| Abstract: | Taking campus-wide GIS Laboratory of Tsinghua University for teaching and research as an example,the development and management for GIS laboratory was discussed,according to the practice demand of GIS teaching and the development trends of GIS laboratory. The main contents of the paper include four parts,such as development experience,management system,management process,and application achievements of campus GIS laboratory for GIS teaching and research. By sharing the experiences of campus-wide GIS Laboratory of Tsinghua University,two kinds of purposes for this study are concerned,one is to facilitate the development of campus-wide GIS laboratory,and the other is to promote the development of GIS practice teaching. |
