中国近海大型底栖动物DNA条形码的研究进展 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
DNA条形码是利用标准的、变异率适度、易于扩增且相对较短的DNA片段对物种进行快速准确鉴定的技术。海洋大型底栖动物分布广泛,具有多样性、复杂性和趋同性等特点,DNA条形码技术能够在传统分类学基础上对物种进行快速、准确地鉴定。本文概述了DNA条形码技术在中国近海大型底栖动物研究中的发展现状,如多孔动物(Porifera)、刺胞动物(Coelenterata)、多毛动物(Polychaeta)、软体动物(Mollusca)、甲壳动物(Crustacea)、棘皮动物(Echinodermata)等,介绍了该技术在物种鉴定、隐存种发现、生物多样性评估等领域的研究进展,指出了目前条形码技术在应用中的局限性,并对未来的研究工作进行了展望。 相似文献

The predictability of catastrophic earthquakes according to data on time variations in tidal response is discussed. We present
the results of a harmonic analysis of (1) a one-year record of tide-gauge observations with the use of two long-term vertical
seismometers at the MAJO station on Honshu Island near the epicenter of the M
w
= 9 catastrophic earthquake of March 11, 2011, and (2) a 0.5-year record of horizontal pendulum observations at the ERM station
near Hokkaido Island from March 13, 2010, to March 12, 2011, and from April 26, 2010, to August 3, 2010, respectively. The
relative changes in the tidal amplitudes are found to be about 3 and 4%. The identification of distinct prognostic attributes
awaits much more representative spatiotemporal statistics. These results can be adequately and reliably interpreted by analyzing
“background” variations in the tidal amplitudes at these stations and, in particular, their possible seasonal variations.
This requires at least several years of observations. 相似文献

The macrobenthic fauna and communities of the Vellar Estuary located at the southeast cost of India (11°30′ N, 79°45′ E) and the adjacent marine and river habitats are described on the basis of original data (70 samples over 10 transects). The fauna consists of 115 macrobenthic species and 79 species in estuarine habitats. We described 14 types of macrobenthic communities with different compositions of the dominant species. The leading ecological factors of the distribution of the communities are the salinity, depth, and bottom type. The Vellar estuary consists of two longitudinal zones of macrobenthos. The polyhalinic area is populated by the marine species, but it is related not to a salinity decrease but to the protection from waves and silt on the bottom in this area. The polyhalinic communities are most abundant in terms of the biomass and species richness. The mesohalinic area is inhabited by brackish water species and communities with low abundance. The sublittoral estuarine area is dominated by filter-feeders—the bivalves Crassostrea madrasensis, Meretrix casta, Modiolus metcalfei, and Scapharca inaequivalves—and the littoral zone is dominated by the gastropods Cerithidea cingulata, some crabs, and polychaetes. The ecosystem function of the Vellar estuary can be defined as a filter for the fine organic particles transported by the river. 相似文献

汕头3种人工红树林湿地大型底栖动物群落的比较 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
对广东省汕头市莲阳河口区恢复背景相同的拉关木(Laguncularia racemosa)、无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)、海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)3种人工林和光滩湿地中大型底栖动物群落进行比较研究。结果显示,4种生境中大型底栖动物优势种(Y0.02)存在差异;相似性分析检验(One-Way ANOSIM)表明4种生境间大型底栖动物群落结构差异显著。等级聚类和非参数多变量标序也显示4种生境间的大型底栖动物群落结构差异显著。3种人工林中,无瓣海桑、海桑人工林中大型底栖动物群落结构较为相似;3种人工林中大型底栖动物物种多样性和生物量从大到小的排列次序为:拉关木海桑无瓣海桑。BIOENV分析表明大型底栖动物分布与林地土壤p H、有机质、砂粒和粉粒含量、红树植物平均株高、平均胸径、平均基径和冠幅(南北×东西)这些理化因子显著相关,这进一步证实了红树植物种类对林地大型底栖动物多样性和分布的影响。 相似文献

