武钢三烧I系列烧结主厂房为装配式结构,经改造加固形成框架结构和装配式结构共存的复杂结构.由于生产需要,必须从主厂房爆破切割分离43m高的高架通廊,同时需确保贯穿厂房的地下和地表运料通廊及周边厂房的安全.因此,应先采用切割爆破技术,将需保留的高架通廊分离,并把厂房分割成3个区,然后分别采用定向倒塌和拆叠爆破拆除方法,使爆破达到了预期效果,并可供类似工程参考.     

复杂环境下120m高烟囱定向爆破拆除

常州市第一热电厂内需要爆破拆除的一座高120 m的烟囱,其周边存在有热气管道、厂房、通信发射塔、高压线等,爆破区域范围内环境复杂、距离保护目标较近,使得塌落振动及爆破飞石控制困难等。结合烟囱结构特性及现场实际,通过提高爆破切口标高,选择合理的设计方案及参数,采取减震沟、减震土堤、堵截墙等多项针对性安全防护措施,取得了良好的爆破效果。     

复杂条件下烟囱控制爆破拆除方法研究

以三门峡市渑池县化工厂70m高烟囱定向爆破拆除为例,针对在复杂条件下烟囱控制爆破拆除方案的选择,爆破切口、定向窗的设计,爆破参数的选取进行了研究,可为复杂条件下烟囱控制爆破拆除提供参考。

控制爆破技术在城市改造、楼房基础以及高大构筑物的拆除领域得到了广泛应用。介绍了采用控制爆破技术成功地爆破拆除河南省新安电厂80 m高冷却塔的工程实例。     

钢管爆炸破坏的数值模拟分析与试验研究

在三峡工程二期下游围堰拆除爆破中,其难点问题为混凝土防渗墙的一次性爆破拆除成功。由于混凝土防渗墙内有预埋的灌浆钢管及固定钢管的保持架,这种结构在以往的围堰水下防渗墙爆破拆除工程中是没有先例的。如果混凝土防渗墙爆破拆除仅仅只将混凝土爆碎,而钢管不炸断、保持架不松散则会使爆渣的水下开挖无法进行,因此将混凝土预埋灌浆钢管炸断及保持架炸散是关系到二期下游围堰拆除爆破成败的关键问题。针对这一问题,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA计算软件和现场试验,研究了不同装药结构、药包直径等因素对钢管爆炸破坏效果的影响,讨论了钢管爆炸炸断破坏形态与装药结构之间的关系,在此基础上确定钢管爆炸炸断破坏的合理爆破参数及装药结构形式。二期围堰爆破拆除结果表明研究成果是可靠的。     

粤西某复杂环境水泥厂整体爆破拆除技术

粤西某水泥厂拟对该厂两条生产线进行整体爆破拆除。由于环境复杂，爆破规模大，施工难度很大，特别是双排水泥窑的高宽比小，采取常规底部立柱爆破切口难以使水泥窑顺利倾倒。通过选取合理的爆破参数，并以充分的预拆除配合，采取合理的爆破网路，安全、快速地完成了该水泥厂整体爆破拆除。同时，采取了一系列爆破危害综合控制措施，确保了爆破安全和环保作业。     

基坑围护钢筋混凝土支撑精确爆破拆除

介绍了南京新城科技园国际研发总部园基坑支撑体系精确爆破拆除实例。针对大面积、大体量的支撑拆除,提出了精确爆破参数、科学起爆网络、可靠安全防护措施方案,取得了良好的爆破效果。     

Quaternary stresses revealed by calcite twinning inversion: insights from observations in the Savonnières underground quarry (eastern France)

Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ₁ roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
