| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR cholangio-pancreatography (MRCP) on the obstruction of internal and external bile duct.Method:Weight T_2W I MRCP combining routine MRI of GE 1.5T MRI scanner was used in diagnosing 49 cases.Results:The accuracy rating of positioning and qualitation in diagnosing the obstruction of bile duct was 100% and 91.8% respectively.Conclusion:MRCP combining routine MRI can display the process of internal and external bile duct accurately. |