分析了2009 年春季(5 月)渤海辽东湾网采浮游植物物种组成, 丰度分布, 生物多样性指数及群落相似性。春季共鉴定出浮游植物3 门23 属32 种, 主要隶属硅藻门和甲藻门, 生态类型多为温带近岸型和广布型种类, 少部分为暖海性物种或大洋性物种。优势种有夜光藻(Noctiluca scientillans)、翼鼻状藻(Proboscia alata)、旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)、巨圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus gigas)和尖刺伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)等。浮游植物在各站位的细胞丰度分布不均匀, 其平面分布呈现由沿岸海域向海湾中部海域递减的趋势。Shannon-Wiener 指数、Pielou 指数较低, 群落结构简单, 稳定性较差。聚类分析结果表明群落之间的相似性较高。 相似文献

The present paper deals with the ultrastructural changes of oocyte in the process of maturing in pen shell Atrinapectinata Linne. When it develops from the antecedent growth period to the accelerating growth period the annulate lamellae emerge, the RER better develop, the yolk granules with single and double layer membrane and are visible. In the well-developed mitochondria there is yolk stored. The Golgi vacuoles are brewing yolk granules. At the mature period the annulate lamellae and the Golgi bodies disappear, and there are only a few RER and mitochondria with poor cristae in the cytoplasm. All these might be well used for judging the maturity of the ootids in the process of the artificial propagation. 相似文献

Roles of horizontal processes in the formation of the density stratification in Hiuchi-Nada are investigated by means of a
two-dimensional numerical model. In Hiuchi-Nada, vertically mixed and stratified regions are formed due to the regional difference
of the tidal currents, and a tidal front is formed between the two regions. The horizontal mixing across the tidal front suppresses
the development of the stratification, which is developed too much in the absence of the horizontal mixing. The moderate,
realistic stratification cannot be realized in the model without the horizontal mixing. Density currents are formed due to
the density distribution associated with the mixed and stratified states. These currents contribute to the horizontal mixing
through the shear effect. Horizontal heat transfer from the outside water generates the vertical circulation and causes the
stratification. This effect dominantly appears at the early and late stages of the stratified season. The stratification is
initiated before the beginning of the surface heating and persists beyond the end, due to the horizontal heat transfer. 相似文献

近年来微塑料 (Microplastics,MPs) 污染受到全球关注。MPs 在海洋环境中广泛存在,在海水、沉积物和生物体中都有检出 MPs。陆源污染被认为是海洋 MPs 的主要来源,然而针对入海排污口中 MPs 分布的研究却很少。本文在天津海岸线的排污口采集微塑料样品,消解处理后用光学显微镜和显微红外光谱仪进行了检测。结果表明微塑料主要有纤维、碎片、薄膜三种形状,占比最多的是纤维状,占比为 75.6 %;粒径大小为 1 ~ 5 mm 占比较多,为 39.5 %;主要有黄色、白色、黑色、红色、蓝色、绿色 6 种颜色,其中黑色占比最多,占比为 33.0 %。MPs 主要成分有聚氯乙烯 (PVC)、聚酰胺 (PA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)、纤维素塑料(CE)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合物(ABS)、环氧树脂(EP)、聚丙烯聚乙烯共混物(PP-PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA) 等 8 种组分。根据数据分析,天津入海排污口的 MPs 主要来源于居民污水、塑料包装业、服装纺织业、旅游业和渔业。研究结果对渤海 MPs 治理具有重要意义。 相似文献

