International compilations of marine gravity, such as the International Gravity Bureau (BGI) contain tens of millions of point data. Lemoine et al. (The Development of the Joint NASA GSFC and the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) Geopotential Model EGM96, NASA/TP-1998-206861) chose not to include any marine gravity in the construction of the global gravity model EGM96. Instead they used synthetic anomalies derived from altimetry, so that no independent information about Mean Dynamic Topography (MDT) can be deduced. Software has been developed not only to identify and correct those aspects of marine gravity data that are unreliable, but to do so in a way that can be applied to very large, ocean-wide data sets. First, we select only straight-line parts of ship-tracks and fit each one with a high-degree series of Chebyshev polynomials, whose misfit standard deviation is σ line and measures the random error associated with point gravity data. Then, network adjustment determines how the gravity datum is offset for each survey. A free least squares adjustment minimises the gravity anomaly mismatch at line-crossing points, using σ line to weight the estimate for each line. For a long, well crossed survey, the instrumental drift rate is also adjusted. For some 42,000 cross-over points in the northern Atlantic Ocean, network adjustment reduces the unweighted standard deviation of the cross-over errors from 4.03 to 1.58 mGal; when quality weighted, the statistic reduces from 1.32 to 0.39 mGal. The geodetic MDT is calculated combining the adjusted gravity anomalies and satellite altimetry, and a priori global ocean model through a new algorithm called the Iterative Combination Method. This paper reports a first demonstration that geodetic oceanography can characterise the details of basin wide ocean circulation with a resolution better than global ocean circulation models. The result matches regional models of ocean circulation from hydrography measurements (Geophys Res Lett 29:1896, 2002; J Geophys Res 108:3251, 2003).  相似文献

 Geoid determination by Stokes's formula requires a complete knowledge of the topographical mass density distribution in order to perform gravity reductions to the geoid boundary. However, deeper masses are also of interest, in order to produce a smooth field of gravity anomalies which will improve results from interpolation procedures. Until now, in most cases a constant mass density has been considered, which is a very rough approximation of reality. The influence on the geoid height coming from different mass density hypotheses given by the isostatic models of Pratt/Hayford, Airy/Heiskanen and Vening Meinesz is studied. Apart from a constant mass density value, additional density information deduced from geological maps and thick sedimentary layers is considered. An overview of how mass density distributions act within Stokes's theory is given. The isostatic models are considered in spherical and planar approximation, as well as with constant and lateral variable mass density of the topographical and deeper masses. Numerical results in a test area in south-west Germany show that the differences in the geoid height due to different density hypotheses can reach a magnitude of more than 1 decimetre, which is not negligible in a precise geoid determination with centimetre accuracy. 基于安全保密的考虑,需要对矢量空间数据进行加密,现有做法是对数据文件整体进行加密,会破坏矢量空间数据结构并影响属性数据的查看。提出了一种不改变矢量空间数据结构,仅对坐标数据加密的方法,能够保护数据的安全且矢量数据结构依然保持不变。运用SHA-512加密用户密钥得到哈希密钥,用高斯随机数置乱哈希密钥生成用来加密坐标数据的密钥。首先读取矢量空间数据的顶点序列,并对矢量数据的顶点坐标序列进行哈尔变换,使用上述密钥对哈尔变换后的均值系数和差值系数进行加密,再实施逆哈尔变换得到加密后坐标,使用高斯随机数置乱顶点序列得到加密后的矢量空间数据。实验结果表明,矢量空间数据的坐标被加密,但文件结构及属性数据完全保持不变,且运行效率高;拥有密钥的用户还可以解密坐标,还原出原始矢量空间数据,安全性高。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Open data are currently a hot topic and are associated with realising ambitions such as a more transparent and efficient government, solving societal problems, and increasing economic value. To describe and monitor the state of open data in countries and organisations, several open data assessment frameworks were developed. Despite high scores in these assessment frameworks, the actual (re)use of open government data (OGD) fails to live up to its expectations. Our review of existing open data assessment frameworks reveals that these only cover parts of the open data ecosystem. We have developed a framework, which assesses open data supply, open data governance, and open data user characteristics holistically. This holistic open data framework assesses the maturity of the open data ecosystem and proves to be a useful tool to indicate which aspects of the open data ecosystem are successful and which aspects require attention. Our initial assessment in the Netherlands indicates that the traditional geographical data perform significantly better than non-geographical data, such as healthcare data. Therefore, open geographical data policies in the Netherlands may provide useful cues for other OGD strategies.  相似文献

