河北某难选(冶)金银多金属原生矿综合利用研究

摘    要:根据河北某难选冶金银多金属原生矿的矿石基本特点,经多种选冶技术方案对比及试验研究,采用全泥氰化工艺流程提取金、银,氰化浸渣采用浮选法分离铜、铅、锌、硫,从而达到就地产出金、银和分别综合利用铜、锌、硫的目的。尤其是对该类型含铜高的矿石采用碱预处理浸出工艺,收到良好的效果,最终取得了一个技术上可行、经济效益显著的选冶工艺流程,为建厂提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of refractory primary ores from a gold silver polymetallic deposit, and through comparing 3 ore dressing technological process schemes, the paper suggests a scheme which the technology is most feasible and economic benefits are most remarkable. First, the primary ores are cyanided, but the ores which contain a high value of Cu are pretreated and leached with alkali in advance.Then, from the cyanided residue, gold and silver can be abstracted with bulk sliming cyanidation process; copper, lead, zinc and sulfur can be seperated with floatation process.
