A Mobile Offshore Base (MOB) is a multi-purpose logistics base, which can be stationed in coastal or international waters. In the conceptual design of the MOB, attention should be paid to the dynamic responses of the inter-module connectors because tremendous loads occur in the connectors. In this paper, a study on dynamic responses of the MOB connectors is carried out by use of the Rigid Module Flexible Connector (RMFC) model which assumes that the module stiffness is significantly larger than that of the connector. In the analysis, the connector is modeled as a linear spring, which restricts relative translations but allows for relative rotations of modules. The 3-D source distribution method is adopted to determine the hydrodynamic forces of the modules, and the hydrodynamic interaction between modules is taken into account. The module motions and connector loads for 12 connector stiffness cases in regular and irregular waves are calculated with the multi-rigid-body motion equations. And the calculat  相似文献

多模块超大型浮体一般由连接器连接,实现海上浮动机场等功能。实际操作中,为约束超大型浮体模块之间的相对运动,连接器通常将承受非常巨大的载荷,给连接器的制造带来巨大的困难。通过对不同环境力情况下不同刚度连接器的研究,分析了连接器刚度对超大型浮体模块之间相对运动与连接器自身承受载荷的影响。研究发现,随着柔性连接器刚度的增加,连接器对超大浮体模块之间相对运动的约束逐渐增强,同时连接器也将承受更大的载荷;此外,较大的连接器刚度,并不利于抵抗模块之间的冲击载荷;最后,连接器刚度的改变会影响其固有振动频率,因此需要尽可能避开共振区域,否则系统容易出现较大的振动,导致模块间相对运动过大,连接器过载。研究结果确定了连接器刚度最佳匹配原则,以指导连接器的工程设计。  相似文献

针对半潜式超大型浮式结构中典型的移动式海上基地(Mobile Offshore Base,MOB)在高等级海况下的动力响应问题展开研究。在MOB结构"刚性模块-柔性连接构件(Rigid Modules and Flexible Connectors,RMFC)"模型的前提下,根据动力学基本原理,经理论推导并计算得到MOB分别在6、7、8级海况的随机波激励下,其上各模块的动力响应位移结果。详细分析了MOB结构同一模块在不同海况条件下的动力响应位移随浪向角及连接构件刚度的变化规律。研究成果可为半潜式超大型浮式结构动力响应研究及结构优化设计提供一定的技术支撑。  相似文献

Three-dimensional hydroelasticity theory is used to predict the hydroelastic response of flexible floating interconnected structures. The theory is extended to take into account hinge rigid modes, which are calculated from a numerical analysis of the structure based on the finite element method. The modules and connectors are all considered to be flexible, with variable translational and rotational connector stiffness. As a special case, the response of a two-module interconnected structure with very high connector stiffness is found to compare well to experimental results for an otherwise equivalent continuous structure. This model is used to study the general characteristics of hydroelastic response in flexible floating interconnected structures, including their displacement and bending moments under various conditions. The effects of connector and module stiffness on the hydroelastic response are also studied, to provide information regarding the optimal design of such structures.  相似文献

In the present paper, a numerical analysis framework evaluating the connectors’ internal loads of a modular Pontoon type Floating Structure (PFS) as well as for identifying the PFS's optimum configuration under the action of regular waves is developed and presented. The PFS consists of flexible floating modules (pontoons) connected with flexible connectors in longitudinal and/or transverse directions. The numerical analysis framework includes: (a) a frequency domain ‘wet’ hydroelastic analysis for computing the PFS's ‘wet’ hydroelastic response and the connectors’ internal loads and (b) a genetic algorithms based optimization process for identifying the optimum configuration of the PFS considering predefined performance criteria. Different configurations of the PFS under the action of normal and oblique waves are taken into account, considering different number and layout of modules (grid type) and different values of the connectors’ rotational stiffness. The effect of the connector's rotational stiffness and the grid type of the PFS on the hydroelastic response and on the connectors’ internal loads is analyzed. For specific wave field characteristics, the optimum design configuration of the PFS is identified through the aforementioned optimization process in terms of performance criteria related to: (a) the vertical hydroelastic response at any predefined point of the deck of the PFS and (b) the internal loads of the PFS's connectors. The results obtained demonstrate the complex relationship between the internal loads of the connectors and the hydroelastic response of the examined PFS configurations with the connectors’ rotational stiffness and the PFS's grid type as well as with the excitation. They also demonstrate the applicability of the developed numerical analysis framework in order to properly direct the PFS's design towards a most preferable optimum configuration.  相似文献

