瞬变人口统计方法的建立及其功能

本文阐述了瞬变人口统计方法的基点,并针对谷瞬变场所的主要特征,设计了统计参数,建立了相应的数学模式,从而可将其动态人口换算成便于编制城市人口地图的常态人口。     

民勤地区近地面沙尘监测系统的建立及其运行的初步评价

介绍了建于民勤地区的我国第一套近地面沙尘监测系统的组成、结构和功能。经1 a多运行,该系统取得了良好的沙尘监测效果。初步结果表明：2006年民勤19次沙尘暴平均气溶胶浓度的空间分布遵循幂函数关系,在沙漠和绿洲边缘区气溶胶浓度随着高度的增加显著下降,而在绿洲内部,则随高度增加而上升;在不同下垫面条件下,水平沙尘通量随高度变化也遵从幂函数关系,但在沙漠和绿洲边缘呈显著降低趋势,在绿洲呈平缓上升趋势。从沙漠区至绿洲内部,沙尘通量空间分布的规律一般是：沙漠>绿洲边缘>绿洲。2006年在民勤地区,绿洲边缘的沙尘通量比沙漠区减少了42.0%,至绿洲内部则减少74.42%,表明防风固沙林和农田防护林网对沙尘具有较强的防护功能和减灾作用。     

稳态风沙流中瞬态输沙特征

风沙流中沙粒运动在来流风速不变时也会表现出非稳态特征。在风洞内利用粒子图像测速系统（PIV）测量了风沙运动的时间序列,并基于PIV测量技术提出风沙流中沙粒平均直径、数密度、平均水平速度和输沙通量等参数在某一时刻的计算方法,其中输沙通量的计算考虑沙粒大小垂向分布的影响。结果表明：来流风速不变时,沙粒平均直径、数密度、平均水平速度和输沙通量随时间具有明显的波动性;沙粒平均直径和平均水平速度的标准偏差一般随高度增加而增加,沙粒数密度和输沙通量标准偏差随高度增大而减小;这些参数的相对标准偏差均随高度增加而增大。     

应用人工神经网络估算伊朗Kharestan流域瞬时顶峰流量(英文)

在水体工程及河流工程项目规划与设计中,瞬时顶峰流量是需要加以了解的最重要因素之一。本研究的目的是,在估算伊朗法尔斯省西北部Kharestan流域的瞬时顶峰流量时,对人工神经网络法与传统方法的功效进行对比。为此,采用了Jamal Beig水文站25年的日顶峰流量和瞬时顶峰流量数据。在Fuller、Sangal及Fill-Steiner经验方法以及人工神经网络方法的基础上进行了估算,并根据RMSE和R2进行了对比。结果显示,采用人工神经网络法的估算值比经验方法的更为精确,RMSE =13.710,R2= 0.942。这表明人工神经网络法比经验方法的误差更低。     

利用Landsat8数据估算干旱区晴天太阳瞬时和日间净辐射

地表净辐射是地球表面的短波和长波辐射输入和输出通量辐射平衡的结果,也是地表蒸散与水热平衡研究中非常重要的方面。利用2014年8月下旬的Landsat8遥感影像,采用BISHT等提出的净辐射估算方法,首先通过计算瞬时大气传输率、瞬时短波太阳辐射和下行长波辐射得到了短波辐射与长波辐射的估算值,并进一步通过计算地表反照率等得到了瞬时净辐射和日均净辐射,最后利用地面实测净辐射值对估算结果进行了验证。研究表明：利用分辨率较高的Landsat8数据和部分气象参数能够很好地模拟该地区晴天的瞬时和日间净辐射的分布,并且与地面实测净辐射值具有较好的一致性,平均误差为14.5 W·m^-2。研究弥补了利用其他遥感数据估算地表辐射参数复杂、精度偏低的缺陷,可以适用于干旱地区的晴天瞬时和日间净辐射值的估算,并且能够有效的提高估算精度。     

沙地玉米水分利用效率日变化特征

以科尔沁沙地玉米农田生态系统为研究对象,利用涡度相关技术和便携式光合作用测定系统（LI-COR6400）同步观测玉米（郑单958）主要生育期（苗期、拔节期、抽穗期、灌浆期和成熟期）群体和叶片尺度瞬时CO₂交换及水汽交换速率,并分析其水分利用效率的日变化特征。结果表明：各生育期玉米群体尺度瞬时CO₂交换速率分别为-2.205、-26.113、-26.118、-8.201、-3.672 μmolCO₂·m^-2·s^-1,叶片尺度光合速率分别为27.57、59.55、24.38、22.03、20.09 μmolCO₂·m^-2·s^-1。各生育期群体水分利用效率（WUE_C）的日动态呈现“L”型,峰值出现在日出后（约06：00）,分别为0.025、0.039、0.088、0.058、0.191 gCO₂·g^-1H₂O,叶片尺度瞬时水分利用效率（WUE_L）的日动态呈“~”型,峰值出现在06：00—10：00,分别为0.029、0.041、0.017、0.019、0.024 gCO₂·g^-1H₂O。玉米各生育期群体及叶片尺度瞬时CO₂交换速率和水分利用效率均存在明显差异。     

