研究了新试剂N-间甲苯基-N'-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(MMPT)与Cu2+的显色反应.结果表明,在pH 4.6~5.6的HAc-NaAc介质中,Cu2+与MMPT形成的配合物至少稳定5 h,其λmax=370 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.12×105 L.mol-1.cm-1.Cu2+的质量浓度在0.08~1.4 mg/L时符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9991.方法简便、快速,用于铅矿中铜的分析,测定结果与监控样推荐值相符,对w(Cu)=0.8%的试样测定6次,RSD=3.2%.  相似文献

A new, simple and highly sensitive kinetic method for the determination of trace iron (III) has been developed based on the catalytic effect of iron (III) on color reaction ofp-amino-N, N-dimethylaniline dihydrochloride (p-DMA) oxidated by hydrogen peroxide. The reaction is followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the absorbance at 510 nm. The detection limit is 4.47×10−11 g/ml, and the calibration curve is linear in the range of 0–0.10μg Fe(III) /25 ml with a relative standard deviation of ±3.25%. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in tap-water, chemical reagents and human hair.  相似文献

干旱半干旱地区农田土壤N03—N深层积累及其影响因素   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以长期试验资料为基础,着重分析了干旱半干旱地区农田系统中施肥、作物、降水、耕作措施以及土壤类型和特性对产生土壤NO3-N深层积累的影响。分析发现,氮肥的过量施用和400—800mm降水量偏低是导致干旱半干旱地区土壤NO3—N积累在100—300cm土层的主要因素。随着氮肥用量的增加,NO3—N深层积累显著增加;氮磷配施有助于降低其积累量。不同作物对氮素的吸收利用效率也是影响NO3—N深层积累的因素,作物之间的轮作方式会有效降低NO3—N深层积累;休闲期种植合理植物可有效降低NO3—N深层积累。NO3—N深层积累主要产生在质地较重的土壤上,带正电荷粘土矿物对NO3—N吸附是导致热带土壤中NO3—N积累的主要因素。深入研究深层积累NO3—N的生物有效性、迁移变化机理、与作物根系之间的关系以及对土壤性状和环境的影响具有重要意义。  相似文献

对赣西北九岭古岛弧西延部分的湖南浏阳南桥玄武岩进行了单颗粒锆石蒸发法2 0 7Pb/ 2 0 6Pb年龄测定 ,结果为 12 71± 2Ma。该玄武岩辉绿岩显示高度亏损的地球化学特性 :K2 O极低 ,不相容的高场强元素和稀土元素的丰度均低于 (少数接近 )N_MORB的平均丰度 ,εNd(12 71Ma)为 6 .86~ 8.98,具典型N_MORB特性 ,可能为沿古俯冲带分布的洋壳残片 ,为九岭古岛弧提供了新的证据。  相似文献

The area defined as the N — S transect of Central Europe encompasses Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, southern Slovakia, northern Austria, Moravia and southern Poland. Physical and biological environmental analysis have been undertaken for the Gravettian period of the last glacial, between 31 and 22 ka cal BP. Mammal faunas have been recorded from different provinces, which have climatic differences. These climatic differences are reflected in the sediments, the plant cover and the fauna. Over the course of several warm and cold events from 31–22 ka the biodiversity of the individual provinces has remained roughly the same, but important quantitative changes have occurred in the individual faunas.  相似文献

This paper presents the carbon isotopic values of individual n-alkanes in pyrolysates of algae,which are widely spread in marine and lacustrine environments.The carbon isotopic values of n-alkanes originated from different algal precursors vary greatly,and those of n-alka nes orginated from C.protothecoides,S.sp PCC 6803 and I.Galbana are even heavier than from higher plants,n-alkanes with different carbon numers derived from the sme organism may stem from different biomacromolecules.The dominant product nC31 diene yielded at 300℃ or lower temperature also is different from n-alkanes yielded at the same thermal evolution phase with respect to their origin.The catalysis of mineral components in limestone may lead to a lighter carbon isotope composition of n-alkanes.  相似文献

甘孜-理塘蛇绿混杂岩带历经30余年的研究与争论,无论持何种观点者,均未能在带中找到N型洋脊玄武岩。近年我队在该带内的研究中发现现三处。最具典型意义的是产于甘孜电站的笨得古蛇绿混杂岩中的玄武岩,不仅具有“N”型洋脊玄武岩特有的亏损型稀土模式,同时具有蛇绿岩的典型层序,为该带古洋壳的砉产添新证据。  相似文献

In steady state the stable isotopic composition of nitrogen and oxygen in tropospheric N2O is balanced by isotopically light N2O emitted from soils and oceans and isotopically heavy N2O as a return flux from the stratosphere.However,no such balance was reached in calculations given by Kim and Caig(1993).Modifications have been made on their calculations based on the most recent reports on annual global emission of N2O.It is considered that the nitrogen and oxygen isotope budget in tropospheric N2O are approximately in balance if isotopic fractionation effects during the production of N2O in soils and furthermore this paper puts forward further evidence for validating the above results.  相似文献
