VS型垂直摆倾斜仪电容测微传感器摆动误差分析

摘    要:根据高斯定理分析并推导出非平行平板电容器的电容计算公式,并将其结果用于分析VS型垂直摆倾斜仪的三片式差动电容特性,得出了垂直摆在摆动情况下倾斜角与输出电压非线性关系的表达式.按仪器的结构参数计算了非线性误差的大小,以及线性化近似处理的范围.结果说明倾斜仪输出特性线性化处理合理可行.最后介绍了一种电容传感器装配的妥善方法和允许的装配误差.

Abstract:Formula of non parallel flat capacitor is inferred on the basis of Gauss Theorem. The output characteristic of capacitor sensor in VS vertical pendulum is analyzed by the formula, and it shows that output voltage is not linear with tilting angle. In terms of the tiltmeter's structure parameter, the non linear error is calculated, and the range of linear equivalence is obtained. It is shown that the linear equivalence for the non linear relationship is possible and resonable, and it can be helpful for assembling the capacitor sensor.Finally,the method of assembling the sensor appropriately and allowable error are described.
