从社会网络视角,采用中心度、社团划分和结构熵等社会网络指标,探究全球贸易网络的空间格局及演化特征,重点分析中国在网络中的社团归属及其地缘战略启示。研究表明:随着时间推移,发展中国家的群体性崛起使得全球贸易网络结构呈现日益多元化的复杂格局;全球贸易网络的社团演化经历了发达国家主导、亚洲崛起的萌芽、亚洲社团的分离和“三足鼎立”四个阶段,中国从被支配的边缘地位逐步走向“舞台中央”;中、美、德三国在全球市场细分过程中形成一种“错位竞争”关系,亚太、中东、非洲和拉美地区成为大国之间争夺贸易市场的博弈区域。中国应首先立足于亚太地区,通过“一带一路”倡议延伸至中东、非洲和拉美地区,将经济优势转化为全球战略影响力。  相似文献

正20世纪80年代以来,通信与交通技术的发展、贸易与投资政策的自由化以及制造业的模块化推动经济全球化不断深入发展,并重新塑造世界经济地理格局。中国充分利用制度、资源、市场和规模优势,以投资和贸易等方式积极参与区域一体化,融入经济全球化进程并扮演了重要角色。经济全球化深刻影响了中国发展,推动中国从封闭经济走向开放经济,促使中国成为世界制造业大国和贸易大国。经济全球化也为中国未来的区域发展带来机遇和风险。从机遇来看,经济全球化在增强全球联系的同时促进地方力量的崛  相似文献

全球化空间是中国大城市发展新阶段的空间问题,它是城市经济、社会、生活全球化在内部空间的表现、状态和结果。全球化下跨国要素与地方制度的互动,引导城市向(国内)内生因素和(国际)外生因素深度交互作用的方向发展。为此,基于空间生产理论视角,通过实地考察、问卷调查、深度访谈、网络舆情相互结合相互佐证的方法,对广州天河北地景变化的跨国要素、制度解绑与全球化空间生产的关系进行研究,分析了国家权力、地方政府、(跨国)资本在全球化空间生产中的作用模式。研究表明:① 天河北全球化空间的跨国资本是在国家政府推动的渐进式制度变革过程中介入的,并与政府结成被管理、配合、合作的关系,是一种国家全球主义的空间生产模式;② 节事活动、跨国职业阶层赋予了天河北全球消费主义的“文化符号”,实现了空间的跨国生产;③ 天河北全球化空间经历了去地方化—跨国化—全球化—再地方化的数次重构,既是政治性空间生产过程,也是工具性空间生产过程。  相似文献

概观当代城市发展的趋势,全球化促进了全球城市发展,区域化正在形成巨型城市区域,地方化使城市集群各具特色.长江三角洲城镇群在我国具有特别重要的地位与作用,也是中国融入全球化进程的首要全球区.该区域城市群发展应该顺应这些潮流,发展全球城市,建设巨型城市区,组建网络城市,规划走廊城市.上海是长江三角洲乃至中国正在崛起的全球城市,从国际资本流、国际贸易、跨国公司总部、金融业及高级生产性服务业、国际交通通讯信息平台等方面看,上海的全球城市已具雏形,但与世界主要全球城市相比差距仍然较大.从长江三角洲城市群发展看,上海全球城市建设必须面临相应的城市转型,主要包括产业结构重构和转移、社会结构转型、城市空间扩展和城市功能的重塑.  相似文献

全球化带来的新国际劳动分工使全球生产网络(Global Production Network, GPN)成为研究全球经济与区域发展的重要框架。与此同时,金融在现代社会经济运行中的地位日益提升,经济金融化在全球不同尺度下深刻影响着经济活动的空间分布和网络。因此,金融已经成为GPN研究不能忽略的重要环节。更重要的是,金融化带来的逻辑也日益深刻地影响到GPN的演化和运行。尽管GPN研究日益重视金融的作用,并开始研究金融业的全球生产网络,但是随着越来越多的企业通过获得国际股权投资或者在境外资本市场上市等方式融入全球资本市场,主要从生产角度理解地方经济融入全球过程的GPN难以对该现象深入分析。全球金融网络(Global Financial Network, GFN)为刻画和分析这个过程提供了新的框架。在这个分析框架中,地方经济体通过高级商业服务业(Advanced Business Service, ABS)企业与世界城市(国际金融中心)和离岸管辖区产生联系,从而融入GFN。论文介绍了GFN的基本结构,探讨了地方经济融入GFN的主要方式及其产生的影响。最后,提出GFN未来在理论和实证方面可继续深入研究的方向。  相似文献

