GIS数据库更新模型与方法研究进展

空间数据库更新方法与关键技术研究是近年来国内外GIS的前沿研究课题.本文主要介绍了我国国家自然科学基金重点项目"GIS空间数据库更新的模型与方法研究"的主要研究进展,包括在遥感影像自动配准、地理要素变化信息提取、GIS主数据库增量建模、客户数据库更新等方面取得的研究成果.

本文阐述了湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新技术规程的内容,编制原则与方法;分析介绍了规程的要点。湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新技术规程的编制应用,统一了湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新的技术标准,规范了基础测绘成果,极大地推进了测绘信息资源的共享和有效利用,为省级基础地理信息数据库更新工程的常态化动态更新、跨尺度联动更新奠定基础。     

基于道路格网的城市三维数据增量更新技术研究

传统空间数据库全覆盖式更新方法存在数据冗余及更新速率慢等问题,为了能够更好地支持海量城市三维数据的组织和更新工作,本文提出了一种基于道路格网的城市三维数据增量更新方法。利用城市道路格网分组、分块的特性进行城市三维数据的空间划分,建立城市格网模型,以不规则格网的形式进行城市三维数据的组织。利用城市格网模型划分的城市地理块具有不同功能属性的特点,以地理块的形式进行"时间+空间"的增量数据组织。可对城市三维数据进行时间方向和空间方向的历史回溯,改变了传统增量更新的查询管理方式。最后本文基于多基态修正模型设计了增量数据存储模型并给出了更新流程。以某市为例,开发了城市三维数据库增量更新原型系统,实现了城市三维数据的增量更新。     

省市级基础地理信息框架数据联动更新探究

基于潍坊市寿光基础地理信息数据库建设更新工程与省地理信息公共服务平台框架数据更新工程,探索了省市基础地理信息框架数据联动更新的工作模式,提出了通过建立多比例尺基础框架数据的方式,建立省市基础框架数据库的联系,通过增量更新的模式完成省市两级基础框架数据库联动更新的方法。     

宝丰数字乡镇地理空间框架建设项目成果正式发布推广

<正>3月10日,宝丰县数字乡镇地理空间框架建设项目成果发布暨推广会成功召开,该项目成果正式发布,数字宝丰地理信息公共平台开始向政府各部门、社会公众提供地理信息服务。2012年,经宝丰县国土资源局申请、平顶山市测绘地理信息局推荐,宝丰县12个乡镇分两批被列入省测绘地理信息局数字乡镇地理空间框架建设计划。目前,该项目完成了宝丰县12个乡镇全部729.34平方千米1∶5000数据库更新     

基础地理数据库的持续更新问题

本文分析了基础地理数据库更新的实际需求与研究现状,指出其持续更新过程中一系列与“初始建库”不同的理论、方法和关键技术问题,提出应不失时机地加强对主数据库增量数据建模方法、多源遥感影像与矢量化地图数据的自动配准、GIS集成环境下的重要基础地理要素变化信息的提取、多尺度地图数据库级联更新的自动综合方法、客户数据库的更新方法等的研究。

1:5万数据库实现"一年一版图"国家基础地理信息数据库动态更新1:5万地形数据库重点要素更新(2012版)项目日前通过验收,这标志着我国首次完成了1:5万基础地理信息数据库的动态更新。国家测绘地理信息局副局长李维森表示,1:5万数据库即日起可以向各方面提供使用,此前部分成果已应用到四川芦山"4·20"7.0级强烈地震灾区的测绘应急服务工     

新型三维测绘地理信息产品集成建库研究技术

随着测绘技术手段的升级,各类新型三维测绘地理信息产品不断涌现。在推进智慧城市建设的当下,各行业对空间数据资源的应用趋于交叉和协同,对数据服务保障能力提出了更高的要求。本文分析了大规模三维数字城市模型数据内容的复杂性、海量性、精细程度不同等特点,研究提出了新型三维测绘地理信息产品集成建库的技术体系,包括空间格网划分、地理实体编码、数据库设计和数据更新发布机制等,并探讨了三维城市数据库在规划设计、方案审查和建筑运营管理等方面的应用支撑案例。     

地理空间数据库性能测试软件的设计与实现

空间数据具有空间位置、非结构化、空间关系,以及海量数据等特征。因此,对空间数据的存取性能,成为评价地理空间数据库极其重要的指标之一。BeyonDB是在国家"863"项目支持下研发的具有自主知识产权的地理空间数据库系统。目前,国内还没有支持地理空间数据库性能对比测试的工具软件,因此,为客观衡量BeyonDB的性能指标,有必要研发一种地理空间数据库性能对比测试的软件。本文分析了地理空间数据库性能对比测试软件的功能目标,采用面向对象的设计思想及方法,合理使用软件设计模式,进行了软件的总体框架与主控、功能命令、空间数据访问,以及测试结果输出等关键类的详细设计。介绍了实现该软件功能的方法、开发工具,以及主界面、文档输出界面等。最后,对软件的设计研发工作予以总结,提出今后的研究重点。
