| Abstract: | This paper introduces how to design and implement a distributed communication resources management system based on GIS. It also puts forward the method to build a GIS-basod comprehensive communication resources spatial database, integrating all kinds of communication resources and using maps as a basic way of showing the data. We also probe into the distributed management pattern of trans-zone communication resources and the system approach for implementation. |
