研究生奖助学金评定方法的研究与系统实现

摘    要:针对研究生奖助学金评定方法存在着一定不科学和不规范的缺陷,提出了奖助学金评定的改进方法,该方法取全部学生的平均成绩作为基准平均分,利用课程平均分与基准平均分的比例关系,把学生的实际成绩换算为同一标准下的换算成绩,再求出学生单学分下平均成绩,加上学生其它相关成绩,则可得到研究生奖助学金评定的综合成绩。系统结合学校研究生管理需求,以数据库为基础,VC为编程语言环境,实现了基于C/S架构的研究生奖助学金评定系统。实践证明,该方法公平、合理、科学,可更有效地发挥奖助学金作用。系统稳定、可靠,可大幅度提升评定的工作效率。

Abstract:Aimed at the graduate student scholarship and grants evaluation methods exist for certain unscientific and nonstandard defects,this paper proposed an improved assessing method.The method takes the average scores of all students as a benchmark average,converts the actual score under the same standard through the relationship between the benchmark average and the average scores,and then finds the average scores of students under a single credit,plus other related students’ performance,the comprehensive performance assessment of graduate scholarship can be achieved.Combined with requirements of graduate management,the system use VC for the programming language and Database as basis,and then attain the graduate student award scholarship rating system that based on C/S structure.Practice has proved that this method is fair,reasonable,scientific,and more effective in playing the role of graduate students scholarship.The system is stable and reliable,can enhance the efficiency of the assessment effectively.
