结合实地调研与半结构访谈法,从集群演化生命周期视角出发,建立“路径-网络-制度”演化研究框架,在此基础上对比两种不同类型农业产业集群形成演化路径与特征,探究其共位发展的演化过程,并探讨形成“共位集群”的潜力与发展路径。结果表明:1)漳平永福高山茶集群作为外资驱动型集群,其发展显示出较强的“初动能”与正式制度依赖性,在台资驱动下经历两端在外、原生路径移植的萌芽期,叠加多级政策外力进入成长期,并逐步实现三产融合发展的路径突破,其间伴随由原生关系网络转向本地生产网络,逐步嵌入全球生产网络的演化过程,但其本地溢出效应有限且存在用地资源限制等路径锁定风险因素;2)作为本地内生型集群,漳平水仙茶产业集群具备更强的“能动性”与社会制度依赖性,在原有历史积淀及地区禀赋基础上萌芽,通过政府扶持实现路径修复,逐步恢复由地方关系网络主导的集群生产网络而进入成长期,初步形成专业化分工格局,成熟的产业氛围及较强的地方根植性使得集群创新网络已初现雏形,但因企业规模有限、外部力量不足等限制存在路径锁定风险;3)集群的共位发展可辅助消除路径锁定风险,而两者由萌芽阶段的独立共生,演化至成长阶段前期的共位竞争,并最终形成共位竞合关系,表明其具备形成“共位集群”的发展潜力与潜在路径。由此,推动地区农业“共位集群”的发展,地区正式制度安排是关键推力,而龙头企业、中小企业与农户组织在其中扮演着重要角色。  相似文献

文章分析了产业集群中企业、网络、制度之间的共同演化机制,揭示了共同演化对产业集群发展路径的影响,并通过深入访谈的方法探讨了澄海区玩具产业集群共同演化路径与实质。产业集群发展路径是以地方初始条件为基础,企业、网络、制度螺旋式互动反馈、更新、适应而形成循环累积效应的本地化过程,发展路径可分为路径创造、路径发展、路径锁定或新路径创造三阶段,每个阶段各要素作用机制各异,使得产业集群的共同演化过程具有复杂性。澄海玩具产业集群的案例研究表明,国家多重空间尺度制度变革与地方要素的耦合、地域文化与企业行为和网络关系的互动反馈、龙头企业的引领带动在产业集群的路径发展中发挥关键作用。  相似文献

在总结前人研究基础上,借鉴国内外农业产业集群研究的相关理论,以宁夏中宁县枸杞加工产业集群为例,运用企业资料和半结构式访谈法,探讨了农业产业集群的演化阶段和形成机理。研究发现:(1)中宁县枸杞加工产业集群遵循农业产业集群演化的一般发展规律,经历了培育期、成长期及形成期,在不同的发展阶段集群表现出不同特征。(2)地区独特的资源禀赋、历史文化、宏观制度等偶然因素激发集群最初形成,地理临近导致的集聚效应促使集群逐步成长,收益递增引发的路径依赖则进一步促进集群的形成。(3)由于收益递增、路径依赖及企业惯例,集群在演化过程中可能会陷入低效率的锁定状态。为了摆脱这种困境,首先,政府应推动企业间网络合作强度及知识流动,提升集群创新能力;其次,要加强集群与区外联系实现集群在全球价值链上的嵌入,保持集群持续的竞争力。研究结果可为农业产业集群形成及机理研究提供借鉴,为宁夏枸杞加工产业发展提供指导。  相似文献

集群演化是经济地理研究的一个前沿方向,演化经济地理学和新生命周期理论可用于解释集群从形成、成长、成熟到衰退或再生的过程。与已有文献强调企业—产业—网络的协同演化不同,本文构建了以企业为核心的技术—制度—政府—市场协同演化的分析框架,通过对禹州钧瓷产业集群的案例分析,结果发现:① 集群的浮现与成长是一个多因素、多机制协同演化的过程,技术—制度—政府—市场的相互作用以及内在的路径依赖与路径创造、知识外溢与企业衍生、规模报酬与循环累积等机制,在集群发展的不同阶段发挥着各自不同但彼此协同的作用。② 以本地资源禀赋和历史文化传统为基础的制度—技术的协同,具有路径依赖机制,塑造了钧瓷产业发展的初始优势,是集群浮现和生命力维持的基础。③ 由政府主导的市场经济转型与国企改革等制度转型,通过企业衍生机制促成了民营钧瓷企业的兴起;而钧瓷消费市场扩大与新市场空间拓展所形成的市场规模效应,则为企业衍生和规模扩张提供了有效的需求;政府—市场的协同在循环累积机制作用下,形成了钧瓷生产规模与市场规模相互强化机制,促进了钧瓷产业集群的快速成长。④ 集群演化是路径依赖与路径创造相互制约又相互促进的复杂自适应过程,钧瓷烧制技术、工艺、釉料、产品和造型及功能创新成为企业生存和竞争力的根本来源,地方独特的产业氛围使知识外溢和路径创造成为钧瓷产业集群持续壮大的核心动力。  相似文献