风沙流和净风场中瞬时水平风速廓线特征比较

为进一步认识风沙流和净风场中瞬时水平风速廓线特征的异同,在风洞中分别对风沙流和净风场中瞬时水平风速廓线进行了测量,风速采集时间间隔缩短至0.01s,分析了风沙流和净风场中瞬时水平风速、瞬时摩阻风速和瞬时空气动力学粗糙度的变化特征。结果表明：相同来流条件下,风沙流中水平风速脉动强度高于净风场,风沙流中瞬时摩阻风速、瞬时空气动力学粗糙度以及它们的脉动幅度均大于净风场;风沙流和净风场中瞬时摩阻风速概率密度分布均可以表示为正态分布,但其正态分布的特征值却存在一定差别;净风场中瞬时空气动力学粗糙度的概率密度分布表现出单调递减分布,而风沙流中瞬时空气动力学粗糙度的概率密度分布呈现出单峰分布。因此,在相同主流风速下风沙流和净风场中瞬时水平风速廓线特征有明显差别。     

基于瞬时相位的BPSK信噪比估计算法

通过对加性高斯白噪声条件下正弦型信号瞬时相位分布情况进行研究,提出了一种新的BPSK（Binary Phase Shift Keying）信噪比估计方法．含噪信号瞬时相位的方差与信噪比之间存在近似线性的一一对应关系,以此为基础通过将含噪信号的估计方差与理论值相比较获得信噪比估计值．该方法直接对基带过采样信号进行处理,不需要事先进行符号定时与同步．使用计算机仿真测试了算法的估计性能,并与高阶累积量方法和子空间分解方法进行了比较,结果表明该算法具有更高的估计精度．     

中国北方典型沙尘天气特征研究

 根据API、风速、风向及相关气象数据初步研究了中国北方两次典型沙尘天气的天气特征。两次沙尘天气过程中极大风速大于7.2 m·s-1的气象站占88%。2005年4月27日极大风速超过17.2 m·s-1的气象站有31个,出现频率最高的风向为西西北,28日达到81个,风向为北风,极大风速高值区由内蒙古中东部向东北方向迅速扩大。2007年3月30日极大风速超过17.2 m·s-1的气象站有57个,31日达到68个,风向均为西西北,极大风速高值区分布较为稳定。受沙尘暴影响的地区API显著升高。2005年4月28日呼和浩特、大同、北京3个城市的API分别为418、500、500。2007年3月31日呼和浩特、赤峰、大同3个城市的API分别为500、500、423。对PM10与气象因子的相关性进行分析得出,沙尘暴期间,大气中可吸入颗粒物的浓度与风速存在显著的正相关关系,风速越高的地区,可吸入颗粒物的浓度越大。     

冬小麦水分利用效率及其环境影响因素分析

１９９６年４月～６月在华北平原采用波文比－能量平衡法测定冬小麦田蒸散和ＣＯ２通量，求取冬小麦瞬时水分利用效率。土壤湿度较低时，冬小麦瞬时水分利用效率呈Ｌ型或Ｕ型日变化，其变化范围在－０．０１９４～０．６４１４；日较差范围在０．１１３８～０．６３２１。瞬时水分利用效率早晨最高且变化迅速，白天较低且变化平缓。土壤湿度较高时，瞬时水分利用效率范围在－０．０１５７～０．１３８１；日较差范围在０．０６１６～０．１５３７，其日变化不明显。从冬小麦拔节期到灌浆期，水分利用效率白天平均值变化较大，其范围在０．０１１０～０．０５３２，日较差变化范围在０．０６１６～０．６３２１，二者均于５月中旬达到最高，之后在波动中呈下降趋势。冬小麦水分利用效率白天平均值和日较差的季节变化明显受土壤水分影响。冬小麦水分利用效率白天平均值与０ｃｍ～６０ｃｍ的有效土壤水分呈负相关，达到０．０５显著水平；与０ｃｍ～２０ｃｍ和０ｃｍ～１００ｃｍ土层土壤有效水分无明显相关关系。冬小麦瞬时水分利用效率与饱和差呈极显著负相关，达到０．０１显著水平。土壤湿度较低时二者呈幂相关关系；土壤湿度较高时二者呈线性相关，且相关系数比土壤湿度低时高。在低土壤含水量下，冬

Abstract

Abstract. The growth of the remote sensing field has caused and explosion in the size and complexity of Earth satellite image databases. The explosion of data is already challenging current satellite-based GIS databases. New technologies for information management will be required in the future to maintain these large geographically-oriented systems created by projects such as NASA's Earth Observing System (EOS). This paper presents a technology adapted from the planning/scheduling field in Artificial Intelligence (AI) that promises to automate and facilitate the process of creating and storing satellite images and their associated data products.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
