我国东部沿海开放带形成条件、地域分异和发展方向

我国开放政策实施以后,沿海地区陆续出现了经济特区、沿海开放城市、三角洲开放区和特殊政策的海南岛等,已形成了一条多层次、多功能的开放带.这一条带的形成有其优越的地理条件:有18000km 的海岸线、众多的天然良港;有我国中部经济地带、西部经济地带为腹地;有内河和铁路沟通.而且,香港、澳门和侨乡都位于这条带上,经济基础雄厚、人才集中,外引内联,条件十分优越.沿海开放带的经济发展,对推动中部、西部地带经济的发展有重要作用.     

关于组建珠港澳经济区的初步构想

中国改革开放以来，香港、澳门与珠江三角洲之间已逐渐形成一个联系密切、优势互补的经济区域。本文分析了该经济区的形成条件及其在中国、亚洲的地位和作用。并建议开展全经济区协调性规划，处理好区内经济分工，香港、澳门与珠三角主要城市的协调发展，并建设统一的区域性基础设施，使经济区发展更上一层楼。     

国际自由港与澳门经济发展

澳门位于我国珠江三角洲．面积21．45平方千米．人口43．01万(1998年)．长期以来一直受葡萄牙管治。受地理条件的限制,澳门本地资源匮乏．工业发展先天条件不利．但二十世纪70年代以来,澳门充分发挥其历史、地缘等优势,经济快速发展,成为世界经济增长最快的地区之一。尽管近年来由于受社会治安、东南亚金融危机等影响,澳门经济处于疲软状态,但其经济发展仍有巨大潜力。     

澳门人地关系研究

从１６世纪中叶到２０世纪末叶,澳门的城市性质和城市功能发生多次急剧变化。人地关系一些要点在澳门的发展和变化中都有反映。澳门在浙、闽、粤沿海众多的港口中脱颖而出反映自然环境是社会是社会发展必不可少的条件。澳门成为东西方交流的桥梁反映自然环境在人地关系的演变,澳门经济转型艰难反映人文资源在人地关系中的地位呈上升趋势。澳门的城市形象和空间格局有抹不掉的自然印记,反映人地关系的发展是利用自然和利用自然规律     

澳门的名称和历史

澳门位于珠海市南,由珠江三角洲南端的一个半岛与凼（音荡）仔岛、路环岛三部分组成,总面积２１．４５平方公里,常住人口约四十五万。澳门地形多山丘,但无高峰。因地处东经１１３度－１１４度,北纬２２度－２３度之间,故属亚热带气候,气候温热湿润,动、植物种类较多,自然资源丰富。其地势一面靠陆地多面靠海,便于内外交流,地理位置优越,历史上曾一直是沟通东西方贸易的窗口。澳门,自古以来就是中国的领土,秦汉时隶属于南海郡,晋代隶属于东官郡,隋、唐时期先后曾归属于南海县和东莞县,有　镜和蠔镜澳等不同的称呼。　,即牡…     

澳门海洋空间资源利用研究——澳门的填海造地工程

澳门原系海中孤岛,由于利用了自然条件,进行填海造地工程,使孤岛相连,土地面积扩大,城市发展,交通改善,经济增长,成为利用海洋空间资源的典型地区。文章论述了澳门有利于填海工程实施的自然条件,海洋空间利用的发展过程,及填海造地工程的巨大作用和深远意义。     

澳门回归对珠江三角洲的影响

介绍澳门概况,论述澳门回归对珠江三角洲产生重要影响,分析澳门社会经济特征,提出澳门与香港和珠江三角洲区际协调与合作的建议,探讨澳门今后的发展方向。     

影响我国南方集体林区的林业主要政策问题与建议

介于旅游博彩业在澳门经济社会中的特殊地位, 在澳门回归前夕, 对其过去、现状和未来进行综合研究分析, 对于澳门未来的恰切定位及增进外界对澳门的了解, 意义重大。本文在对澳门的旅游发展历史、旅游资源、旅游市场现状以及旅游业在现阶段澳门经济社会中的角色定位进行研究分析的基础上, 提出了澳门旅游业可持续发展所面临的问题与对策、机遇与挑战、合作与发展思路。并以香港为参照系, 论述澳门旅游业的发展前景和合理定位。     

台湾港口开发和对福建的启示

台湾沿岸建港自然条件并不比福建优越,但港口开发却十分出色.本文分析了台湾建港条件、港口开发过程和布局特点,提出福建沿岸港湾资源优越,可以借鉴台湾港口建设,促进台湾外向型经济发展和临海型工业开发等经验,加速港口开发,推动经济发展.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
