长沙城市土地扩张模型及其应用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Although traditional urban expansion simulation models can simulate dynamic features, these models fail to address complex changes produced by different agents’ behaviors. The paper has built up a set of spatial-temporal land resource allocation rules and developed a dynamic urban expansion model based on a multi-agent system, which can simulate the interaction among different agents, such as residents, peasants, and governments. This model is applied to simulate urban expansion process taking Changsha City, in China as a study area. The results show that this model can not only reflect basic characteristics of urban expansion, but also help explain the reasons for urban expansion process and understand the effect of agents’ behavior on the expansion process, and provide insights into the causing factors behind the expansion. In addition, in contrast to simulation results with land use classification map from remote sensing images, the precision of the simulation reached over 68% with higher precision than cellular automata model according to the cell-by-cell comparison. The results suggest that the model can help to provide land use decision making support to government and urban planners.  相似文献

传统的城市土地扩张模型多为静态模型,无法呈现空间上每一时间点的土地利用状况,以元胞自动机(Cellular Automata)模型为代表的新型城市土地扩张模型虽然具有动态特性,但其无法描述影响城市土地扩张的智能体(Agent)之间所产生的多元变化结果。以多智能体系统(Multi—Agent System)理论为基础,建立城市土地资源时间和空间配置规则,构建了动态且能描述影响城市土地扩张的智能体(Agent)间互动关系的城市土地扩张模型,并以长沙市区为例,应用所构建之模型进行了城市土地扩张的实证分析。结果表明:该模型可以反映城市土地扩张的基本特征和规律.对于解释城市土地扩张的成因、理解智能体行为对城市土地扩张过程的影响是合适的。并且将模拟结果与遥感土地利用解译结果对比.1998年、2001年、2005年城市土地扩张模拟的点对点精度均达到68%以上,从而能够为政府和城市规划者制定用地政策提供辅助决策支持。  相似文献

基于CA-ABM模型的福州城市用地扩张研究   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
以中国海西地区重要门户福州市为研究区,结合其地理位置多层次约束性条件,以地理加权回归模型作为元胞自动机(CA)层的转换规则,同时以2000-2015年多期LandsatTM/ETM+影像的城市用地情况为参照,借助GIS空间分析技术,对CA和多智能体(ABM)相耦合的城市用地扩张模型进行改进。然后利用传统的和改进后的CA-ABM模型,多角度、多层次地模拟福州市2000年、2005年、2010年、2015年城市用地扩张在微观格局上的变化。结果表明,传统的和改进后的CA-ABM模型的整体精度均在80%以上,模拟结果具有较强的可信度;改进的 CA-ABM模型模拟的点对点总体精度和Kappa系数均高于传统的CA-ABM模型,而且模拟结果更加接近实际的城市用地扩张分布情况。结论可为平衡城市化进程和合理规划城市用地提供重要的理论技术支撑。  相似文献

Spatial patterns of urban expansion mainly include infilling, edge expansion, and outlying growth patterns. The cellular automata (CA) model, is an important spatio-temporal dynamic model and effectively simulates infilling and edge-expansion urban expansion. but is evidently lacking in outlying scenarios. In addition, CA cannot explain the causes and processes of urban land expansion. Given these limitations, we proposed a novel urban expansion model called simulation model of different urban growth pattern (SMDUGP), which can work well in both adjacent (i.e., infilling and edge expansion) and outlying growth patterns. SMDUGP has two main components. First, we divided the non-urban region into two categories, namely, candidate region for adjacent pattern urban growth (CRFAP) and candidate region for outlying pattern urban growth (CRFOP). Second, different methods were utilized to simulate urban expansion in the different categories. In CRFAP, a CA model based on the potential of urban growth was proposed to simulate urban growth in relatively randomly selected urban growth regions based on the discrete selection model and Monte Carlo method as the expansion area was implemented in CRFOP. Huangpi, a suburban area in Wuhan, is utilized as the case study area to simulate the spatial and temporal dynamics of urban growth from 2004 to 2024. SMDUGP can effectively simulate outlying urban growth with a highly improved simulation precision compared with the traditional CA model and can explain the causes and processes of urban land expansion.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Cellular automata (CA) are effective tools for simulating urban dynamics. Coupling top-down and bottom-up CA models are often used to address macro-scale demand and micro-scale allocation in the simulation of urban dynamics. However, those models typically ignore spatial differences in terms of the coupling process between macro-scale demand and micro-scale allocation. Herein, a novel approach for combining top-down and bottom-up strategies based on simulating urban dynamics is proposed. An optimizing strategy was used to predict the parameter of the inverse S-shaped function of future urban land use pattern and further deduce urban land increment within each concentric ring. The maximum probability transformation rule was incorporated into the CA model to address the micro-scale allocation. Wuhan was selected to test the performance of the proposed approach, and the conventional and the proposed approaches were compared. The results demonstrated that the proposed approach can not only retain the model’s accuracies but also better simulate the macro morphology of urban development dynamics and generate more realistic urban dynamic pattern in the urban sub-center and fringe regions. The proposed coupling approach can also be used to generate different development scenarios. The approach is expected to provide new perspectives for coupling top-down and bottom-up CA models in modeling urban expansion.  相似文献