Quad-pol data are generally acknowledged as providing the highest performance in ship detection applications using SAR data. Yet quad-pol data have half the swath width of single and dual-pol data and are thus less useful for maritime surveillance, where wide area coverage is crucial. Compact polarimetry (CP) has been proposed as a compromise between swath width and polarization information. The circular-transmit-linear-receive (CTLR) CP data have certain engineering advantages over other CP configurations. CP data may be used to reconstruct a reduced quad-pol covariance matrix (termed pseudo-quad, or PQ, data) and the potential of these data in terrestrial applications has recently been demonstrated. We present some of the first results on the use of CTLR data and reconstructed quad-pol data for ship detection. We use Radarsat-2 fine-quad (FQ) data to examine 76 ships over a range of incidence angles and ship orientations at low to moderate wind speeds. We examined the ship detection performance of full quad-pol and full-PQ data; several dual-pol configurations suggested in the literature, HV and PQ HV and the raw CTLR data. We find that the ship detection performance of the PQ HV data is the strongest of all the detectors we examined, with performance that was comparable to quad-pol data. The SELENE mission, consisting of three separate satellites that use different terrestrial-based tracking systems, presents a unique opportunity to evaluate the contribution of these tracking systems to orbit determination precision. The tracking data consist of four-way Doppler between the main orbiter and one of the two sub-satellites while the former is over the far side, and of same-beam differential VLBI tracking between the two sub-satellites. Laser altimeter data are also used for orbit determination. The contribution to orbit precision of these different data types is investigated through orbit overlap analysis. It is shown that using four-way and VLBI data improves orbit consistency for all satellites involved by reducing peak values in orbit overlap differences that exist when only standard two-way Doppler and range data are used. Including laser altimeter data improves the orbit precision of the SELENE main satellite further, resulting in very smooth total orbit errors at an average level of 18 m. The multi-satellite data have also resulted in improved lunar gravity field models, which are assessed through orbit overlap analysis using Lunar Prospector tracking data. Improvements over a pre-SELENE model are shown to be mostly in the along-track and cross-track directions. Orbit overlap differences are at a level between 13 and 21 m with the SELENE models, depending on whether 1-day data overlaps or 1-day predictions are used.  相似文献

The superconducting gravimeter (SG) TT70 has been continuously recording gravity data at the GeoForschungsZentrum (GFZ) Potsdam absolute gravity site since July 1992. The recorded data are edited and preprocessed by spike and step detection and elimination and gap filling. An atmospheric pressure correction is carried out on gravity data in the time domain with a complex admittance before tidal fitting. The atmospheric pressure admittance is calculated from tide free output of SG data and local atmospheric pressure using the cross spectral method. The ground water level admittance is determined by a single coefficient. Improvements with these corrections are shown in analysis results. New tidal parameters for Potsdam site are determined and compared with recordings of an Askania spring gravimeter at a nearby site. Deviations against the Wahr-Dehant-model are shown. Polar motion data of the IERS (International Earth Rotation Service, Paris) are used to calculate variations of centrifugal acceleration caused by polar motion (pole tide). These are compared with the corrected tide free output of SG series. For drift determination the polar motion correction is applied on SG data. The nutation period equivalent to the Earth's Nearly Diurnal Free Wobble is calculated from the SG data with a value of TFCN = (437.4 ± 1.5) sidereal days. Geomasking techniques displace point data to new locations in order to protect privacy while maintaining overall spatial distributions. If the end users of geomasked data are unaware that the data are masked, there is a risk that they will incorrectly associate individuals at the new locations with the masked data attributes. The probability of correct and false household identification depends on human understanding of whether maps contain masked coordinates and the spatial relationships of the points to contextual geographic data. Using a map-based experiment, this study finds that confidence in performing a household identification is substantially lowered when masked points are situated equidistantly between residential parcels. Despite initial notifications that data are masked, map users often report confidence in assigning masked points to specific households. Only map users who receive frequent notifications that the points are masked have reduced confidence in associating them with particular households, thereby lowering identification risk.  相似文献

