| Abstract: | In this paper the discharge system of the "three wastes" (waste water, waste gas, waste residue) in city is considered as relative grey systems. By the theory of identifying the residual error of multi-sequence, the predicting model of the discharge of the "three wastes" in city is discussed , and an example of application is given. |
