| Abstract: | Starting from the theories of technological advance and economic returns, using the valuation indexes for technological progress, the contributions of the technological progress and its speed to the economic growth in S/M units are measured and analysed. This may offer a reference for S/M planning and management and accelerate the transformation of high-tech to productive forces. |
