| Abstract: | Owners of privately owned enterprises are erectors of our socialist marketing economy. From the report presented at the 16 th National People'S Congress(NPC),we conclude that legitimacy is the key to the appreciation of these private enterprisers ,who are divided into three groups at present in our country ,and our views that the paragons can be enrolled as Party members are included. |