利用衡量新增斑块空间邻接关系的多阶景观扩张指数定量识别城市组团的空间特征,结合城市组团所表现出的城市空间结构信息,构建基于MLEI的元胞自动机城市扩展(MLEI-CA)模型。针对武汉市1990、2000、2013年3期遥感影像数据,运用MLEI-CA对武汉市城市扩展进行模拟,通过与Logistic-CA模型对比验证该模型的适用性。研究结果表明,MLEI-CA模型更加准确地揭示城市扩展的空间演变过程,MLEI-CA模型精度优于Logistic-CA模型,Kappa系数、城市用地的精度分别提高6%和4%。  相似文献

大都市郊区是快速城镇化进程中空间演变最为频繁、人地矛盾最为突出的区域,尤其在中国加快推进“就地就近”城镇化战略的背景下,把握大都市郊区小城镇土地利用时空变化过程及其演变机制,对制定科学合理的管控政策和优化都市空间结构具有重要的现实意义。约束性元胞自动机(constrained Cellular Automata, constrained CA)能够通过简单的规则模拟复杂的城市动态演化过程。本文将土地利用总体规划指标、城镇空间发展战略布局、土地利用开发适宜性等,嵌入约束性CA的转换规则中,采用Logistic逐步回归法分析土地利用空间影响因素,对严格约束下的武汉市江夏区2020年土地利用进行情景模拟分析,并提出城市增长管控手段。结果表明:①研究时段内,江夏区城镇用地呈低效外延式扩张,土地利用集约节约程度较低,其人口规模并未有较大增长,对主城区人口的分散作用尚未真正形成;②约束性CA在模拟大都市郊区演化方面具有较高的可靠性,能够真实反映近郊小城镇的未来空间布局与结构,模拟结果与土地利用规划和城市规划较为契合;③将规划目标导向与现实发展趋势下的模拟结果进行叠加分析,可确定城镇增长需求与规划指标调控间冲突的空间分布,从而划定土地督察的重点监测区域,为加强大都市近郊区的违法用地监查和土地利用管控提供先验的预警知识。  相似文献

为获得复杂城市系统更理想的模拟效果,提出时空动态约束的城市元胞自动机(CA)模型。用不同区域、不同时间新增加的城市用地总量作为CA模型的约束条件,形成时空动态约束的CA模型,并利用该模型模拟1988—2010年东莞市和深圳市城市扩张过程。结果表明,利用CA模型模拟的1993年城市用地总精度比静态CA模型提高了5.86%,而且模型中的动态约束条件可以反映城市发展的时空差异性。  相似文献

运用多智能体(Agent)和元胞自动机(CA)结合来模拟城市用地扩张的方法,将影响和决定用地类型转变的主体作为Agent引进元胞自动机模型中,Agent在CA确定的城市发展概率的基础上,通过自身及其周围环境的状况,综合各种因素的影响做出决策,决定元胞下一时刻的城市发展概率。运用Agent的决策结果,对CA模型中以随机变量体现的不确定性通过Agent决策行为给予地理意义的新解释。以城市郊区—樟木头镇为例,对1988~1993年城市用地扩张进行了模拟研究,取得了良好的模拟效果。  相似文献

运用自下而上的多智能体建模方法构建城市扩张模型,研究城市扩张的基本特征和规律,对新型城镇化建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。但传统的多智能体模拟大多是基于栅格数据构建,不同的格网大小、邻域形状及邻域大小将产生不同的模拟结果。为克服传统栅格数据受模拟尺度的影响,采用城市土地利用现状图,构建矢量多智能体城市扩张动态模型。智能体依据“宜居性”评价指标,并遵从个人偏好,选择合适区位,模拟城市扩张的时空动态过程。将模型应用于广州市番禺区,模拟了其2003-2008年城市扩张情况。最后将模拟结果与实际土地利用现状图进行对比,结果表明,地块的转化精度为63.09%,非转化精度为90.74%,总精度为85.83%,具有较好的模拟精度,可以为新型城镇化建设提供有效的决策支持。  相似文献

