在分析了传统的金刚石钻头热压法烧结工艺的基础上,提出了金刚石钻头热压法双式烧结工艺,并对其进行了可行性论证。采用此工艺制造的金刚石钻头经实钻应用后,钻头的性能指标满足钻探生产要求。本工艺成倍地提高了制造金刚石钻头的生产效率,大幅度降低了能源消耗。 相似文献

本文讨论煤系高岭岩综合制取氯化铝和水玻璃的工艺路线及工艺条件,采用适当的酸浸工艺可使高岭岩的铝浸出率提高到接近100%,使酸渣中的SiO2含量提高到95%左右,其他杂质含量大大降低,为活性硅渣的利用提供保证,采用湿法工艺,加入适当助剂,可在缓和的反应条件下,使硅的转化率达到95%以上,制得合格的水玻璃产品。 相似文献

Within the scope of the International Decade ofNatural Disaster Reduction (IDNDR), cause-effectmodels of large landslides are being developed toestimate hazard. This work is based on a structuralexploration of the landslide areas mainly by seismicmethods. Information about the status of deformationis obtained by comparison of the actual topographywith a reconstruction of the original topography, byGPS, and by SAR interferometry. Geologic andgeomorphological evidence, as well as relevantinformation from other geo-scientific disciplines, isconsidered. The Finite Element Method is used to modelthe initial phase of a mass movement. Later on thismodeling will be extended to the quasi-stationarycreep phase and the transition from creeping to rapidsliding.Four large landslides within the crystalline rocks ofthe Eastern Alps have been investigated since 1997.Two of them are evaluated so far, and are presented inthis paper. The largest one is the Köfelslandslide with a total volume of 3.9 km3 and apotential energy release of 5 × 1016 Joule.Refraction and reflection multi-component seismictechniques were used to resolve structure and elasticparameters of the landslide masses. For the modelingof the initial phase of the landslides by the FiniteElement Method a strain softening behavior of the rockmass has been assumed. The development of softened orfractured zones was successfully simulated, inagreement with the structures obtained by the seismicmeasurements. 相似文献

This paper presents the theoretical background of an elastic electro-osmosis consolidation model for saturated soils experiencing large strains, which considers volumetric strains induced by changes in both the hydraulic and electric driven pore water flows. Three fully coupled governing equations, considering the soil mechanical behaviour, pore water transport and electrical field, and their numerical implementation within an updated Lagrangian finite element formulation, are presented. The proposed model is first verified against a classical one-dimensional analytical solution for electro-osmosis consolidation to demonstrate its accuracy and efficiency. Then, various numerical examples are investigated to study the deformation characteristics and time dependent evolution of excess pore pressure. Finally, the importance of considering large strains in a consistent and proper way is demonstrated, and differences compared to models based on small strain theory are highlighted. 相似文献

Tsunami waves can produce four general categories of depositional and erosional signatures that differentiate them from storm waves. Combinations of items from these categories uniquely define the impact of palaeo-tsunami on the coastal landscape. The largest palaeo-tsunami waves in Australia swept sediment across the continental shelf and obtained flow depths of 15–20 m at the coastline with velocities in excess of 10 m -1. In New South Wales, along the cliffs of Jervis Bay, waves reachedelevations of more than 80 m above sea-level with evidence of flow depths in excess of 10 m. These waves swept 10 km inland over the Shoalhaven delta. In northern Queensland, boulders more than 6 m in diameter and weighing 286 tonnes were tossed alongshore above cyclone storm wave limits inside the Great Barrier Reef. In Western Australia waves overrode and breached 60 m high hills up to 5 km inland. Shell debris and cobbles can be found within deposits mapped as dunes, 30 km inland. The array of signatures provide directional information about the origin of the tsunami and, when combined with radiocarbon dating, indicate thatat least one and maybe two catastrophic events have occurred during the last 1000 years along these three coasts. Only the West Australian coast hashistorically been affected by notable tsunami with maximum run-up elevations of 4–6 m. Palaeo-tsunami have been an order of magnitude greater than this. These palaeo-tsunami are produced most likely by large submarine slides on the continental slope or the impactof meteorites with the adjacent ocean. 相似文献

煤矿采空区稳定性的影响因素众多,为了更好地解决大型缓倾煤矿采空区稳定性评价问题,通过FLAC 3D有限差分软件对采空区的多种开采工况进行数值模拟,提出了影响该类采空区稳定性的主要因素,并在此基础上采用层次分析法(AHP)进一步确定各影响因素的权重。针对山西中阳县多家煤矿采空区稳定性问题,根据影响因素综合评分表对各个影响因素进行评分赋值,最终计算得到采空区稳定性总得分,由此综合判定采空区稳定性等级。这种稳定性评价方法得出的结果与采空区地表位移变形观测法评价得出的结果相符,研究成果对类似采空区稳定性评价具有重要的借鉴参考意义。 相似文献

在用有限元法分析边坡稳定性时,引入计算大变形问题的更新的拉格朗日方法,推导了边坡大变形弹塑性有限元分析的方程式。采用边坡某一幅值的等效塑性剪应变区,从坡脚到坡顶贯通前的折减系数作为边坡安全系数。在此基础上,采用弹塑性大变形有限元分析软件计算了均质土坡不同坡角的安全系数,将其与小变形分析的结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:用弹塑性大变形有限元分析边坡失稳破坏的过程中,既考虑了岩土材料的非线性,又考虑了边坡的几何非线性,使计算结果更趋合理。并结合东深供水改造工程BIII2边坡进行了大变形有限元分析,计算结果与勘查到的实际边坡的滑动面分布位置比较接近。研究表明:该方法尤其适宜于软土类边坡或基坑的稳定性分析。 相似文献
