| 摘 要： | 目前，多数企业的管理者都具有较强的技术背景，但缺乏技术战略管理的经验，因此在企业技术战略管理中存在着一系列的问题。对企业来讲，获得技术的途径有两条，一是从外部引入，二是自主开发，针对这两种途径，对企业技术战略管理中存在的问题进行剖析，并据此提出相应的解决办法。
