摘    要:从多年中国遭受气象灾害的事实特点及和其他自然灾害相互叠加影响出发,提出当前诸多自然灾害中气象致灾最为严重。国家对大气科学的迫切需求是要做好气象灾害的监测预报预警和服务工作,此工作实际上就是大气科学工程化。大气科学本质上也是一门应用性极强的学科,它也是从人类社会发展对大气规律了解的需求而形成的。中国气象局在十二五规划中提出的诸多工程建设计划就是为此目的而设计的。完成这些计划对国家减灾防灾起着巨大作用,其重要关键之一是具有一批人才,而人才成长的起点在于学校,因此,学校应培养一批优秀的符合要求的大气工程化人才。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of suffering meteorological disasters and the other natural disasters and its influence and overlapping each other in China for many years,this paper put forward the fact which the meteorological disaster is the most serious in the numerous natural disasters.The urgent demand of our country for atmospheric science was completing the work of monitoring,warning and serving for meteorological disasters,which was the atmospheric science engineering in fact.Atmospheric science was essentially an application discipline which formed from the requirements for knowledge of atmospheric law of human society development.Many of the construction projects posted in twelfth five-year plan by China Meteorological Administration(CMA) were designed for this purpose to play an important role in disaster prevention and reduction in China.As to this problem,one of the most important was possession of a batch of talents,however,the key to grow up talents lied in school.Therefore,the school should cultivate a group of outstanding to meet the requirements of atmospheric engineering talents.
