安全生产应急救援地理信息平台建设探讨

电子政务建设是一个分步实施的长期过程,构建随需应变的IT技术架构,保证信息化建设成果的延续使用和功能扩充,是电子政务信息化建设首先要考虑的技术问题。本文采用SOA的系统构建实践方法论,对国家安全生产应急救援信息平台建设过程中有关平台架构设计、业务集成和技术集成的关键技术问题进行了初步探讨,设计了一个基于SOA的地理信息服务框架,给出了安全生产应急救援地理信息平台的建设思路。

Discussion on the Construction of Geographic Information Platform in Prodnction Safety Emergency Rescue

The construction of E-government is a gradual execution and long-term process. Construction of flexible IT technology architecture and guarantee of the continued application and the function expansion of informationization construction achievement are the key technical matters considered in the E-government informationization construction. This article adopts the practice methodology of SOA system construction to preliminarily discuss the key technical matters of platform architecture design, service integration and technology integration in the process of information platform's construction in national production safety emergency rescue. A geographic information service framework based on the SOA has been designed, and a train of thought is proposed for the construction of geographic information platform in emergency rescue in work safety.