南通市建设用地扩张情景模拟与景观生态效应   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
选择城镇化进程快速、区位条件特殊的南通市作为案例,集成CLUE-S模型与Auto-logistic回归模型构建适合不同情景的建设用地扩张的动态分布模型。通过1987年以来遥感影像获取的4个时段的南通市建设用地增长时空特征分析提取先验知识规则,模拟在基准、经济发展、生态保护等情景下建设用地增长与空间布局,通过景观学知识分析其空间扩张的生态效应。结果表明,1987年以来,南通市建设用地扩张剧烈,空间上围绕城区和乡镇中心快速蔓延,呈现“轴线增长-内部填充”交替的周期性波动规律。Kappa系数与模拟正确率(PCM)显示,构建的复合集成模型具有较高的可靠性,能够应用于对未来建设用地空间分布的模拟。模拟结果显示未来建设用地扩张集中在城镇周边,其中在经济发展情景下还有向东部沿海滩涂扩展的趋势。由于扩张剧烈,在建设用地集中区呈现出融合成更大面积分布区的现象。建设用地空间扩张的斑块密度和景观形状指数均较高,景观格局趋于不稳定,破碎化相对严重。  相似文献

Cellular automata (CA) have been widely used to simulate complex urban development processes. Previous studies indicated that vector-based cellular automata (VCA) could be applied to simulate urban land-use changes at a realistic land parcel level. Because of the complexity of VCA, these studies were conducted at small scales or did not adequately consider the highly fragmented processes of urban development. This study aims to build an effective framework called dynamic land parcel subdivision (DLPS)-VCA to accurately simulate urban land-use change processes at the land parcel level. We introduce this model in urban land-use change simulations to reasonably divide land parcels and introduce a random forest algorithm (RFA) model to explore the transition rules of urban land-use changes. Finally, we simulate the land-use changes in Shenzhen between 2009 and 2014 via the proposed DLPS-VCA model. Compared to the advanced Patch-CA and RFA-VCA models, the DLPS-VCA model achieves the highest simulation accuracy (Figure-of-Merit = 0.232), which is 32.57% and 18.97% higher respectively, and is most similar to the actual land-use scenario (similarity = 94.73%) at the pattern level. These results indicate that the DLPS-VCA model can both accurately split the land during urban land-use changes and significantly simulate urban expansion and urban land-use changes at a fine scale. Furthermore, the land-use change rules that are based on DPLS-VCA mining and the simulation results of several future urban development scenarios can act as guides for future urban planning policy formulation.  相似文献

借助CA模型技术,基于乌鲁木齐都市圈城市用地发展的特点,构建了模拟多个城市群体扩展的CA模型,重点对模型的转换规则进行了扩展,把用地适宜性约束、城市内部社会经济驱动、城市之间相互作用力、区域生态格局限制、城市发展规模有限这几个方面的作用机制融入到模型的规则制定中,通过宏观约束、中观调节、微观驱动3个层次逐步实现;为了使社会经济数据与CA模型中的空间数据相匹配,对社会经济数据进行了空间化表达;在历史数据的参照下,所构建的模型经过反复调试与修正,模拟结果达到了较为满意的效果;应用此模型模拟了经济优先、生态优先与规划优先3种不同情景下的城市用地扩展,对都市圈城市用地今后的发展起到重要的启示作用。  相似文献

为了更有效地模拟地理现象的复杂演变过程,提出了用粗集理论来确定元胞自动机 (CA)不确定性转换规则的新方法。CA可以通过局部规则来有效地模拟许多地理现象的演变过程。但目前缺乏很好定义CA转换规则的方法。往往采用启发式的方法来定义CA的转换规则,这些转换规则是静态的,而且其参数值多是确定的。在反映诸如城市扩张、疾病扩散等不确定性复杂现象时,具有一定的局限性。利用粗集从GIS和遥感数据中发现知识,自动寻找CA的不确定性转换规则,基于粗集的CA在缩短建模时间的同时,能提取非确定性的转换规则,更好地反映复杂系统的特点。采用所提出的方法模拟了深圳市的城市发展过程,取得了比传统MCE方法更好的模拟效果。  相似文献