针对传统铰接浮体波能转换器捕获效率低、频带窄的瓶颈,提出一种新型高效波能捕获仿生非线性连接结构。该连接结构具有转动负刚度效应,可起到被动相位控制作用,提高系统的波能捕获效率。首先,基于海蛇脊柱骨结构的柔性约束机理,设计了一种高效波浪能捕获仿生连接结构,该结构由球窝结构、球头、翅状突出物和类肌肉柔性结构组成;其次,基于线性波浪理论和Cummins 方程,建立两模块非线性波能转换器的动力学模型,并采用谐波平衡法解析求解非线性控制方程;最后,开展了数值模拟研究,分析了规则波激励下该新型波能转换器的波能转换特性。结果表明:通过引入新型高效仿生连接结构,可有效降低系统的等效固有频率;当连接器的负刚度结构调整到合适参数时,系统的弹性力可以在纵摇相平面上形成一个椭圆势阱,其椭圆势阱的长轴接近铰接浮体系统相对纵摇运动的模态方向,由此驱动两个模块的相对纵摇运动趋于反相,起到被动相位控制的作用。  相似文献

为解决现有深水连接器连接性能研究中力学分析建模不准确,且缺乏抗弯抗扭能力分析的问题,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对深水连接器进行三维模型动态仿真分析,对连接器的受力、密封性能以及在实际工程需求中不同内压下的抗弯及抗扭性能进行深入研究。结果表明:在安装及生产两种工况下,深水连接器各部件除密封环外受力均满足其强度设计要求,密封环接触表面发生合理塑性变形,满足密封要求;随着内压的增加,深水连接器的抗弯能力逐渐下降,抗扭能力则呈现增加的趋势;极限弯矩分别在0 MPa与35 MPa内压下的判定依据为密封失效,在14 MPa与52 MPa内压下的判定依据为下毂座屈服,而极限扭矩在不同内压下的判定依据均为密封失效。  相似文献

This paper presents the results and conclusions obtained from the physical model tests carried out with four different designs of floating breakwaters. Changes from a basic design have been introduced in order to evaluate the improvement in the efficiency as a coastal protection structure. Incident and transmitted waves have been measured, as well as the efforts in the mooring lines and module connectors. It has been found that the width of the pontoons is one of the key design parameters, while small modifications in the floating breakwater's cross section shape are less determinant in its hydrodynamic behaviour and in mechanical loads in the discussed ranges. 2D and 3D tests were conducted, observing the great influence that the wave obliquity has in the module connector forces.  相似文献

深海油气田水下生产系统装备之间的精准连接是国际公认的技术难题,对接一般通过深海连接器完成。弹性夹头是水下连接器的重要组成部分,其性能关系到海洋油气生产系统的安全性和可靠性。弹性夹头的主要作用是在水下机器人的辅助下连接和锁紧连接器的固定端和移动端。采用ABAQUS软件的显式动力学分析模块计算夹头夹紧心轴这一过程中的应力、反作用力状态。三维模型仿真结果表明,锁紧过程中弹性夹头的最大应力不超过430 MPa,小于所选取的材料屈服强度480 MPa。采用正交试验和方差分析的方法研究夹头的长度、夹头与心轴的间隙等几个关键尺寸从而分析影响夹头应力和连接所需推力的最显著因素。对夹头的结构进行优化设计,同时也为夹头心轴结构的设计提供了理论依据。最后,通过试验研究对样机进行测试,测试结果表明,夹紧动作所需的最大推力在700 N以下。  相似文献

Offshore jacket platform is widely used as production or oil recovering platform in the shallow sea, and is also applied to the offshore wind turbine supporting structure in the recent years. The jacket structures are normally designed to be conservative and bulky according to various design codes. In this work, a structural optimization design method for jacket platform structure has been developed based on topology optimization theory. The topology optimization method is applicable at an early design stage, which can determine the initial structure and force transmission path. The whole design space is chosen as design variables, and the goal is to maximize the structural stiffness. A set of constraints based on multi-criteria design assessment is applied according to standard requirements, which includes stress, deformation, vibration and design variable constraints. The optimization results are compared with the original platform for static performance, dynamic performance and Ultimate Carrying Capacity (UCC). Results show that the optimized structure show a 13.7% reduction in the global mass, 46.31% reduction in the maximum equivalent stress, and large ultimate carrying capacity ability under the same environmental loads. It is demonstrated that the proposed topology optimization method is capable of effectively determining the optimal design of jacket platform structures.  相似文献

