| Abstract: | The factors that effect on the river to bring benefit or disaster have been introduced in this paper,and the reason that the Yellow River causes disaster has been analyzed.It was pointed out that the basic way to bring the Yellow River cutoff under permanent control is to improve the basin adjusting function of the Yellow River,and to harness the Yellow River comprehensively. |
