| 摘 要： | 通过对MODIS资料中植被、水体、土壤等不同地物的光谱特性进行分析,提出了一种用于洪涝灾害监测的遥感资料处理流程和量化判识指标及淹没面积估算方法.并在2003年渭河流域洪涝灾害的监测中进行了实际应用,效果良好.

| Abstract: | The MODIS data spectrum characteristics of the vegetation, water body and soil are analyzed. The work flow chart to process the remote sensing data in monitoring the flood is recommended. The quantitative indices to identify the flood and the method to estimate the flood area are presented. |
