Strengthen Geologic Work to Promote Sustainable Development of the National Economy and Society

Geologic work is a pioneer in national economy and regarded as very important and fundamental work. Strengthening geologic survey and mineral resources exploration can provide fundamental geologic information and mineral resources guarantee for keeping sustainable and healthy development of mining industry, and furthmore for economic construction and social development; strengthening geologic survey of environment, agriculture and underground water resources can provide geologic basis for mineral resources and environment protection; and can serve sustainable development of society.
