We consider the effect of binarity of young stars on the spectral energy distribution of the IR radiation from circumstellar dust. The formation of a common dust envelope in a binary system with a low-mass secondary component is strongly affected by the disk wind from the secondary. The small velocities in peripheral areas of the wind are such that it can be partially or entirely captured by the primary, even when the distance between the components is up to several astronomical units. As a result, an envelope with a rather complex spatial and kinematic structure is formed. Its mass is many orders of magnitude smaller than that of the accretion disk around the binary. However, the thermal radiation emitted by dust particles of the envelope can be comparable to the total radiation of the accretion disk. This result is discussed in the context of the deficit at near-IR wavelengths (2–10µm) in current models for accretion disks around young stars. 相似文献

This paper demonstrates the utility of infrared (IR) spectroscopy for rapid routine analysis of rock extracts for the purpose of evaluating the composition of petroleum generated in any given sedimentary sequence penetrated during exploratory drilling. Specifically, ratios of the areas of the IR absorption bands (obtained by planimetry) have been used to estimate both the quality and thermal maturity of the organic matter in the corresponding rock samples. Based on the cross-plots of some of the ratios of the areas of the IR absorption bands, evolution pathways which group the organic matter into source related groups have been proposed. 相似文献

Saline water intrusion is degrading water quality in the channelized coastal wetlands of the southern Albemarle estuarine system (AES). The source, transport and fate of the saline water in the southern AES was determined by monitoring specific conductivity and water levels in small artificial channels, the Alligator River, the Alligator–Pungo Canal and the groundwater system for ~12 months. Results indicate that water levels are affected by wind tides which trigger the movement of saline water into the interior of the wetlands via the small canals. The wind tides are mostly driven by episodic southerly winds pushing saline water into the canal network and the groundwater regime proximal to the Alligator River. The saline waters persist in the canals as long as the wind tide events last. Specific conductivities from canals and groundwater are shown to be unexpectedly higher closer to the source of the Alligator River than toward the Albemarle Sound, suggesting that the large Alligator–Pungo Canal facilitates the northward migration of saline water from the Pamlico Sound to the Alligator River. Overwash and reversals in the flow directions between groundwater and surface water bodies suggest that saline water that is present during wind tide events may migrate into the groundwater system from surface water bodies. The results of this study reveal that whereas the large Alligator–Pungo Canal channels saline water to the AES, small artificial channels may also play significant roles in degrading water quality in the interior of channelized coastal wetlands. 相似文献

The IUE spectra of BM Ori show SiIV and CIV absorption lines, which are shifted by ?69 km/s relative to the photospheric lines of a star and do not change their position with the orbital phase of the primary. These satellite lines cannot form in a stellar wind, and probably originate in an ionized gas cloud or microjet located in the line of sight. No satellite lines were found for other bright stars of the Orion Trapezium. 相似文献

Results of monitoring of H2O maser in the infrared source IRAS 20126+4104, which is associated with a cool molecular cloud, are presented. The observations were carried out on the 22-meter radio telescope of the Pushchino Radio Astronomy Observatory (Russia) between June 1991 and January 2006. The spectrum of the H2O maser emission extends from ? 16.7 to 4.8 km/s and splits into separate groups of emission features. Cyclic variations of the integrated maser flux with a period from 3.4 to 5.5 years were detected, together with strong flares of up to 220 Jy in individual emission features. It is shown that large linewidths in periods of high maser activity are due to small-scale turbulent motions of the material. An expanding envelope around a young star is accepted as a model for the source. The protostar has a small peculiar velocity with respect to the molecular cloud (~2 km/s). Individual emission features form organized structures, including multi-link chains. 相似文献

We present three-dimensional hydrodynamical modeling of mass transfer in the close binary system β Lyr taking into account explicitly radiative cooling and the stellar wind of the accretor. Our computations show that flow forces wind out from the orbital plane, where an accretion disk with a radius of 0.4–0.5 and a height of about 0.15–0.17 (in units of orbital separation) is formed. Gas motions directed upward from the orbital plane are initiated in the region of interaction of the flow from L1 and the accretor wind (x = 0.91, y = ?0.17); i.e., a jetlike structure forms. This structure has the shape of a gas pillar above the orbital plane, where gas moves with the velocity of stellar wind. The number density of the gas in this structure is about 1014 cm?3, and its temperature is 20 000–45 000 K. At heights of about 0.15–0.20 above the orbital plane, in the region between the jetlike structure and the disk, two spiral shocks form. It is possible that the emission lines observed in the spectrum of β Lyr binary originate in this region. 相似文献

