基于CEI的城市生态环境状况评价——以福建省为例

快速掌握城市生态环境质量及其变化规律有助于相关部门整合生态资源、改善生态环境、规划城市建设、对实现城市可持续发展具有重要的现实意义.基于遥感解译、环境监测、环境统计等数据,利用城市生态环境状况指数定量分析福建省2015—2019年城市生态环境质量,并采用灰色关联分析法度量城市生态环境状况指数与环境质量指数、污染负荷指数...     

产业支撑、生态保护与城市可持续发展研究——以乌鲁木齐为例

产业是城市经济发展的助推器,生态环境是城市居民生活的重要保障,在保护城市生态环境的前提下注重产业的合理发展,是走可持续发展之路的必然选择。运用生态足迹理论计算了1994-2013年乌鲁木齐市生态人口承载力,该指标代表了城市可持续发展水平,建立与城市产业结构、生态保护的VAR模型。结果表明:乌鲁木齐市人均占有资源量持续扩大,可承载生态人口数量逐年下降;第二产业无论是短期还是长期视角对可承载的生态人口起到抑制作用;第三产业从短期来看对城市可承载的生态人口具有负向影响,但长期视角则呈正向影响;城市水资源量及城市绿化面积对可承载的生态人口呈长期正向影响,但具有滞后效应。最后,对城市产业发展、生态保护改善城市生态环境与城市可持续进步方面提供可借鉴的成果依据。     

河源市文化旅游资源开发模式研究

河源市是广东省地域文化资源特色鲜明的地区,拥有远古时期的恐龙化石、南越国创始人赵佗文化、以万绿湖为代表的山水生态文化及东江客家文化等,文化资源类型多样,互补性强,空间组合较好,但现有文化旅游资源开发存在着水平较低、缺乏文化内涵,文化旅游产品单一、参与不足以及分散开发、重复建设等问题.针对河源市文化旅游资源的特点及开发中存在的问题,提出了联动互补开发模式和内涵增容开发模式,以期对河源市文化旅游资源整合,品牌提升,旅游产品创新和旅游综合效益的提高有所启示.     

广东石灰岩山区生态环境建设与可可持续发展

广东省石灰岩山区是广东省主要的贫困地区,自然环境先天脆弱.水土流失严重、水资源短缺、自然灾害频繁、环境污染突出第一系列生态问题已成为制约当地社会经济可持续发展的关键因素.本文在广泛、深入调查的基础之上,分析了广东石灰岩山区生态环境问题的现状及主要成因,提出了改善生态环境,促进社会经济可持续发展的针对性措施.     

论广东省实施生态移民政策的必要性与现实性

广东欠发达地区多属于生态敏感或脆弱地区,其发展受生态环境因素的制约特别明显,同时这些地区又是全省的生态屏障,加强保护,发挥其生态功能不仅有利于当地的可持续发展,也是全省可持续发展的重要保障.为了有效推进广东省区域协调发展战略的实施,缓解山区面临的不断增长的生态压力,建议实行生态移民政策,根据区域生态环境的承受能力控制人口密度,通过市场化的办法将部分人口转移到城镇.     

宁夏南部回族社区生态环境建设若干重要问题的探讨

宁夏南部山区8县是回族社区的主要集中地，因生态脆弱、环境恶化而被国家列入为生态环境建设的试点区。该地正在大规模进行的生态环境建设工程，就生态环境建设与经济社会发展、可持续发展、生态学规律、经济规律、产业结构调整、限制因子-水资源的有效利用、以及生态环境保护之间的关系及内涵等重要问题作了比较深入的分析探讨。     

闽西山区旅游开发与脆弱生态环境耦合发展机制研究之展望

深入研究闽西山区旅游开发与脆弱生态环境耦合发展机制,即通过建立山区生态脆弱性评价指标体系、研究脆弱生态环境与旅游开发耦合发展、构建闽西生态脆弱区旅游资源开发模式及建立旅游发展预警系统等措施来实现闽西山区旅游开发与脆弱生态环境保护的良性耦合。学术贡献主要体现在：理论层面上可以建立一种适用于山区型生态脆弱区生态环境与旅游开发协调发展的分析框架,在应用层面上实现旅游资源适度开发与生态环境有效保护,促进山区型生态脆弱区生态资源可持续发展。为实现研究目标,本研究从人地关系角度出发提出自上而下、自下而上相结合的技术路线。     

城市化与生态环境协调发展机制研究

21世纪是城市化的世纪,城市可持续发展是城市化发展的基础与目标.在经济全球化、普遍追求可持续发展的背景下,为提高城市可持续发展能力,城市化与生态环境协调发展的研究尤为重要.本文提出城市化与生态环境协调系统是在要素的集聚与扩散、技术进步、制度与制度创新、产业结构调整与升级、人口素质的提升与城市文明传播等多种机制的共同作用下发展的.通过各种作用机制对城市化与生态环境协调系统影响的研究.来促进城市化与生态环境高水平协调发展,进而为提高城市与区域可持续发展提供科学参考.     

城市可持续发展的空间结构分析

城市是一个社会－经济－生态复合巨系统，城市空间结构的演变，会通过能流、物流、信息流和人流影响城市的生态环境。所以，城市空间结构的研究对城市的可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。文章着重分析了城市空间结构演变的动力机制及演化的各种结果。研究表明，城市空间结构是在4种动力机制的共同作用下有规律地演绎的。但这种演化并不表明城市空间结构始终都符合城市可持续发展的要求，相反却出现了许多问题。在此基础上，作者对如何构建合理的城市空间结构提出了几点对策与建议。     

产业活动对城市生态环境的影响与政策调控——以海口市为例

产业聚集负效应所引起的生态环境恶化是城市可持续发展面临的重大课题.海口市应加大宏观管理的力度,减轻乃至消除第三、第二产业活动对城市生态环境的负面影响,努力形成与生态环境相协调的生产方式,走产业经济生态化的道路.产业政策调控的重点是:积极发展生态产业,调整优化产业结构;建立科技创新体系,推进生态产业发展;建立产业标准化体系,为企业发展提供良好的外部环境.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
