轨道交通的快速发展提高了通勤可达性,也被认为在重构城市职住空间格局进而影响职住关系方面产生重大影响。探究城市轨道交通站点周边地区(下称轨交站点周边地区)就地职住平衡与建成环境的关系,对于通过建成环境设计促进站点尺度职住“微平衡”,调节由于轨道交通所导致的区域性职住分离意义重大。本文基于武汉市189个轨交站点刷卡数据,首先识别了轨道交通通勤人员并分析了其出行特征,进而利用逐步回归与地理加权回归模型(GWR)探究武汉市轨交站点周边地区职住平衡与建成环境的关系。结果表明:① 从整体看,武汉市向心通勤显著,且汉口片区与武昌片区之间产生较大规模的跨江通勤,跨江交通压力较大;主城区职住平衡指数优于城市近郊区,就业集聚程度呈现“中心-外围”递减趋势,居住空间围绕二环线在外围城区分布,城市整体形成“中心就业,外围居住”的职住分离格局;② 土地利用混合度、公交站点数量对轨交站点周边地区职住平衡有正向促进作用,轨交站点出入口数量则有负向作用,且各因素的影响具有明显的空间异质性;③ 非首末站的职住状况较首末站更好,而是否为换乘站则差异不大。本研究可为轨交站点周边地区就地职住平衡的形成提供参考,促进轨道交通与城市功能协调发展。  相似文献

Xiamen is an economically competitive and highly urbanized city along the coastal area of Fujian Province, China. The research on spatio-temporal variation of landscape heterogeneity under the influence of human activities is of great importance to the further study on the relationship of landscape pattern and ecological process. It is also crucial to the discovery of spatial variation and intensity distribution of human activities. The research analyzed the intensity of human impacts and the spatial variation features and dynamics of landscape patterns by introducing statistical theories and approaches. We analyzed spatio-temporal variation of landscape heterogeneity using the geostatistical techniques, such as semivariogram and Kriging interpolation.Results show that there is a higher correlation between landscape heterogeneity indexes and human impact index. Both the indexes show a moderate spatial autocorrelation as well as an obvious characteristic of anisotropy. From 1998 to 2008, the spatial differentiation of the changes in the intensity of human activities and the changes in landscape heterogeneity shows that the landscape patterns in Xiamen are closely related with the urban land utilization methods, the condition of traffic and geographical location and the physical geographical condition such as the terrain and the ecological environment. Agricultural innovation is important for the green transformation of agriculture. Based on the perspective of technology transformation, this paper builds a theoretical analysis framework and evaluation index system for green efficiency of agricultural innovation,and discusses the evolution laws and influencing factors of the green efficiency of China's agricultural innovation from 2005 to 2017 utilizing the DEA model, Malmquist index, and Tobit regression analysis. The results show that: 1) The overall green efficiency of China's agricultural innovation is not high, the green efficiency of agricultural innovation in eastern China is mainly driven by pure technical efficiency, while that in central and western China is mainly driven by the scale efficiency. The green efficiency of agricultural innovation shows significant spatial differences, and the low efficiency and relatively low-efficiency regions moved to central and southeastern China. 2) Technical progress is the main force affecting the change of green total factor productivity of China's agricultural innovation, seeing a trend of decrease followed by an increase. Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency exhibit an increasing-decreasing trend, and gradually transform into key factors that restrict the improvement of the green total factor productivity of agricultural innovation. 3) Agricultural technologies' diffusion, absorption, and implementation are three influencing factors of the green efficiency of agricultural innovation. The local level of informatization, the number of agricultural technicians in enterprises and institutions, average education level of residents, and the level of agricultural mechanization have positive impacts on the promotion of the green efficiency of agricultural innovation, promoting the diffusion, absorption and implementation of agricultural innovation technology can significantly improve the green efficiency of agricultural innovation.  相似文献

