昆明市东川城区后山泥石流危险性评价

云南省是中国遭受泥石流灾害最严重的省区之一,而对危险范围和危险程度进行划分和评估是泥石流减灾的重要内容。以昆明市东川城区后山泥石流为例,应用泥石流沟危险度综合评价法对泥石流危险度进行了评价;接着应用流域背景预测模型对泥石流危险范围进行预测,在这些数据和已构建的东川城区数字高程模型数据的基础上,应用GIS生成了以上泥石流危险范围预测图,研究成果为东川城区减灾防灾提供了科学依据。     

泥石流沟判别与危险度评价研究

以云南泥石流形环境的区域调查为基础，提出了以１１项因素作为泥石流沟判别与危险度评价预测的背景参数，依据关联性序列分析确定了因素的权重分析，应用数量化理论建立了泥石流沟判别模式和危险度评价预测的计算方法，实际应用结果表明该法可靠、简便和实用，适用蚶类泥石流沟判定与危险度的评价预测。     

四川境内成昆铁路泥石流数据库应用系统

四川境内成昆铁路泥石流数据库应用系统包括泥石流信息管理系统和泥石流预测预报系统。前者是将四川境内成昆铁路367条泥石流沟的41种信息,用汉字dBASE Ⅲ建立的信息管理系统,实现了信息的自动编辑、检索、统计和报表打印;后者根据泥石流预测预报模型,用泥石流信息管理系统中存储的数据和有关信息,在CCDOS 4.0的支持下,再输入有关泥石流的动态信息,在微型计算机上作出泥石流的预测预报,这一系统是用Turbo PROLOG语言完成的。     

四川境内成昆铁路泥石流预测预报参数

在四川境内成昆铁路沿线野外考察的基础上,确定了泥石流数据库预测预报系统的各种参数,提出了泥石流沟谷是否具备暴发泥石流的碎屑物量的判别式:比值=碎屑物聚集总量/暴发泥石流的碎屑物量最低标准。当比值≥1时,具备了暴发泥石流的碎屑物条件,应作出可能暴发泥石流的预测。同时还根据泥石流暴发的降水资料,确定了暴发泥石流的降水量标准为日雨量≥50毫米。根据暴雨信息可作出泥石流预报。     

四川境内成昆铁路泥石流预测预报专家系统

四川境内成昆铁路泥石流预测预报专家系统,是根据该线泥石流数据库中有关泥石流沟谷的属性,基于产生式规则,按照一定的推理网络自动进行泥石流预测预报的。整个系统采用模块化程序设计,包括数据库、知识库、推理机、知识获取、解释、人机接口6个模块,使用Turbo PROLOG语言,在IBM-PC/XT 286机上实现。     

蒋家沟泥石流输沙年际变化及其灾变预测

根据云南东川蒋家沟泥石流年输沙量的时序资料,分析了蒋家沟泥石流输沙的年际变化特征,发现历年输沙量变动幅度大,波动明显且年际变化频繁,用灰色系统理论的灾变预测方法,建立泥石流年输沙量的等维新息灾变预测模型,能够对未来可能出现的灾变年份进行较好的预测。在前期研究基础上,补充最新观测资料,建立了新的灾变时间序列和相应的等维新息灾变预测模型,使蒋家沟泥石流的年输沙量灾变预测得以连续进行,并对预测结果进行了检验,效果较为理想。     

泥石流灾害水文气象联合预报

由于降雨型泥石流是我国泥石流灾害的主要类型,所以以往对泥石流灾害的预测预报主要通过对雨量数据的分析来实现。但是由于雨量站记录雨量和灾害发生雨量并不一致,这就极大的影响了单纯依赖雨量数据预测预报的准确性。在分析环境因素影响的基础上,将水文和气象资料结合起来,用于泥石流灾害的预测预报。通过比较灾害发生前、发生时和发生后的河流洪峰流量、日降雨量和小时降雨量,发现洪峰流量和小时降雨量对灾害发生有很好的指示作用。经过在辽宁省岫岩满族自治县的试验,得到洪峰流量1 800 m3/s和小时降雨量50~60 mm这两个该县泥石流灾害发生临界值。结果表明水文和气象资料的联合应用,会大大改进泥石流灾害的预测预报效果。     

暴雨泥石流冲出距离预测

有效确定泥石流可能的危险范围对制定防灾减灾规划具有重要的参考价值.在对2008-09-24北川县境内发生的72处暴雨泥石流调查的基础上,通过对泥石流冲出距离的统计分析,提出了基于地貌学特征的泥石流冲出距离预测模型.模型根据泥石流沟流域面积的大小分类,给出了相应的计算取值参数范围.将该模型应用到汶川县城后山2条泥石流沟进行验证,计算结果表明,用模型预测的泥石流冲出距离比实际冲出距离稍偏大,平均误差值介于4%～11%间,这对泥石流实际冲出距离的预测是可行的.     

灰色灾变模型在蒋家沟泥石流年输沙量短期预测中的应用

根据蒋家沟泥石流年输沙量最近8年的实测资料,运用灰色系统理论的灾变预测方法建立了泥石流年输沙量的灾变预测模型,对未来可能出现的年输沙量超过200万立方米的灾变年份进行了预测,并引入等维新息模型,使短期灾变预测得以连续进行。     

区域泥石流孕灾环境危险性评价——以北京军都山区为例

以北京军都山区实测泥石流沟谷数为基准,基于因子叠加、信息量模型和FCM-粗糙集三种方法,分别获得了泥石流灾害发生的危险性等级分布,结果表明:①各分区单位面积内泥石流沟谷数都随着危险性评价等级的提高而增多;②因子叠加法和信息量模型法可得出五级泥石流灾害危险性分级,而粗糙集法只得出三级分级;③以实际泥石流沟谷落在评价区数目为标准,信息量模型法有90%以上的泥石流沟谷在危险性高和极高区域;粗糙集法得到危险区域覆盖了63.72%的泥石流沟谷分布;④从单位面积泥石流沟谷数与泥石流沟谷分布比率可得,信息量模型法评价精度较高,因子叠加法没有形成良好的梯度,而粗糙集法计算等级结果与其他方法存在差异,故须在其他区域进行进一步研究。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
