金伯利岩中半导体金刚石含量及其意义

摘    要:应用天然金刚石半导体测试仪对山东常马庄—西峪地区的金伯利岩中的金刚石半导体性能进行了测试,发现不同矿带、同一矿带中岩管和岩脉的半导体金刚石含量不同,常马庄矿带半导体金刚石含量高于西峪矿带;同一矿带中岩管的半导体金刚石含量高于岩脉。半导体金刚石含量不同,表明它们形成于不同的温度和压力条件下,岩体中半导体金刚石含量高,表明其金刚石的含量也高。测试结果支持金刚石在岩浆侵位过程中形成的观点。

Abstract:The semiconductivity of thc diamond in kimberlite in Changmazhuang-Xiyu areas are detected with te natural semiconductive diamond detecter, and it is found that the contents of the semi-conductive diamond in veins and pipes of different or same ore zones is different. The content of the semiccnductive diamond in Changmazhuang ore zone is higher than that in Xiyu. In one ore zone,the content of the semiconductive diamcnd in volcanic pive is higher than that in vein. The dif-ferent contents of semiccnductive diamond show that the semicondutive diamond is formed under the different temperature and pressure. The high content of the semiccnductive diamond in rock bodies show a high content of diamond. The results of the detection have proved that the diamond is formed during the magma invasion.
