内江市雷电灾害风险评估与区划

摘    要:利用2009~2018年内江市5个县(市、区)的闪电定位资料,结合内江市各乡镇、街道为单元的行政区域社会经济资料和基础地理信息资料,采用风险指数法、GIS自然断点法、加权综合评价法等数量化方法,从致灾因子危险性、承灾体暴露度、承灾体脆弱性三个方面确定11个评价指标进行综合分析,在GIS技术支持下,开展内江市雷电灾害风险分析和评估,编制内江市雷电灾害风险区划图,从而为全市建设发展、产业布局提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the lightning location data of five counties (cities and districts) in Neijiang City from 2009 to 2018, combined with the social and economic data and basic geographic information data of the administrative region with townships and streets in Neijiang City, 11 evaluation indexes are determined for comprehensive analysis from three aspects of the hazard of disaster-causing factors, the exposure degree of disaster-affected bodies and the vulnerability of disaster-affected bodies by using the risk index method, GIS natural breakpoint method and weighted comprehensive evaluation method. With the support of GIS technology, the lightning disaster risk analysis and evaluation of Neijiang City are carried out, and the lightning disaster risk zoning map of Neijiang City is prepared, so as to provide reference for the construction and development of the city and the industrial layout.