长江三角洲城市化地区植被初级生产力的时空变化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
城市化过程对植被初级生产具有重要影响。以往研究主要集中于城市用地扩张对植被初级生产力的直接影响分析,而较少关注其间接效果。本文以长江三角洲地区为例,分别从地区尺度和城市尺度分别分析了2000-2013年植被初级生产力的时空变化,探讨了其与气温、降水量及城市建成区绿化覆盖率的关系。研究表明:地区尺度上,2000-2013年长江三角洲植被初级生产力呈现不断增加,其中城市建成区植被初级生产力呈现显著增加的趋势(P<0.05);城市尺度上,城市建成区内植被初级生产力主要呈现增加的趋势,而其外围缓冲区内则与此相反。在当前气候变化背景下,这可能与城市建成区绿化覆盖率不断增加,及快速的城市扩张有关。  相似文献

FLUS-UGB多情景模拟的珠江三角洲城市增长边界划定   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
城市增长边界(UGBs)能够控制城市空间的无序蔓延并引导城市合理增长,多发展情景下的UGBs是对不同规划条件下城市未来发展空间范围进行界定的常用方法。元胞自动机(CA)模型能对未来城市发展进行动态的预测,并已广泛的应用于UGBs的划定中。然而,目前的方法和模型大多只针对单一的城市发展情景进行UGBs的划定,较少能对未来多种发展情景下的UGBs进行准确划定。因此,针对这个问题本文提出了一种基于未来用地模拟(FLUS)模型和膨胀与腐蚀的算法的多情景UGBs划定模型(FLUS-UGB)。本文选取珠江三角洲地区为研究区,在对2000-2013年珠江三角洲地区城市土地利用进行模拟和验证的基础上(Kappa系数为0.715,总体精度为94.539%),预测了2013-2050年基准、耕地保护及生态控制3种情景下珠江三角洲地区的城市扩张,并根据预测结果对该地区UGBs进行划定。结果显示,该方法能够针对不同的城市发展情景进行相应UGBs的划定,具有较好的可靠性及适用性。  相似文献

从地球系统科学和地理科学研究内容与研究手段的角度出发,探讨数字地球对人地关系研究的影响,在新技术框架下,地球系统科学所研究的新人地关系,成为实现可计算的人地关系的现代地理学发展关键阶段所必需的理论与技术依托。研究认为在数字地球实验室框架下,可以实现为地理科学的原始性创新提供虚拟创新环境。地理科学虚拟创新环境以不同空间、时间分辨率的数据为基础,或以物质和能量的多种分辨率的有关资源、环境、社会、经济和人口等海量数据或信息进行数据融合后产生的数据,按照一定的地理坐标,从里层到外层,从岩石圈到生物圈、大气圈,从局部到整体,从区域到全球进行整合、融合及多维(如4维)动态模拟,从而为解决地理科学这个复杂巨系统现状描述、历史反演、未来预测研究提供知识创新的平台、技术开发与理论研究的实验基地。  相似文献

以广州市47 026个零售业网点为基本数据,通过梳理零售业空间分异的机制,构建包含人口密度、商务条件、公共交通便利性、业态丰富度与租金条件5个影响因子的零售业态空间分异影响因素评价体系,通过信息熵、核密度函数与空间回归模型分析零售业态的空间分异影响因素,对比不同城市圈层区位与不同零售业态集聚分异的因素差异。结果表明:① 需求、区位、竞争与成本构成了广州市零售业态空间分异的主要驱动力,同时,零售的景观分异也由于业态异质性与城市的空间异质性而存在驱动力分异;② 5个影响因素强度格局圈层差异明显,城市内圈层人口集聚度高,具备更好的公共交通便利性条件、商务条件与业态丰富度,同时也承受更高的地租;③ 人口密度是零售空间分异的核心要素,公共交通便利性条件、商务条件与业态丰富度对零售的集聚也有正向驱动作用,租金的影响较弱;不同圈层区位的零售空间分布与不同类型业态的空间分异的主要影响因素各不相同。  相似文献

