SELECTION OF BRILLOUIN SHIFT DISCRIMINATOR FOR BRILLOUIN LIDAR   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
For the measurement of vertical profiles of sound speed in the sea using laser excited Brillouin scattering, a high-resolution measurement of Brillouin frequency shift is required. In this work, a molecular absorption cell was selected as the frequency shift discriminator and several kinds of absorption gases were tried. It was found that the strong line ( # 1095) of ^127 I2 at 18783. 3297 cm^-1 and two absorption lines of ^129 I2 located at the two sides of the # 1095 line of ^127 I2 could be used as frequency shift discriminator to detect the changes of the Brillouin frequency shift. This selection is the best one within the range from 532.0131 run to 532.5154 nm. But it is not perfect and there is a lot of work to do before its practical application.  相似文献

A sound speed profile plays an important role in shallow water sound propagation. Concurrent with in-situ measurements, many inversion methods, such as matched-field inversion, have been put forward to invert the sound speed profile from acoustic signals. However, the time cost of matched-field inversion may be very high in replica field calculations. We studied the feasibility and robustness of an acoustic tomography scheme with matched-field processing in shallow water, and described the sound speed profile by empirical orthogonal functions. We analyzed the acoustic signals from a vertical line array in ASIAEX2001 in the East China Sea to invert sound speed profiles with estimated empirical orthogonal functions and a parallel genetic algorithm to speed up the inversion. The results show that the inverted sound speed profiles are in good agreement with conductivity-temperature-depth measurements. Moreover, a posteriori probability analysis is carried out to verify the inversion results.  相似文献

To a multibeam echo sounder system (MBES), under water sound refraction plays an important role in depth measure-ment accuracy, and errors in sound velocity profile lead to inaccuracies in the measured depth (especially for outer beams). A method is developed to estimate the sound velocity profile based on the depth measured by vertical beam. Using this depth and other pa-rameters, such as t (sound pulse propagation time), 0 (beam inclination angle), etc. We can estimate a simple sound velocity profile with which the depth error has been reduced. This method has been tested with a real dataset acquired in the East China Sea.  相似文献

We simulated the temporal correlation of sound transmission using a two-dimensional advective frozen-ocean model with temperature data from a temperature sensor array on a propagation path in the South China Sea (SCS) Experiment 2009, and investigated the relationships of temporal correlation length, source-receiver range, and maximal sound speed fluctuation mainly caused by the solitary internal waves. We found that the temporal correlation length is −1.2-power dependent on source-receiver range and −0.9-power dependent on maximal sound speed fluctuation. The empirical relationship is deduced from one-day environmental measurements in a limited area, needing more works and verification in the future with more acoustic data. But the relationship is useful in many applications in the area of SCS Experiment 2009.  相似文献

We performed a long range acoustic propagation experiment in the South China Sea (SCS) in November 2004. The environment of the experiment was with an isothermal sound speed profile, where influence of water volume fluctuation was small, meaning that bottom parameters can be well estimated from acoustic signals. We inverted the acoustic parameters of sediment by using a hybrid inversion scheme that combines the matched field processing inversion with Hamilton sediment empirical relationship and transmission loss data. The numerical results show excellent agreement with the experiment data, indicating validity of the inverted parameters.  相似文献

Three-hundred and thirty-one sediment cores, including six sediment types(clayey-and sandy-silt, silty-and sandy-clay, clayey-and silty-sand) were collected from the shallow and semi-deep seas of the South China Sea, and the P-wave velocities and physical properties of core sediments were measured under standard laboratory conditions. To eliminate the influence of environmental factors, the empirical sound speed ratio equations were established. Compared with several equations from literature, the porosity and wet bulk density empirical equations established in this paper agree well with Richardson and Briggs(2004)'s in-situ equations, which implies that our empirical equations can be used in the similar region of world's oceans under certain conditions and will be useful in areas lacking first-hand P-wave speed data. However, the mean grain size equations established in this study, similar to the previous studies, have low accuracy, which may be due to the different particle arrangements and degrees of compaction in sediments. The results also show that for different sediment types, the equation based on all sediment data is in good agreement with the measured data in the study area, as there are both siliciclastic and carbonate sediments on the studied seabed. It is suggested that appropriate empirical equations should be selected according to sediment types and sedimentary environment in future works, and the empirical equation of porosity or the two-parameter equation of porosity and grain size should be preferred.  相似文献