滑坡的位移监测资料通常可用来预测滑坡的变形发展趋势,位移的发展反映了滑坡的变形过程.为了预测在现有条件持续情况下的滑坡变形趋势,将滑坡位移监测数据视为非平稳时间序列,应用时间序列分析方法,建立了滑坡变形趋势的预测模型.以三峡库区秭归县白水河滑坡为例,通过对变形预警区监测点位移实测时间序列的分析,取监测点ZG93和XD-04为代表,建立了时间序列预测模型,从第17个月开始向前做6步预测,分析预测曲线与实测曲线之间的关系,并计算预测误差,结果显示除个别数据点之外,预测误差均在±9%以内,曲线吻合较好,说明所建模型效果良好,从而为判断白水河滑坡未来的变形发展趋势提供了可靠的理论依据. 相似文献

海上风力发电作为一种绿色能源越来越受到重视,单桩基础局部冲刷的研究受到广泛关注。建立了不同冲刷深度的海上风机系统模型,对各模型进行静力、动力分析。结果与前人冲刷模型试验吻合,随着桩基冲刷深度的增大,支撑系统的最大水平位移、最大水平应力和最大弯矩值逐渐增加。冲刷深度为两倍桩径时,最大水平位移、应力及弯矩分别比无冲刷条件下增加了3.61%、12.7%、10.3%。风机系统的自振频率随冲刷深度的增加而降低,高阶频率更易受影响。桩基冲刷对风机系统的动力特性有显著影响,塔顶水平位移时程曲线随冲刷深度不断上移。海上风机设计时必须考虑冲刷对支撑系统承载性能的影响。 相似文献

山东地区经历了多次构造运动,含煤地层遭受严重破坏,因此各地煤系保存程度差异较大。济阳坳陷是石炭—二叠系的深陷区,但济阳坳陷构造十分复杂,煤系保存于坳陷中的一些次级凹陷中。石炭二叠系的埋深多在30 0 0~5 0 0 0m范围内,次级凹陷局部出现较大的埋深变化,最大埋深可达上万米,最小埋深仅在千米左右。煤型气源岩主要为煤层和暗色泥质岩。泥质岩最厚为5 5 5.5m (惠民凹陷),煤层最厚4 0.5m (车镇凹陷),泥岩、煤层厚度分布与残留厚度的变化趋势大体一致。研究表明,济阳坳陷石炭二叠系煤层属较好的烃源岩,泥岩整体上为差—中等烃源岩,局部发育有好的烃源岩。 相似文献

Based on the basic geology, hydrogeology, engineering geology, geothermal geology and ground source heat pump(GSHP) engineering of the work space, the thesis studies the local shallow geothermal energy. Three conditions of the attribute index for the suitability zoning of the northwest of Shandong are determined, namely, hydrodynamic condition, geological and hydrogeological condition and geological environment condition. The assessment result is that the total area of the suitable zone is 205.88 km~2, that of relative suitable zone, 1 407.76 km~2, and that of unsuitable zone, 286.8 km~2. The result conforms to the real development situation and provides experience for similar regions needed for selecting and assigning a value to suitability zoning of GSHP. 相似文献

Hurricane wind damage constitutes the largest percentage of catastrophic insured losses in the US. Yet the complicated wind
structures and their changes are not fully understood and, thus, have not been considered in current risk catastrophic models.
To obtain realistic landfall hurricane surface winds, a large eddy simulation (LES) framework in a weather forecasting mode
has been developed from a multiple nested Weather Research & Forecasting (WRF) model to explicitly simulate a spectrum of
scales from large-scale background flow, hurricane vortex, mesoscale organizations, down to fine-scale turbulent eddies in
a unified system. The unique WRF-LES enables the high resolution data to be generated in a realistic environment as a hurricane
evolves. In this paper, a simulation of the landfalling Hurricane Katrina is presented to demonstrate various features of
the WRF-LES. It shows that the localized damaging winds are caused by the large eddy circulations generated in the hurricane
boundary layer. With a sufficient computational power, WRF-LES has the potential to be developed into the next generation
operational public wind-field model for hurricane wind damage mitigation. 相似文献

An analysis of the λ4244 Å continuum light curve of the eclipsing variable V444 Cyg is used to reconstruct the velocity law v(r) of the stellar wind of the WR star in terms of Lamers parametric and powerlaw models. Both models are inconsistent with the observed light curve, and can be rejected at the <2% significance level. Departures of the Lamers parametric relation from the empirical v(r) law reconstructed in previous papers from the same λ 4244 Å light curve on sets of concave and convexo-concave functions are statistically significant. The stellar wind of the WN5 star continues to accelerate at a considerable distance from the star’s center. This corresponds to an acceleration parameter β>1 in terms of a coarse Lamers-law approximation for the empirical v(r) field. 相似文献