分析2007年4月在青岛近海进行的大型底栖动物定量采集样品资料,研究了该海域大型底栖动物群落的优势种组成和物种多样性、生物量、丰度和群落等级聚类分析(CLUSTER)以及群落受污染扰动情况。本次调查中共获得青岛近海大型底栖动物89种,其中多毛类41种,甲壳动物32种,软体动物5种,棘皮动物6种,其它类群动物5种。群落中优势种以日本美人虾(Callianassa japonica)和日本倍棘蛇尾(Amphioplus japonicus)贡献率较高。平均生物量和丰度空间分布高值区均出现在近岸海域。群落结构聚类分析表明,15个取样站的群落结构相似性程度都非常低,为10%~30%,仅有S10站和S13站、S3站和S9站Bray-Curtis相似性系数达到40%。ABC曲线表明,S6,S7,S12,S13站的底栖动物群落已受到中度扰动,其它各站ABC曲线状态正常,表明底栖动物群落基本未受干扰,处于较稳定状态。 相似文献

为了研究厦门市大气湿沉降中的无机氮情况,分析了2000~2014年厦门市内和郊区的雨水中NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N的浓度及其沉降通量的变化情况,并对湿沉降中无机氮对厦门近海海水生态系统的影响进行讨论。结果表明,厦门市内和郊区雨水中NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N的浓度均为春季较高,夏季较低;高浓度无机氮在一年中出现的时间段在两个区域有差别,这可能与这两个区域的季风转换和大气混合层高度变化有关。在2000~2014年,雨水中NO_3^--N的浓度在市内总体呈下降趋势,在郊区总体呈上升趋势;NH_4^+-N浓度的年变化规律不明显。湿沉降给厦门近岸海域带来的NO_3^--N和NH_4^+-N的量分别为1056 t/a和1278 t/a,低于该区域河流输入的无机氮的量的10%,说明湿沉降不是厦门近岸海域海水中无机氮的主要来源。通过比较厦门雨水和近岸海水中的营养盐情况,发现雨水的沉降可能会促进厦门近海部分区域海水中浮游植物的生长。 相似文献

污损生物是影响海洋设施安全与使用寿命的重要因素之一。由于地理位置和环境因素的差异,各近海海区污损生物群落的种类组成和结构特点会出现不同,但基本上均由双壳类和无柄蔓足类构成污损生物群落的主要框架。开展数学生态模型研究是准确预测污损生物群落形成和发展过程的关键,但这需以大量的实海调查资料及数据库的构建为基础。此外,探讨污损生物群落的演替变化机制还可为海洋恢复生态学的发展提供借鉴。因此,开展近海污损生物研究不仅在海洋产业具有极高的应用价值,而且在基础研究领域也具有重要的科学意义。 相似文献

Vertical and horizontal distributions of manganese in Harima Sound (Harima Nada, Seto Inland Sea) were measured in August and December 1979. High concentrations of dissolved and particulate manganese were found in bottom waters in August, suggesting that the bottom enrichment is probably due to the diffusion of dissolved manganese out of the sediment. From measured distributions, we estimate the annual flux of manganese at the sediment-water interface to be more than 800 tons per year, if Harima Sound is a closed system for manganese. 相似文献

对2002年12月象山港海区的浮游动物种类组成和数量分布特征及其与环境的关系进行了研究。结果表明,象山港海区出现浮游动物44种,可以划分为4个生态类群,其中近岸低盐性类群的种类较多,其优势种有真刺唇角水蚤Labidoceraeuchaeta、驼背隆哲水蚤Acro-calanusgibber、中华哲水蚤Calanussinicus、中华假磷虾Pseudeuphausiasinica和拿卡箭虫Sagittanagae等,半咸水河口类群、暖水性外海类群和广盐暖水性类群的种数均较少。浮游动物生物量的分布趋势与丰度的一致。湾顶部水域浮游动物的生物量和丰度都出现最高值,从湾顶部往湾口方向,浮游动物的生物量和丰度均呈逐渐降低的趋势。象山港海区周日连续站观测的结果显示,夜间半日潮时浮游动物的生物量和丰度均高于白昼半日潮时,低平潮时浮游动物的生物量与丰度均出现了最高值。 相似文献
