摘    要:旨在探讨可持续发展中的水资源持续利用(生态水利)的基本原理。给出了水资源持续利用的概念、定义及内涵;表述了原理内容及其关键的整体、协调、优化和良性循环四个环节的意义与关系;提出了水资源持续利用的数学模型。

Abstract:This paper aims to inquire into the principle of the sustainable ultilization in the sustainable development of water resources(ecological hydraulic engineering). Firstly, The concept and the defining of the sustainable ultilization of water resources is gave. Secondly, the principle and the meaning of four links for the entirety, the coordination, the optimization and the good cycle are indicated. At last the mathematics models about sustainable ultilization of water resources is discussed.
