| 摘 要： | 如何发展和供应足够的粮食，棉花，油料和肉类产品，是发展国民经济的主要问题，有效地提高各级政府，特别是中央和省部级政府部门的规划，管理和决策水平，是解决问题的重要途径之一，当前，中国每年产生的县级农业统计数据，是唯一能够在县级水平上反映中国农业总体状况及年际变化的权威数据。因此，充分利用这种数据，并在使用过程中不断改善它们的质量，具有特别重要的意义。为此目的，作者研制了中国农业统计地理信息系统（ＣＡ