空间距离标准装置是校准地面激光扫描仪的重要计量标准器,其标靶球的空间距离测量一直是其难点,目前大多是采用激光跟踪仪来测量。提出使用多台全站仪交会来进行标靶球的坐标测量,首先通过后方交会、免棱镜测量可以快速方便地得到特征点的概略坐标,然后通过互瞄建立定向基准,最后通过整体平差得到高精度的特征点坐标。实例证明,这套系统的精度优于0.1 mm,能够满足空间距离标准装置的校准精度要求。  相似文献

以API公司的T3激光跟踪仪为例,进行简要的理论分析。通过校准前后对比实验、固定点重复测量、距离重复测量实验、激光跟踪仪和干涉仪对比实验、现场点位中误差测量实验及激光跟踪仪与常规测量对比实验,对激光跟踪仪的测量精度进行测量和验证。激光跟踪仪在校准后,短距离测量时测距精度对空间点位精度起主导作用,测角精度比较稳定;随着距离的增大,测距、空间点位误差增大。较之常规测量,短距离测量具有很高的测量精度。  相似文献

为提高风速传感器检定校准的精确性,通过几种途径:计算各检定点测量值偏离均值百分比,分析风速传感器测量数据的一致性,评价检定环境的稳定性和气流均匀性;以3次测量数据平均值作为风速传感器示值进行比对,克服因风杯自身和环境因素对测量结果的影响;对风速传感器测量数据的误差处理,分析3种误差曲线间的趋势关系,找出传感器示值中的异常数据;对传感器测量数据和实际风速数据进行线性拟合,进一步验证传感器示值的精确度。得出拟合曲线斜率为1.0213相关系数达到0.99989。研究表明,通过以上方法综合应用,风速传感器检定校准的精确性得到显著提高。  相似文献

As a powerful tool to scan the atmosphere, the I idar can derive visibility values by directly collecting the backscattering laser light from the atmosphere. Simultaneous measurements of atmospheric visibility by Micro-pulsed lidar (MPL) and a commercial visibility meter (VM) NQ-1 have been performed to evaluate the feasibility of the MPL system designed by the Ocean Remote Sensing Laboratory (ORSL) of the Ocean University of China (OUC) from October 21 2005 to November 21 2005 in the Shilaoren Sightseeing Garden on the Qingdao coast. All the 880 data samples obtained by the two instruments have high correlation coefficients (up to 0.86), which indicates it is feasible to utilize MPL to measure atmospheric visibility.  相似文献

为了提高激光跟踪仪的测量精度,针对激光跟踪仪测量重复性高的特点,提出基于长度标准装置对激光跟踪仪观测值进行标定的方法。通过建立激光跟踪仪和激光干涉仪标定观测的函数模型和随机模型,依据最小二乘原理得到标定点观测值的改正数和标定点观测值平差值的精度,进而对目标点的观测值进行插值改正,获得激光跟踪仪对目标点观测值的改正数,最终实现对激光跟踪仪的观测值进行误差补偿。采用长度标准装置对Leica AT401激光跟踪仪进行水平方向标定及标定后的精度测试,激光跟踪仪经过水平方向误差补偿后,将其测量点相互之间距离与激光干涉仪测量的距离进行对比,距离差值的RMS从19.5μm降低为10.2μm,验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

以CCMP(Cross—Calibrated,Multi—Platfoml)风场为驱动场,分别驱动目前国际先进的第3代海浪模式ww3(WAVEWATCH—III)、SWAN(Simulating WAves Nearshore),对2010年9月发生在东中国海的台风“圆规”所致的台风浪进行数值模拟,就台风浪的特征进行分析,并对比分析两个海浪模式的模拟效果。结果表明:1)以CCMP风场分别驱动WW3、SWAN海浪模式,可以较好地模拟发生在东中国海的台风浪,风向与波向保持了大体一致,波高与风速的分布特征保持了很好的一致性;2)综合相关系数、偏差、均方根误差、平均绝对误差来看,两个模式模拟的有效波高(SWH—Significant Wdve Height)都具有较高精度,SWAN模拟的SWH略低于观测值,WW3模拟的SWH与观测值更为接近;3)台风浪可给琉球群岛海域带来5m左右的大浪,台风浪进入东海后,波高、风速都有一定程度的增加,当台风沿西北路径穿越朝鲜半岛时,受到半岛地形的巨大影响,风速和波高都明显降低。  相似文献

