Abstract:A soil pressure meter based on the principle of force??frequency linear relationship of AT??cut quartz crystal resonator was introduced. The pressure meter consists of three perpendicular pressure sensors??a temperature sensor and an acquisition. The test results show that the sensor range is 0 ~ 1.0 MPa; the non??linearity is less than 1.0%, the repeatability error is less than 0.05%; the dely error is less than 0.1%, and the temperature measurement accuracy is better than 0.01 ??