城市管理事件具有显著的地域特征和周期性特征,挖掘城管事件中隐含的时空规律和潜在影响因子对城市管理具有重要指导意义。然而,目前针对城管事件时空变化及影响因素驱动效应的研究仍较为少见。本文基于贝叶斯时空模型,针对西北某地H市P区的街面秩序类、市容环境类以及宣传广告类城管事件在一周之中的时空演变特征进行建模分析,并探究了影响城管事件案发风险的潜在影响因子。研究发现:① 在空间上,3类城管事件的相对风险分布存在差异,街面秩序类事件集中在城市的居住功能区和商业功能区,而市容环境类集中在城市的居住功能区,宣传广告类主要集中在城市的商业功能区,空间风险后验概率估计表明,以上2个区域是城管事件的热点区域。② 在时间上,每逢周二、周五以及周六,城管事件的相对风险较为突出,但总体上没有明显的单调性。每天的8—10时和14—15时是城管事件高发的时段,其相对风险远高于其他时段。③ 城市建成环境对城管事件的潜在影响存在差异。研究区域内餐饮、交通、生活服务等城市基础设施与城管事件的关联最为紧密,且都表现为正相关。④ 城管事件的案发风险呈现出明显的时空异质性,渐进性的建模过程表明在分析城管事件数据时考虑空间与时间效应的影响是合理且有必要的。研究表明,贝叶斯时空模型的分析结果满足城管部门日常工作中关于城管事件智能分析与重点管控的需求。  相似文献

手足口病(HFMD)是一种多发于儿童的常见传染病。近年来,中国HFMD发病人数逐年上升,疾病疫情也日益受到社会广泛关注。虽已有不少相关研究,但对于探测其时空异质性及量化潜在影响因子解释力的研究仍然较少。本文采用地理探测器及贝叶斯时空层次模型,对2009-2013年京津唐地区HFMD发病率的时空异质性进行分析,并量化各影响因子及其两两交互作用对HFMD发病率的解释力。结果表明:① HFMD的相对风险存在时间异质性,其发病风险在春夏季(5-7月)达到峰值,而冬季(12-次年2月)发病风险最低;② HFMD的相对风险存在空间异质性,在经济发达的地区HFMD发病率较高;③ 影响HFMD发病率时间异质性的主要气象因子为平均温度、累积降水、相对湿度,解释力分别为0.38,0.27,0.13,且交互作用都大于独自影响的作用,如平均温度和相对湿度、平均温度和降水,平均温度和风速两两交互的解释力分别为0.43, 0.40, 0.42。通过研究京津唐地区HFMD发病率的时空异质性以及影响因子的量化状况,为本地区HFMD的预防和控制提供理论依据。  相似文献

自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国企业在“一带一路”沿线国家投资、承建了大量基础设施项目,这些项目在促进当地经济发展的同时,不可避免地给当地生态环境带来一定的影响。目前国内主要采用统计调查等方法进行监管,缺乏直接的境外工程监管手段。遥感技术能为境外工程项目监管提供新方法、新手段,但地面调查数据难以获取是境外项目监管面临的重要问题。针对该问题,本文以迪拜哈翔清洁能源电站项目为例,结合遥感技术(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)的优势,提出了一种境外工程的遥感监管方法。① 针对生态环境影响和工程建设进度两项监测内容,建立了遥感监测技术指标体系;② 基于2016—2018年30 m 分辨率的Landsat 8影像和0.5 m分辨率的WorldView-2影像,利用像元二分模型原理、基态修正模型等方法,从植被覆盖度变化、生态空间占用、自然保护区域影响、工程设施建设、施工附属设施变化5个方面对项目生态环境影响和建设进度情况进行监测;最后通过时序影像和监测产品对比,分析了工程建设对生态环境的影响和工程建设进度情况。结果表明:① 该方法能反映工程在建设过程中对周围生态环境的影响,能准确地监测出迪拜哈翔清洁能源电站的建设进度,对“一带一路”其它境外项目建设的监管具有重要参考意义;②项目建设后无大面积植被覆盖度降低的现象,植被覆盖度总体由低区间向高区间转化;③ 项目施工占用沙地1.4780 km2,港口建设填海面积达0.1246 km2,0.0604 km2的湿地被改为施工沉淀池,没有占用耕地;④ 通过转移海底珊瑚、设置防淤帘、预留海龟产卵通道等措施有效地减少了该项目对Jebel Ali海洋生态保护区的影响;⑤ 工程设施和附属设施建设进展明显,建筑面积增加了0.14 km2,港口建设围堰总长达3.785 km。  相似文献

