| Abstract: | Using a case study of the editing program for scanning image, this paper discusses how to develop a map image editing software. In the software, the functions of map image accessing, storing, moving, zooming in/out, adding/deleting are implemented using VC ++ . Furthermore, the function of two value of vector image is realized. The paper provides an example of fast and flexible map image editing software. |