Various geological processes and features that might inflict hazards identified in the South China Sea by using new technologies and methods.These features include submarine landslides,pockmark fields,shallow free gas,gas hydrates,mud diapirs and earthquake tsunami,which are widely distributed in the continental slope and reefal islands of the South China Sea.Although the study and assessment of geohazards in the South China Sea came into operation only recently,advances in various aspects are evolving at full speed to comply with National Marine Strategy and‘the Belt and Road’Policy.The characteristics of geohazards in deep-water seafloor of the South China Sea are summarized based on new scientific advances.This progress is aimed to aid ongoing deep-water drilling activities and decrease geological risks in ocean development.  相似文献

It is essential to acquire sound speed profiles (SSPs) in high-precision spatiotemporal resolution for undersea acoustic activities. However, conventional observation methods cannot obtain high-resolution SSPs. Besides, SSPs are complex and changeable in time and space, especially in coastal areas. We proposed a new space-time multigrid three-dimensional variational method with weak constraint term (referred to as STC-MG3DVar) to construct high-precision spatiotemporal resolution SSPs in coastal areas, in which sound velocity is defined as the analytical variable, and the Chen-Millero sound velocity empirical formula is introduced as a weak constraint term into the cost function of the STC-MG3DVar. The spatiotemporal correlation of sound velocity observations is taken into account in the STC-MG3DVar method, and the multi-scale information of sound velocity observations from long waves to short waves can be successively extracted. The weak constraint term can optimize sound velocity by the physical relationship between sound velocity and temperature-salinity to obtain more reasonable and accurate SSPs. To verify the accuracy of the STC-MG3DVar, SSPs observations and CTD observations (temperature observations, salinity observations) are obtained from field experiments in the northern coastal area of the Shandong Peninsula. The average root mean square error (RMSE) of the STC-MG3DVar-constructed SSPs is 0.132 m/s, and the STC-MG3DVar method can improve the SSPs construction accuracy over the space-time multigrid 3DVar without weak constraint term (ST-MG3DVar) by 10.14% and over the spatial multigrid 3DVar with weak constraint term (SC-MG3DVar) by 44.19%. With the advantage of the constraint term and the spatiotemporal correlation information, the proposed STC-MG3DVar method works better than the ST-MG3DVar and the SC-MG3DVar in constructing high-precision spatiotemporal resolution SSPs.

A shallow water tomography scheme based on the modal wave number inversion technique is considered in this paper. The scheme is based on the assumption that modal wave number for transpped mode can be measured in a suitable way. The tomographic inversion is accomplished into steps; firstly, the bottom parameter are inverted by using the bottom reflection phase shift with the known sound speed profile; secondly, the variation of sound speed profile at different time is inverted provided the bottom parameters are known. A numerical simulation shows that the proposed scheme works well, and the sensitivity analysis of sound speed profile inversion is performed, for shallow water environmental parameters: sound speed, density and attenuation coefficient of the bottom.  相似文献

海洋二号搭载的笔形圆锥扫描微波散射计(HY2-scat)是国内第一个业务化运行的,可提供大量实时海面风场数据的微波传感器。由于Ku波段散射计测风原理和微波传输特性,受到降雨影响的散射计反演风场数据准确度降低。降雨导致的微波传播路径衰减,雨滴对微波直接后向散射导致的回波能量增加和雨滴对海表面毛细波的干扰等综合效应,使得降雨条件下散射计测风风速计算值偏高,风向计算值偏差较大。针对散射计反演风速受降雨影响的特点引入神经网络模型,使用准确度较高的NWP数值预报模式风场数据作为参考,对受降雨影响的HY-2散射计反演L2B级标准风场数据产品进行校正,改进HY-2散射计反演风矢量在降雨条件下的准确度。与受降雨影响的散射计反演风场风速偏差相比较,经过神经网络校正后的风速偏差减小,说明该方法适用于改善受降雨影响的HY-2散射计测风风速精度。  相似文献