Excess commuting in transitional urban China: A case study of Guangzhou   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
During the reform era, Chinese cities witnessed dramatic institutional transformation and spatial restructuring in general and profound change of commuting patterns in particular. Using household surveys collected in Guangzhou, China, in 2001, 2005 and 2010, excess commuting measurements are estimated. Excess commuting shows an overall trend of increasing during 1990–1999, and then declining during 2000–2010. We argue that deepening marketization of the jobs and housing sectors has induced spatial separation of jobs and housing. In other words, institutional transition and urban spatial restructuring are underpinning the changes of commuting patterns in Chinese cities. Excess commuting has strong relationship with individual socio-demographic status, which is by and large due to the increasing flexibilities of jobs and housing location choices enjoyed by urban residents. The findings call for considerations on balancing jobs-housing in making public policies relevant to urban development in general, and land use and transportation in particular.  相似文献

本文梳理了城市空间形态研究的理论与方法,系统分析了城市空间形态研究的趋势。鉴此,构建了城市形态定量化研究的测度指标体系,并以RS和GIS技术制定了城市形态定量化分析方法框架,对重庆市主城区空间形态进行了系统的定量分析。在城市用地扩展的时空特征上采用了面积增长量、城市用地扩展速度、扩展强度,及各方位用地扩展强度等指标;在城市外部空间形态特征方面采用了紧凑度、分形维数和形状指数等指标。结果表明:主城区空间形态演变受其重大事件影响较大,呈"突变"和"整合"相结合的演化过程;重庆市主城区空间扩展呈现明显的阶段性,以集约式和内涵式扩展为主;由于受主城区扩展的各向异性影响,主城区扩展以北向和西向扩展为主。本研究为城市空间形态的定量分析提供了参考。  相似文献

人群移动和城市空间结构的关系研究一直是人文地理关注的焦点,它可以帮助理解人群城市空间中移动的潜在动力和影响因素,从而评价城市空间结构的合理性,对城市规划、选址具有重要意义。轨迹大数据为研究城市大规模群体活动、城市空间结构以及二者的关系提供了新视角。本文以人群聚散稳定性为切入点,以深圳市交通小区为分析单元,从社会经济属性、土地利用模式和路网中心性3个方面定量探索城市空间结构特征与人群聚散稳定性的关联性。结果发现:区域的人口数量和密度越大,人群聚散稳定性越低;土地利用混合度越高,均衡性越低,人群聚散稳定性越低;与路网全局中心性比,局部范围内的路网中心性对人群聚散稳定性的影响较大,并且随着距离不同而发生变化。这些知识帮助加深理解人群聚散与城市空间结构特征之间的关系。  相似文献

