导地位,居住用地在近郊区圈层为主导地位,远郊区圈层仍处于初步发展阶段,城市景观发展尚未成熟;对比圈层式和象限式结构各类用地区位熵值分布结果,提出圣彼得堡市3类用地空间分布扇形结构特征明显,说明沿主要交通线路是现代城市用地空间扩展主要方式,其中工业用地在城市空间分布中占据更为有利的交通区位优势,居住用地次之,商业用地在城市中心区域中分布不足。圣彼得堡城市用地空间分布形成主要机制总结为以下5个方面:前苏联时期城市用地空间结构主要框架的保持;行政区划调整为城市用地结构改善提供了路径;市场经济下住房体制改革推进了城市居住郊区化;土地市场对土地功能置换进程作用较弱;产业转型缓慢导致老城区仍主要为生产中心。  相似文献

公共服务设施用地是城市功能用地的主要组成部分,公共服务设施用地的集聚与扩散可以更直接地揭示城市空间结构与城市中心地的演变特征。本文以长春市中心城区为研究范围,利用城市用地现状图、地形图等数据资源,借助GIS软件,采用核密度、斑块聚合度指数等方法,分析了长春市2003-2013年公共服务设施用地演变特征与机制。研究发现:公共服务设施用地规模增速低于城市建成区的增速;公共服务设施用地演变特征的圈层差异明显;公共服务设施用地空间结构从“单一化核心+多次级中心”到“多样化核心+多次级中心”,空间格局从“大分散、小集中”到“大集中、小分散”;城市不同公共服务设施用地类型表现出不同的演变特征;城市公共服务设施用地演变机制为城市功能空间的整体提升、城市功能空间的互动耦合、土地利用的市场竞争、交通设施与网络的完善、城市规划的引导与调控、城市大事件的快速推动。  相似文献

以我国铁路枢纽城市怀化为例,利用城市规划土地利用现状图、1﹕10000地形图、遥感影像图、社会经济统计数据以及其他相关资料,借助ArcGIS9.2软件平台和统计分析软件(SPSS11.5),采用地统计分析、空间形态分析、等扇分析及分形理论方法等研究方法,从城市扩展强度、扩展形态和扩展分异3个方面分析其扩展特征,最后在分析影响怀化城市空间扩展驱动力的基础上总结了其扩张机制。  相似文献

为研究高速交通对城市形态时空演变的影响,基于1995—2018年山东省城市建设用地数据,选取城市形态扩张速度指数、城市形态扩张强度指数、城市形态紧凑度指数和分形维指数等指标,从时空角度分析高速交通对山东省城市形态演变的影响。结果表明:(1)山东省城市建设用地分散,紧凑度低;(2)山东省城市发展规模小,城市扩展速度慢;③大城市形态受高速交通分割严重。针对高速交通对山东省城市形态演变带来的问题,提出了山东省高速交通与城市和谐发展的对策性建议。  相似文献

城市三维空间扩展已成为21世纪初期中国城市空间扩展的重要特征。利用南京市2000年和2012年两期三维城市数字重建成果,将地类变化转移矩阵的应用方法进行拓展,研究城市建成区用地类型变化引致的用地强度的演变。主要结论为:① 21世纪以来南京建成区处于高速扩张之中,12年间工业用地增长幅度最大,其增加的来源主要是农用地,其次为住宅用地,农用地和水域面积减少较为明显;② 在城市内部5种主要地类的转化过程中,除住宅用地转为其他建设用地的类型容积率有所降低外,其余转换类型容积率均有明显增长,城市内部用地类型未发生变化的地块,容积率也处在不断的提高中;③ 在城市扩展区各地类的容积率保持在较好的水平,新增住宅、教育和其他建设用地的容积率超过了老城区相应地类的容积率,新建工业用地容积率与老工业用地容积率持平,新建商业用地容积率是老商业用地容积率的65.67%。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
