浙江省岩石地层清理成果简介

本文介绍浙江省岩石地层单位清理成果。按照岩石地层单位划分出原则，对浙江省境域内出露的元古界—第四系进行全面清理：划分出岩石地层单位109个，其中群级11个、组级94个；在清理中新建3个组，启用6个群19个组，引用外省12个组，未采用2个群27个组。并明确各岩石地层单位的含义及时代。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE ACHIEVEMENTS ON LITHOSTRATIGRAPHIC CLEARING IN ZHEJIANG

Based on the modern stratigraphic theory and taking the lithostratigraphic unit as the core, this paper is a systenatic summary to the stratigraphic system in Zhejiang province and is also an achivement on the lithostratigraphic clearing in Zhejiang. There are altogether 109 lithostratigraphic units in Zhejiang privince, of which 11 are groups and 94 are formations; 3 formations are newIt established, 6 groups and 19 formations are adopted, 12 formations are intriduced from other provinces, 2 groups and 27 formations are discarded or will never be adopted. The concepts and grades of all the stratigraphic units, and the principle of the code name composition for the lithostratigraphic units are all defined according to the reqirements from the office of National'Stratigraphic Clearing Project of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources l the date and place of naming, the namer and the evolution when it is used are all written down in paper. The dividing scheme of lithostratigraphic units put forward in this paper has been examined and passed by the United Appraisement Group from all geo logical departments in the East of China, which is brganized by the Ministryof Geology and Mineral Resources. So, the dividjing method in Zhejiang is correlated with that in the neigh bouring provinces,which will surely provide convenience for geological workers. The cahieve ments could be used and referrde for production and scientific study by all the geological workers from geological exploration units and schools.
