| Abstract: | The Hainan earthquake emergency system consists of network infrastructure platform, earthquake emergency video system, emergency basic data and emergency assessment decision system. It focuses on the various technical platforms that play an important role in the earthquake emergency system. The goal of system is to creat linkage and integration of the province’s earthquake emergency technology. |
