摘    要:针对目前排水板真空预压加固过程中出现的加固效果不良的问题,现有研究大多针对真空预压加载方式,而对于新出现的不同结构类型的排水板缺乏理论及试验研究。采用3种不同排水板进行真空预压模型试验,对比了不同排水板在真空预压过程中的加固规律及效果。试验结果显示,双面连通排水板和秸秆排水板加固后的土体含水率相较于普通排水板分别降低了9%和5%,且十字板剪切强度平均提高了1.7 kPa 和1 kPa。说明双面连通排水板具有更好的防淤堵特性,且新型秸秆排水板在具有环保特点的同时,能够比普通塑料排水板取得更好的加固效果,为解决真空预压加固效果欠佳的问题提供了新的解决思路。

Abstract:At present, for the problem of poor reinforcementeffect in the process of vacuum preloading using band drains, most of theexisting studies focus on the vacuum preloading loading mode, while there is a lack of theoretical andexperimental studies on the emerging drains of different structure types. Inthis study, three types of band drains are selected for vacuum preloading modeltests, and the reinforcement law and effect of different band drains in theprocess of vacuum preloading are compared. The test results show that the soilmoisture contents of soil treated by double-sided connected drains and straw banddrains are reduced by 9% and 5% respectively as compared with the conventionalband drains, and the vane shear strength is increased by 1.7 kPa and 1 kPa onaverage. It means that the double-sided connected band drains has betteranti-silting performance, and the straw band drains can achieve betterreinforcement effect than the common band drains while having thecharacteristics of environmental protection, which provides a new solution tosolve the problem of poor reinforcement effect of vacuum preloading.