The land use patterns in Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China, have changed greatly over the years, due to population growth and farming and stock raising development. This study, using 50-year statistical data of cultivated land and 14-year spatial data of land use pattern, analyzed the developmental stages, the character, and the spatial variance of farmland in the city, and discussed the driving forces of cultivated land changes based on empirical and conceptual statistical models. First, the change of cultivated land area went through different stages of rapid increase, fluctuating change, decrease and rapid decrease from 1949 to 2004, additionally, social and economic policies in different stages had an important impact on farmland variance. Second, from 1986 to 2000, the quantity of cultivated land increased, but its quality decreased. Third, social and economic factors are determinant factors in cultivated land transition. Five constructed paths explain cultivated land transition. Factors that have direct or indirect effects on farmland include the economy (Xeco), the population (Xpop), agricultural output (Xagr), and scientific input (Xsci). The sequence of impact was Xeco〉Xpop〉Xsci〉Xagr. Among all these impacts, Xeco was the major positive one, and Xpop was the major negative one. It is urgent to take measures or adopt a policy to stop the vicious cycle in eco-environment and agriculture production. Otherwise, negative patterns of farmland use will increase, and high-quality cultivated land will continue to decline.  相似文献

丁字湾地区是山东半岛蓝色经济区划9大核心区之一,是胶东经济圈一体化建设的焦点,发展远景广阔。本文选取2005年、2010年、2016年三期TM影像进行遥感解译研究丁字湾地区土地利用变化特征及其空间分布。研究结果表明,丁字湾地区土地利用类型以耕地为主,2005—2016年间建设用地、草地的面积显著增加,水域、海域面积大幅减少。土地的转移主要发生在"建设用地与耕地、耕地与水域、养殖盐田与海域、草地与养殖盐田"之间。城乡建设的不断发展,也给丁字湾地区带来了海岸侵蚀、海水入侵等生态环境负面影响。建议在湾口地区开展"退围还海、退养还滩、退耕还湿"等海岸整治修复工作后,发展人地环境和谐的生态旅游经济。  相似文献

Mountain area is an important geographical unit of land,and its ecology is sensitive and fragile.Over the past few decades,human activities have caused dramatic changes in land use in mountainous areas,which caused changes in landscape patterns and impacts on the ecological environment.It is unknown how the mechanism of land use affects the landscape pattern at different scales.The Hantai District,a typical human settlement in the mountain area in Shaanxi,China,was chosen as the study area.Based on the remote sensing images,the mathematical models and landscape indexes were adopted to evaluate the impact of land use change from 1998 to 2017 on the landscape pattern at different scales,and its main driving forces were analyzed.The results showed that the urbanized land expanded largest from 15.39%to 24.30%,and cultivated land experienced the largest decline from 43.54%to 35.35%.Changes in land use have made the patch morphology of most land types developed from a natural random to a sawtooth shape,and its spatial pattern evolved from a ruleset to a fragmented expansion.This reflects the continuous strengthening of human intervention in the process of regional development.Under the jurisdiction of Hantai District,the biggest change in landscape pattern is in Hanzhong City and Qili Town.The improved economy and increasing population and urbanization rate were the main factors that cause these changes.This research could provide necessary information for understanding the evolution mechanism of land resources in mountainous human settlements for mountainous areas with significant geomorphic differentiation.  相似文献

Food safety and its related influencing factors in China are the hot research topics currently, and cultivated land conversion is one of the significant factors influencing food safety in China. Taking the North China Plain as the study area, this paper examines the changes of cultivated land area using satellite images, estimates land productivity from 1985 to 2005 using the model of Estimation System for Land Productivity (ESLP), and analyzes the impact of cultivated land conversion on the land production. Compared with the grain yield data from statistical yearbooks, the results indicate that ESLP model is an effective tool for estimating land productivity. Land productivity in the North China Plain showed a slight decreasing trend from 1985 to 2005, spatially, increased from the north to the south gradually, and the net changes varied in different areas. Cultivated land area recorded a marginal decrease of 8.0 × 105 ha, mainly converted to other land uses. Cultivated land conversion had more significant negative impacts on land production than land productivity did. Land production decreased by about 6.48 × 106 t caused by cultivated land conversion between 1985 and 2005, accounting for 91.9% of the total land production reduction. Although the land productivity increased in Anhui and Jiangsu provinces, it can not offset the overall adverse effects caused by cultivated land conversion. Therefore, there are significant meanings to control the cultivated land conversion and improve the land productivity for ensuring the land production in the North China Plain.  相似文献