A new hybrid method for the time-domain nonlinear simulation of the hydroelastic load effects and the peak over threshold (POT) method for the calculation of the short-term extreme responses are briefly described and applied to a flexible SL-7 class containership and a flexible liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship. Three stiffness levels, three stiffness distributions and three modal damping ratios are used to study the influence of the hull flexibility and structural damping on the short-term prediction of extreme vertical hydroelastic load effects. The results give justification for some simplified treatment of the first vertical flexible mode in early design stage when structural details are not available.  相似文献

带有弹簧支撑的水平板结构,可在波浪作用下起伏运动进行消浪,作为防波堤具有广泛的应用前景,但如何设计支撑刚度仍是当前研究的重点课题。基于黏性流理论建立数值波浪水槽,开展规则波与起伏板防波堤相互作用的模拟,得到起伏板透反射系数随支撑刚度的变化曲线,并分析最小透射系数对应刚度下起伏板运动相位对消浪的影响。为快速得到最小透射系数对应的支撑刚度,根据弹簧—阻尼—质量模型,建立一种以运动相位为输入反推起伏板最优支撑刚度的计算方法,并将推导结果与数值结果进行比较。结果表明,该方法推导的最优支撑刚度值与数值最优值接近,且可省去遍历取最优值的步骤,可为起伏板防波堤的支撑刚度设计提供参考。  相似文献

A point-absorber-type Wave-Energy Converter (WEC) consisting of a floating vertical inner cylinder and an annular outer cylinder that slides along the inner one is considered. The two cylinders heave differently under wave excitation, and wave energy can be harnessed from the relative heave motion between the two cylinders using a Permanent Magnet Linear Generator (PMLG) as the Power Take-Off unit. A mooring cable is attached to the bottom of the inner cylinder. This paper aims to examine the effect of the stiffness of the mooring cable on the performance of the coaxial-cylinder WEC system. The two limiting cases of no mooring cable (freely floating inner and outer cylinders) and an infinitely stiff mooring cable (fixed inner cylinder) were also considered. To perform the analysis, hydrodynamic and interference coefficients of the two heaving cylinders were computed semi-analytically using the method of matched eigenfunction expansions. Experimentally determined viscous corrections on damping were also included in the model in order to have more realistic predictions. The performance of the system in terms of motion responses and capture width were predicted and discussed for both regular and irregular waves. The results of the analysis indicate that both the freely floating design and the design with rigidly moored inner cylinder are viable. The two limiting cases show similar optimal performances, albeit with very different optimal generator damping. However, an ill-chosen mooring-cable stiffness may cause the inner and the outer cylinders to have the same resonance frequency, eliminating the relative heave motion and leading to almost no energy extraction. This situation needs to be avoided when designing the mooring system for a coaxial-cylinder WEC.  相似文献

在工程设计中,通常采用模块化方式制造超大型浮式结构物,将巨大的单体结构分割成多个较小模块,后期通过合适的连接器拼装形成。为了明确多模块超大浮体在波浪作用下的水弹性响应,以两个相邻层合浮体(高刚度面板和低密度芯材)为研究对象,建立波浪作用下铰接层合浮体水弹性响应的高阶势流模型。采用匹配特征函数展开法求解流体运动的速度势,探讨了铰接处弹簧刚度对浮体的反射系数、透射系数、挠度、弯矩和剪力的影响规律。研究结果表明:迎浪侧浮体的存在可以有效降低背浪侧浮体的挠度、弯矩和剪力幅值;与垂直弹簧相比,扭转弹簧刚度的增加可以更加有效抑制铰接层合浮体的水弹性响应;当扭转弹簧刚度大于一定值时,继续增大弹簧刚度对浮体的动力响应不产生影响。  相似文献

研究了随机波浪载荷作用下调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)对桩基钢结构海洋平台的减振效果,采用谱分析法对TMD参数进行优化,优化TMD 使平台的位移响应标准偏差比无TMD下降12.4% 。并研究了TMD参数在优化域内的失调对响应的影响,TMD刚度失调比阻尼失调要敏感,欠阻尼失调比过阻尼失调要敏感。从振害累积概念出发,对谐激励下SDOF- TMD的Randall参数优化方法提出了改进。  相似文献