海岸带是世界人口密集、经济发达的地带,在全球经济一体化和全球化大生产中具有重要的地位。近半个世纪以来,海岸带临港工业迅速崛起并持续高速发展,依托海港建设、大型船舶运输发展起来的临港工业和海运物流,在跨国公司的运作下形成了现代意义上的全球化大生产。这种生产方式使资源贫乏的日本快速发展成发达国家;深圳赤湾临港工业区成为中国高效益工业的典范。本文着重讨论了海岸带经济建设中大力发展临港工业对地区、国家和全球经济的影响,指出中国21世纪应大力开发利用海岸带港湾资源、重点建设全球化大生产的大进大出的基地,建立若干个具有国际竞争力的海岸带产业中心,推动国民经济持续、快速发展。  相似文献

全球化与消费主义盛行的时代,过度消费与环境保护之间的矛盾持续存在。消费者在追求物质满足的同时环境意识渐增,而品牌则以全球化形象与环保形象来响应消费者的需求变化。以国际快时尚品牌H&M为研究案例,使用结构方程模型,回收有效问卷265份,采用SPSS 19.0和Lisrel 8.72软件进行分析,探讨跨地方经营背景下,国际快时尚品牌全球化形象与环保形象如何影响中国消费者的消费行为意向。研究发现:① 消费者全球文化身份对品牌全球化形象感知的总影响、品牌全球化感知对国际快时尚品牌消费行为意向的总影响最大,表明全球化与现代性仍然是中国消费者品牌购买行为意向的最重要影响因素。② 消费者环境友好自我身份与品牌环保形象感知对国际快时尚品牌消费行为意向的影响最弱,即自认为具有环境友好自我身份的消费者仍然在支持快时尚品牌,验证了在生产与消费空间分离背景下,国际快时尚品牌塑造品牌环保形象是资本追求利润最大化的品牌经营策略。同时检验中国消费者的身份建构与国际快时尚品牌形象对消费行为意向的影响,有助于理解在国际快时尚品牌跨地方经营过程中供需双方的互动关系及背后的文化地理逻辑,也更加深刻地剖析全球化背景下资本追逐利润最大化过程中的品牌经营环保局限。  相似文献

发展自贸区是国家新一轮改革的重要战略措施。分析新时期国际先进自贸区发展的特点及趋势,构建先进自贸区的核心竞争力模型、指标体系,并以香港等自由港经济发展为例,分析先进自贸区核心竞争力的构成要素及作用机制,包括构建发达物流客运网络连通经济腹地与全球市场。以现代信息技术建立全球经济信息数据区域中心,基于市场经济秩序构建无障碍投资环境,以简单税制及低税率降低资本运行成本与资产保值风险,以专业服务为基础构建综合服务体系支撑主要经济功能,以优势经济要素资源构建多维功能性国际通道等方面。研究以国际先进自贸区的标准,分析上海自贸区发展的主要差距及挑战,提出优先发展的路径选择。  相似文献

在全球化时代,地缘政治逻辑发生了变化,不对称相互依存替代军事实力成为国家权力的重要来源,在此背景下和平崛起的中国正在以经济实力改写世界政治版图。本文基于国家间相互依存理论,利用双边贸易数据分析中国与世界各国经济相互依存的非对称性,以此构建中国经济权力评价模型,研究中国崛起过程中经济权力的空间演变格局。主要结论为:① 中国对外贸易的地理分布明显呈现由过度集中于东亚、西欧和北美的三极格局向更加均衡格局转变,但全球对华贸易依存度最高的国家依然集中在低纬度的亚非拉地区;② 世界各国对中国的贸易高敏感区呈现出由亚太向非洲、拉美地区推进的趋势,而高脆弱区域则呈现出由点状散布向连片生长转变的趋势;③ 中国经济权力空间已由周边扩展至全球,并向发达世界渗透,而同时期美国经济权力空间却呈现收缩趋势。  相似文献

随着经济全球化进程的加快和全球环境变化的加剧, 资源和环境对全球可持续发展和国际政治、经济格局的影响也越来越明显。特别是30 多年来, 我国的迅速发展在很大程度上改变了世界政治经济格局, 但同时对世界经济和资源的依存程度也越来越大。另一方面, 中国的快速崛起过程面临着日益严峻的国际环境的挑战, 如何从全球经济、资源和环境角度, 构建中国社会经济发展的可持续性的基础与战略, 如何建构能够促进世界和谐发展的中国自己的全球地缘政治战略, 并参与全球共管, 是开展世界地理与资源研究的战略需求。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