A precise knowledge of the crop distribution in the landscape is crucial for the agricultural sector to inform better management and logistics. Crop-type maps are often derived by the supervised classification of satellite imagery using machine learning models. The choice of data sampled during the data collection phase of building a classification model has a tremendous impact on a model's performance, and is usually collected via roadside surveys throughout the area of interest. However, the large spatial extent, and the varying accessibility to fields, often makes the acquisition of appropriate training data sets difficult. As such, in situ data are often collected on a best-effort basis, leading to inefficiencies, sub-optimal accuracies, and unnecessarily large sample sizes. This highlights the need for new more efficient tools to guide data collection. Here, we address three tasks that one commonly faces when planning to collect in situ data: which survey route to select among a set logistically feasible routes; which fields are the most relevant to collect along the chosen survey route; and how to best augment existing in situ data sets with additional observations. Our findings show that the normalised Moran's I index is a useful indicator for choosing the survey route, and that sequential exploration methods can identify the most important fields to survey on that route. The provided recommendations are flexible, overcome the main logistical constraints associated with in situ data collection, yield accurate results, and could be incorporated in a mobile application to assist data collection in real-time.  相似文献

Water surface temperature is a key element in characterizing the thermodynamics of waterbodies, and for irregularly-shaped inland reservoirs, LANDSAT thermal infrared images are the best alternative yet for the retrieval of this parameter. However, images must be corrected mainly for atmospheric effects in order to be fully exploitable. The objective of this study is to validate the mono-channel correction algorithm for single-band thermal infrared LANDSAT data as put forward by Jiménez-Muñoz et al. (2009). Two freshwater reservoirs in continental France were selected as study sites, and best use was made of all accessible image and field data. Results obtained are satisfactory and in accordance with the literature: r2 values are above 0.90 and root-mean-square error values are comprised between 1 and 2 °C. Moreover, paired Wilcoxon signed rank tests showed a highly significant difference between field and uncorrected image data, a very highly significant difference between uncorrected and corrected image data, and no significant difference between field and corrected image data. The mono-channel algorithm is hence recommended for correcting archive LANDSAT single-band thermal infrared data for inland waterbody monitoring and study.  相似文献

路网环境下的k最近邻查询方法在地理信息系统、智慧城市、数据挖掘、医疗营救和物流配送等领域都有着较为重要的作用,已有路网环境下的最近邻查询方法无法直接解决查询对象为点而数据对象为点和线段混合的复杂数据的近邻查询问题,为了弥补已有方法的不足,提出了路网环境下混合复杂数据的最近邻查询算法。将查询过程分为预处理、数据集约减和数据集精炼3个部分,并与3种对比算法进行对比实验,研究了测试数据对象的数量、路网规模的大小对中央处理器运行时间以及输入/输出代价的影响。结果表明,所提算法能有效地处理路网环境下混合数据的最近邻查询问题。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Eighty percent of big data are associated with spatial information, and thus are Big Spatial Data (BSD). BSD provides new and great opportunities to rework problems in urban and environmental sustainability with advanced BSD analytics. To fully leverage the advantages of BSD, it is integrated with conventional data (e.g. remote sensing images) and improved methods are developed. This paper introduces four case studies: (1) Detection of polycentric urban structures; (2) Evaluation of urban vibrancy; (3) Estimation of population exposure to PM2.5; and (4) Urban land-use classification via deep learning. The results provide evidence that integrated methods can harness the advantages of both traditional data and BSD. Meanwhile, they can also improve the effectiveness of big data itself. Finally, this study makes three key recommendations for the development of BSD with regards to data fusion, data and predicting analytics, and theoretical modeling.  相似文献