基于演化和制度经济地理学,构建了区位机会窗口、金融机构衍生、区域产业分叉、制度厚度“四位一体”的分析框架,以郑州为案例,以郑东新区金融产业集聚区为对象,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,研究了中国内陆区域中心城市金融产业在特定空间的集聚过程与演化机理。研究发现:在金融产业集聚起步阶段,郑东新区开发建设为金融业发展打开了区位机会窗口;在快速发展阶段,金融机构衍生是金融业集聚和集群化发展的重要内生动力;在全面提升阶段,区域产业分叉是金融业态创新和高端要素集聚的主导力量;在郑东新区金融业集聚演化的全过程中,持续改进的政府支持与制度安排使制度厚度不断加厚,自增强机制使制度空间的粘性作用不断增强。与制造业的企业衍生、产业分叉过程不同,金融业集聚演化缺乏从大学实验室、科研机构、已有产业衍生和分叉出以技术为纽带的相关企业的实践,但对制度空间的粘性作用有更强的依赖。  相似文献

在对农业产业集群理论探讨的基础上,以山东寿光蔬菜产业集群为例,分析中国农业产业集群形成演化的"四阶段"模型及可持续创新发展的内在机制,并挖掘了"寿光模式"的"集群"本质。结论表明:①中国农业产业集群的形成与创新发展:首先是从农业产业集聚开始,并经由专业村到产业集群,再到乡村创新极演化;②促进农户的企业化演变是农业集群及其创新体系形成的第一步。创建产业网络是农业产业集聚和专业村向农业产业集群升级的必备步骤,农业创新体系的形成标志着农业集群走向成熟;③山东寿光蔬菜产业集群的形成演化也经历了这4个阶段。各类各层主体通过知识增长、知识流动和知识采纳提高自己的内生能力和外部契约关系,并通过知识和创新网络实现五大维度上的协同创新,一起促进企业(农户)、产业(网络)、技术、制度和空间"五位一体"的协同演化,是农业集群可持续创新发展的内在机制。  相似文献

如何提升全国制造业集群的韧性,对于制定产业政策和推动经济高质量发展具有十分重要的作用。本文通过历史回顾提炼中国部分制造业集群集聚的多阶段典型事实,区分制造业集群发展的“动态集聚”与“集聚动态”,构建基于重组机制的韧性提升分析,提出单一阶段或多阶段提升的两种情形。文章使用1978—2022年中国制造业集群的生存企业数据,分析制造业集群的“动态集聚”即集聚趋势的变化,及其积极应对不利经济冲击和主动调整升级的程度。多维固定效应模型显示不同行业中类的制造业集群类别呈现较大的差异;根据环境的变化,集群可能通过加深本地专业化或扩大多样化等方式来实现适应,其中,多样化是提升集群韧性的主要调整渠道,且整体多样性与集群韧性呈现U型结构。因此,需要加快“产业链集群”的建设步伐,选择长期韧性发展路径,协助中国制造业集群占领全球价值链制高点。  相似文献

论文以高科技园区如何促进智慧产业集聚为研究导向,总结智慧产业集群演化、集聚模式等的研究进展,先基于信息产业的已有分类标准,界定高科技园区智慧产业集群的概念和产业分类;然后基于中关村科技园智慧产业2002—2016年的统计数据,分析中关村科技园智慧产业的空间布局演化和产业增长格局,以波特经典钻石模型为理论框架,细化分析演化过程背后的动力因素,得出高科技园区智慧产业集群的细分动力因素模型,继而以主要动力因素为依据,提炼中关村科技园智慧产业集群演化的主要集聚模式,得出结论:① 中关村科技园区智慧产业集群的演化呈现“一核多园”的先政策引导、后自然溢出的协同发展格局,从海淀核心区向周边园区先辐射集聚,然后基于各园区间的交通、楼宇等生产要素,逐步在非园区范围连贯成片;② 海淀作为核心区集聚了各细分智慧产业,其他各分园则主要在个别细分智慧产业形成集聚优势;③ 中关村科技园区智慧产业的演化主要受生产要素、政府影响变数、相关及支持产业等3大因素影响;④ 中关村科技园区智慧产业集群有生产要素驱动、产业平台驱动、商业地产企业驱动等3种集聚模式。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
