| 摘 要： | 在调研分析广州市增城区房、地登记系统、登记业务数据、档案数据以及已有空间数据现状的基础上,参考不动产登记数据库标准及数据整合规范,提出不动产登记房地存量数据整合的技术路线,并以广州市增城区为例,进行了数据整合建库,为增城区不动产统一登记和进一步压缩办理时限夯实数据基础。
