摘    要:本文通过区域水文地质条件、地下水动态及环境地质问题的分析研究,针对当前嘉兴市地表水遭受污染,地下水严重超采,造成区域地下水位下降及地面沉降等环境地质问题,利用长期监测资料进行地下水开来资源评价,提出合理开发利用地下水资源的区域规划意见,为政府部门水资源综合规划、确定地下水开采量、实施地下水资源开发利用监督管理提供了科学依据。

REGIONAl PLANNING OF GROUNDWATER RESOURCE EXPLOITATION IN JIAXING

Abstract:Over the past decades, unplanning excessive exploitation gradually reduces the ground water resource in Jiaxing city where the second artesian aquifer is the main exploitation water bearing layer. As a result, a depression cone of groundwater level is formed around Jiaxing, and land subsidence has taken place. The central cumulative subsidence had been 709. 6 mm by 1994. Over the past 10 years,the average settlement exceeds 30 mm/a. The area of cumulative settlement that is more than 50 mm has been over 600 km2, which includes the total city proper and connects with county towns. The ground settlement does harm to flood control, drainage, city construction, communication and transportation around the area of Jiaxing. The preliminary estimation loss is about 1814 million yuan. Based on the dynamic monitoring data, the relations of groundwater exploitation amount, ground water table and ground settlement are established in this paper. Considering the situaion of economic development and surface water pollution, a regional planning of groundwater resouroe and reasonable exploitation quantity to 2010 are presenter.
