Research and Application of Geocoding Service Platform for Smart Chongqing

In the construction of smart city,there are a lot of social and economic data in the government sector.How to dredge up spatial information from these data is the most important issue for the further development of spatial analysis and application.Geocoding technology is an effective means to solve this problem.This paper makes a comprehensive study on the address data standard,construction of address database and geocoding engine,and developing a geocoding service platform for Smart Chongqing which has a comprehensive set of data,functional and practical,and it can provide reliable,efficient and accurate geocoding services for all government sector and social public.The platform is applied in the field of surveying and map,industry and commerce,emergency management,population management,and so on.