结合宏观用地总体需求与微观土地利用适宜性, 集成灰色预测模型、多目标决策模型、 元胞自动机模型、地理信息系统技术方法, 建立了GCMG 土地利用变化预测模型。GCMG 模型包括非空间和空间2 个模块, 非空间模块侧重依据宏观社会经济发展趋势预测研究区未 来的总体用地需求变化, 而空间模块集成多目标决策模型、元胞自动机、地理信息系统等技 术方法实现了基于土地适宜性的土地利用空间配置。运用该模型对龙海市2000-2010 年土地 利用变化进行了情景模拟, 结果表明园地和建设用地是该区域内变化最为显著的用地类型, 基本农田保护政策严格实施与否将对龙海市未来土地利用变化产生深远的影响。GCMG 模型 在龙海市的应用实例表明, 该模型将土地利用系统作为一个整体, 兼顾到区域宏观水平上的 土地利用需求与局部尺度上的土地利用适宜性, 能够较好地同时模拟不同土地利用类型以及 不同人类决策情景下的土地利用转换概率, 因而可为理解土地利用多尺度复杂系统提供一定 的帮助。  相似文献

While there are extensive studies of urban 2D forms, research on the varying geometric features and spatial distribution patterns of urban 3D spaces is comparatively rare. In this paper, we propose a coupled model, known as BPANN-CBRSortCA, which is based on a back propagation artificial neural network (BPANN) and case-based reasoning technology with sort cellular automaton (CBRSortCA) to simulate future urban building heights and their spatial distribution. BPANN–CBRSortCA uses BPANN to predict the vertical extrusion of building heights and uses CBRSortCA to simulate horizontal urban expansion. The BPANN–CBRSortCA model is innovative because of its capabilities to simultaneously project urban growth in the vertical and horizontal dimensions. The proposed model also overcomes the limitations of the traditional cellular automata models that cannot simulate ‘diffused’ urban expansion. This research used Wuhan City as a case study to simulate vertical and horizontal urban expansion from 2015 to 2025. The results showed the following: (1) in the next 10 years, new build-up will mainly appear along the edge of Hongshan and Hanyang Districts or will occupy bare land in the form of ‘filling’ and (2) the tallest buildings will be mainly located to the south of East Lake in Hongshan District and on undeveloped land within the city. Urban expansion models are useful tools to understand urbanization process and have been given much attention. However, urban expansion is a complicated socio-economic phenomenon that is affected by complex and volatile factors involving in great uncertainties. Therefore, the accurate simulation of the urban expansion process remains challenging. In this paper, we make an attempt to solve such uncertainty through a reversal process and view urban expansion as a process wherein the urban landscape overcomes resistance from other landscapes. We developed an innovative approach derived from the minimum cumulative resistance (MCR) model that involved the introduction of a relative resistance factor for different source levels and the consideration of rigid constraints on urban expansion caused by ecological barriers. Using this approach, the urban expansion ecological resistance (UEER) model was created to describe ecological resistance surfaces suitable for simulating urban expansion and used to simulate urban expansion in Guangzhou. The study results demonstrate that the ecological resistance surface generated by the UEER model comprehensively reflects ecological resistance to urban expansion and indicates the spatial trends in urban expansion. The simulation results from the UEER-based model were more realistic and more accurately reflected ecological protection requirements than the conventional MCR-based model. These findings can enhance urban expansion simulation methods.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Modeling urban growth in Economic development zones (EDZs) can help planners determine appropriate land policies for these regions. However, sometimes EDZs are established in remote areas outside of central cities that have no historical urban areas. Existing models are unable to simulate the emergence of urban areas without historical urban land in EDZs. In this study, a cellular automaton (CA) model based on fuzzy clustering is developed to address this issue. This model is implemented by coupling an unsupervised classification method and a modified CA model with an urban emergence mechanism based on local maxima. Through an analysis of the planning policies and existing infrastructure, the proposed model can detect the potential start zones and simulate the trajectory of urban growth independent of the historical urban land use. The method is validated in the urban emergence simulation of the Taiping Bay development zone in Dalian, China from 2013 to 2019. The proposed model is applied to future simulation in 2019–2030. The results demonstrate that the proposed model can be used to predict urban emergence and generate the possible future urban form, which will assist planners in determining the urban layout and controlling urban growth in EDZs.  相似文献
