摘    要:山东省某电厂粉煤灰年排放量约100万t,但年利用率仅为12%。该电厂为解决粉煤灰的排放和堆存,选择征购233.33hm2(3500亩)土地露天堆存,不但占用了大量珍惜土地造成严重环境污染,同时也浪费了大部分的可利用资源。开展粉煤灰的综合利用,是消除危害,使其资源化的有效途径。本文根据该电厂粉煤灰含碳质较高、可浮性好的物化特征,采用一次浮选试验,脱碳率达到92.42%,精煤产品含碳66.51%,可直接作为燃料煤使用。经试验,采用浮选和重选工艺使其有用成分得以分离、富集、提纯,其产品实现了粉煤灰资源化,基本解决了粉煤灰利用率低、存放占用空间和环境污染问题。

Abstract:The annual emission of fly ash from a power plant in Shandong Province is about 1 million tons, but the annual utilization rate is only 12%. In order to solve the emission and storage of fly ash, the power plant purchase 233.33hm2(3500mu) of land for open storage, which not only occupy a lot of valuable land, cause serious environmental pollution, but also waste most of the available resources. Comprehensive utilization of fly ash is an effective way to eliminate harm and make it resource. According to physical and chemical characteristics of high carbon content and good floatability of fly ash in the power plant, the decarburization rate reaches 92.42%, and the carbon content of clean coal product is 66.51%, which can be directly used as fuel coal. Through the test, the flotation and gravity separation processes are used to separate, enrich and purify the useful components. The products have realized the resource utilization of fly ash, and basically solved the problems of low utilization rate, storage space and environmental pollution of fly ash.