 COSMIC is a joint Taiwan–US mission to study the atmosphere using the Global Positioning System (GPS) occultation technique. Improved formulas are developed for the radial, along-track, and cross-track perturbations, which are more accurate than the commonly used order-zero formulas. The formulas are used to simulate gravity recovery using the geodetic GPS data of COSMIC in the operational phase. Results show that the EGM96 model can be improved up to degree 26 using 1 year of COSMIC data. TOPEX/POSEIDON altimeter data are used to derive a temporal gravity variation. COSMIC cannot reproduce this gravity variation perfectly because of data noise and orbital configuration, but the recovered field clearly shows the gravity signature due to mass movement in an El Ni?o. 高时空分辨率的植被指数VI(Vegetation Index)数据是农业和生态研究的重要基础数据集,目前常用的VI数据的时空分辨率存在不可调和矛盾。考虑VI时序变化对数据融合的影响,提出一种新的VI数据时空融合模型VISTFM(Vegetation Index Spatial and Temporal Fusion Model),VISTFM采用模糊C聚类算法,对存量时序VI数据按土地利用类型划分为若干子类,从高低分辨率影像中随土地覆被类的变化规律提取子类,结合低分辨率影像提取的土地覆被类变化规律融合生成高时空分辨率的VI数据。用常用的Landsat和MODIS数据验证该算法,测试表明,VISTFM能够较好的捕获VI的中间变化过程,与常用的基于线性混合模型的模型和时空自适应反射率融合模型及其改进模型相比,利用VISTFM获得的植被指数数据集具有更高的时空分辨率。  相似文献

The precise orbit determination antennas of F3/C and GRACE-A satellites are from the same manufacturer, but are installed in different configurations. The current orbit accuracy of F3/C is 3 cm at arcs with good GPS data, compared to 1 cm of GRACE, which has a larger ratio of usable GPS data. This paper compares the qualities of GPS observables from F3/C and GRACE. Using selected satellites and time spans, the following average values for the satellite F3/C and satellite A of GRACE are obtained: multipath effect on the pseudorange P1, 0.78 and 0.38 m; multipath effect on the pseudorange P2, 1.03 and 0.69 m; occurrence frequency of cycle slip, 1/29 and 1/84; standard error of unit weight, 4 and 1 cm; dynamic–kinematic orbit difference, 10 and 2 cm. For gravity determination using F3/C GPS data, a careful selection of GPS data is critical. With six satellites in orbit, F3/C’s large amount of GPS data will make up the deficiency in data quality.  相似文献

对三维地理场景真实还原是数字孪生的核心技术要求之一,地理信息系统与游戏引擎的结合为城市实景三维建设提供了新思路。倾斜摄影数据是实景三维建设中重要的数字底板要素,针对游戏引擎加载倾斜摄影数据问题,以Unreal Engine 4渲染为例提出一种倾斜摄影三维模型数据转换方法。该方法利用原始数据的文件组织,通过数据解析获取转换信息构建数据读取树;迭代树节点时分别对几何数据与纹理数据进行转换,转换过程兼顾游戏引擎渲染资源所需物理属性,最终完成几何和纹理重组。将该方法应用于深圳市福田区倾斜摄影数据,实验结果表明,所提方法能准确实现倾斜摄影三维模型数据至Unreal Engine 4渲染资源的转换,可为类似三维模型数据转换问题提供理论与技术参考。  相似文献

We “spatialize” residual-based panel cointegration tests for nonstationary spatial panel data in terms of a spatial error correction model (SpECM). Local panel cointegration arises when the data are cointegrated within spatial units but not between them. Spatial panel cointegration arises when the data are cointegrated through spatial lags between spatial units but not within them. Global panel cointegration arises when the data are cointegrated both within and between spatial units. Spatial error correction arises when error correction occurs within and between spatial units. We use nonstationary spatial panel data on the housing market in Israel to illustrate the methodology. We show that regional house prices in Israel are globally cointegrated in the long run and there is evidence of spatial error correction in the short run.  相似文献
